Ordered twice. Returned twice. First was an over the shoulder purse with no place for credit cards. Didn't even think those existed. Second was a car vac that only worked WHEN THE CAR IS RUNNING. Only reason I ordered a second time was to use a store credit because I can't get a refund even though one of the many service people said I would

Verified purchase

Bought fake eyebrows that wouldn't stay on and looked hideous. Emailed them explaining this and requesting a refund. Received email saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours. They didn't. So II emailed again. And again. And again. Same response. "Give us 24 hours. We care about you." Finally wrote and told them I was returning product for refund. Nothing. Returned at my expense and they FINALLY responded informing me that they would be charging a 25% restocking fee.


Diroma roofing, Westerly RI. The title above says it all. No return calls. Several broken appoints. If you don't mind being ignored then by all means call Diroma after one of their jobs for you


Ordered 3 medium specialty pizzas. Cost $45. Advertisements for large pizzas everyday price 7.95. The price spread is ridiculous


Try no customer service at all. Emailed several times. Received no response at all. Zip. Nadda. It's like they did exist at all. Not even an automated tesponsponfed


They promise satisfaction guaranteed but when there's something wrong they ignore you. After multiple email requests I've come to the conclusion that I've been duped and am stuck with product that doesn't fit


A member in good standing for many years. Now they decided Mu survey answers were not consistent basically calling me s liar. Added to this was not receiving points earned no matter how many requests I made. They answered emails with a boiler plate response that basically said "we'll look into it. They never ever did no matter how many times I asked. Some of the ways to earn points just stopped working. They offered no resolutions or alternatives. And then they just stopped. No reason given. No warning. No farewell. After 15 years of taking surveys NOTHING


I Google something and I scroll loads of stuff and very often don't fund an answer. Lots n lots of stuff that I don't care about at the moment. Just a waste of my time more times than not. If I could give 2.5 stars, I would.


Communication was slow and tedious, but once you got their attention, customer service is willing to work with you. Deliveries take forever but shipping is free and prices are great. The thing is sizing is China is way smaller than the US SO make sir you order big!


Ordered a plastic nozzle for portable shark, weight about two ounces. Cost of item 6.95. Cost of shipping 4.95. Need i say more?


When using PayPal it always says you'll get a chance to review your purchase before placing an order. Lies. Often you wait to be sent back to the seller only to be thanked for your order. Don't try to retract payment because guess what? Item already shipped. If it doesn't meet your expectations, too bad because when you tried to retract payment that was considered a claim and only one claim per purchase. How very convenient for PayPal and the seller. If PayPal wasn't so convenient (I have a PayPal credit card issued through Synchrony bank) I'd never deal with them again. Btw don't try to as Synchrony's help. They wash their hands with it and refer you back to PayPal where it all started

Ship to store is sporadic however. Thst isually means shipping costs jacking up price of an item.


Like many people i enjoy earning points when i spend my money. Didcover offers 5 bonus points per dollar on certain spending and they change the categories quarterly. Last qtr i got confused and thought i was earning 5points and wasnt
I called them and they gave me the xtra points, no questions asked. Now thats ustomer service!


Fast, versitle with decent prices. Most important, they stand by what they sell.


I was having intermittent connection problems with internet almost since day one. I kept calling and live chatting. They rebooted the modem and advised that i do the same periodically. This is what i pay a monthly bill for? To reboot my own modem? Finally a technician came out. Showed up on time and all. Took one look at my modem and replaced it with a different model. Said cox has had a lot of trouble with the type of modem i had. So this couldn't have been done months and many phone calls ago? No reduction in the bill. Just sloppy service.


While they give 90-day warranty, if anything goes wrong after 90 days, i. E. it stops working, your fresh out of luck. No service, no exchange, no help.

As for whether the thing actually works, never had a chance to tell.

Stay away from this expensive ripoff!


It took forever to earn enough to cash in ($30.00@ 1 cent per email - you do the math), only to find out that they won't pay, won't respond to me, won't acknowledge that I exist. What a waste of time and effort.
