I ordered a number of rings from them in a short period of time. I am not happy with 3 of them and sent a picture of them seeking help. Instead of trying to help, they responded that I obviously removed the tags and therefore the rings were not returnable. I then replied with a picture showing the tags are CLEARLY still on the rings and asked how to resolve. They have since refused to reply - I warned I will be submitting this to my credit card company asking for a FULL CREDIT since they refuse to answer me. One of the worst problems is that they tell you a stupid way to measure your fingers and then they send you ring sizes based on Chinese sizes. The 2 I'm keeping do not fit on the fingers I planned for them. This company SUCKS!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. READ THE ANSWERS TO REVIEWS ABOVE AND SEE THEY CHEAT PEOPLE. THE WEDDING RING WAS THE WORST ONE THOUGH.

I’ve kept 2 rings and am a little (not much) satisfied. I still have the other 2 I need assistance on to return and get something else. The other I just need a different size.

Hi Sharon, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused. After checking, yes there is some misunderstanding between us. The first photos you sent to us could not show the ring tag, so our customer service thought the tag was removed. Sorry about this and please accept our sincere apology. For the three rings, two of them could be surely refunded, only the other one could not because it is our final sale ones, which could not be returned, exchange or resizing as stated clearly on our website. Hope for your kind understanding. And the latest email between us is from us to you, asking your option on the return and exchange. Please kindly reply and work with our customer service. We will surely try every means we could to help. Thanks in advance.
P. S our ring size is standard US size, and we suggest customer to choose their regular size. Because there might be a mistake because of measurement ways etc.
