I placed an order in May.
It Was meant to be a Beautiful Gift to Grandma for her 80th Birthday.
However,
I have Not received my order.
Had continued to seek support via email through Jeulia and kept receiving the same email.
Once I asked for a refund I stopped receiving emails back.
Extremely annoyed, disappointed and can not believe the level of unprofessionalism.
