Excellent and professionally manufactured cosmetic boxes! I received my order just in a week. I am pleased with the design and quality of the boxes. While I was making my order Paul Smith seem very enthralled and showed me a number of designs to choose from. I opted the one that was made with the combination of various color schemes with foiled stamps.

I absolutely love this site!!! I have placed several orders with them and have never yet been disappointed. They have an area on the website which has items for 99p and under, and this is my favourite place! I have bought plenty of products which if I had bought in a shop would have cost me 3-4 times the price. I don't tend to go for big brand names anyway, and don't like to spend a fortune...

Don't buy from these people. They do not send registered post and when your item doesn't arrive after 1 month (even though shipping is "2 weeks" international) they offer no refund. Its been 7 weeks and I have no item and no refund. Their customer service is scripted and pathetic. Shop elsewhere, not worth it.

Renovated room is a nice change but, appliances are inadequate and cleanliness isn't great. The refrigerator supplied for food and beverage storage is same size as minibar refrigerator, being as small as it is its impossible to store both food and beverage. There was no microwave supplied to cook, I had to request one. When I moved end piece of sofa inline, crumbs and dirt were found under it, it appears cleaning staff simply moved the end piece out of line to cover up mess. The bathroom toilette behind bedroom did not flush right, the guest bathroom had to be used. One of the maids left a dirty pillow case behind as well as took phone off hook in bedroom for whatever reason, this happened on the second to last day of my stay. Guest services would only refund three days resort fee out of the seven I stayed, I requested a refund in full. This is the second time I've had issues with cleanliness as well as technical.

I attempted to reach Simon Pettigrew, VP of Operations, was directed to a Marleen, she was detailed about my past stays which were both disappointing. I then received a call from a Carlos Chavez whom was already aware of my past experiences as he had reviewed my account. I've experienced issues related to cleanliness as well as technical twice at this hotel..... food was left in refrigerator from a prior stay, carpet had a large stain leading into kitchen, two draws in refrigerator were both dirty and had to call twice to be cleaned. Technical issues included a phone cutting out, battery replaced and still did not work correctly. Hotel staff would come into room without knocking....This is all from first stay.. I elected to stay a second time, give it a second chance. Unfortunately, similar issues experienced yet again, which were detailed in complaints/emails/calls. The mini cooler supplied for food and beverage storage was not adequate, same size as mini bar cooler. It also had a sour smell in it from a prior spill. When I moved end piece to sofa back into place, crumbs were found, staff moved it out of place to hide mess. Technical issues include bathroom toilette not flushing correctly, guest bathroom had to be used, a loud sound of running water in bedroom late at night. As I said before, these issues were detailed and reps would only refund partial resort fee, which was like pulling teeth. This is very disappointing, second time around. My recent attempt at resolution which includes a FULL refund of resort fee, was met by a run-around with a Marleen. A Carlos Chavez reached out, however, the reason for his call was merely to provide his info in case I choose to stay again which is unlikely...He seemed to offer discounts off future stay and stated he would inspect room prior to arrival, which was supposedly done last time...Needless to say, a run-around.

I was going to a dance festival and wanted to go as Sailor Mars, but show a little more skin. They sent forms and i filled it out with my measurements. I listed every single item i wanted. Be thorough. I paid August 8th, 2018 and i received August 29th, 2018. Amazing quality. My only tiny complaint is the bows aren't sewn in they had to be secured with safety pins. CostCaptain is now out of business. Too many people scammed. Law enforcement cracked down. The whole story hasn't come out yet. But, they are out of business.

The owner of CostCaptain, Mehmet Oguz was notified by the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Protection in the summer of 2013 that he was being investigated for Consumer Fraud. This notification also came after a request to investigate CostCaptain was made by the Kansas Attorney General to the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Protection.

Oguz then put the business up for sale. A couple bought it and discovered that Oguz was making nearly all of his money by fraudulent means. The couple filed a lawsuit. Oguz returned the money, and moved to California. The site where CostCaptain operated was left vacant and is out of business.

Happy to order from costco because I don't have to deal with the crowds in the store and I've been happy to get my delivery faster than expected. Also, if you aren't happy you can return it to the store instead of mailing it back if you want which is really handy.

I've booked rental cars a few times through this site. Each time it worked out well. Price includes an additional driver. Gotten good deals on cars from Alamo, Budget and Enterprise. Haven't booked any hotels, packages or cruises yet. I believe you have to be a Costco member to book.

Unfortunately, the one stylist in Burnham, PA, I got the wonderful cut from, got sick. I had another stylist who gave me stress by stating that the cut in the picture I gave her was really short and seemed to not really want to do it. I will not go back. This "conversation" took about 5 minutes. Prices are reasonable, but I don't need stress, just a styled cut.

Awful service!! I placed an order for a Halloween costume mid-September. I followed up 2 weeks later as I hadn't received the package or a tracking number, even though my credit card was charged. No response to my email. I had to call them. The guy who answered, apologized and said he would ship it the following day. I get an email 1.5 weeks after that they cancelled my order. My order arrived in 2 days, super fast. These guys have a million costumes, but I went with standard Pirate so I could wear it to an office party for our Pirate Party, and then also on Halloween. Saw a two dollar dog costume on clearance and grabbed that, too. No complaints.

I ordered a baby bath mat. When it arrived it had a hole in it. Payment of return postage was refused. This company lacks quality control and provides poor customer service.

Mont Tremblant is a beautiful place. But I had very bad experience specifically with this company. It's my 5th time in Mont Tremblant, I never had any problems. I have probably ordered over 10 times from cottonage.com in the last 1 year and have never had any problems with any orders. Never been shipped any wrong items and orders always arrived in a timely fashion (most of the time earlier than expected). I LOVE cotton babies! I can't believe their prices...once I got hooked to the cloth diaper scene, I have built an entire diaper wardrobe out flip and those individual un-branded ones they sell. Kimberly Clark developed a very good product and then decided to cut the size of roll, i.e. width and sheets per roll. Really! toilet paper is already over priced. Is this necessary to gouge us again to increase their profit margin. I switched to another brand.

I had fraudulent transactions on my credit card from this company, tried calling them to sort it out and no answer. After holding for 25minutes on multiple call it ended my call saying no customer service representatives were available. Tried emailing and Facebook no response! Ive never ordered anything from this company online before, however used to shop in their stores I wont be doing that...

I was told the quality is on par with M&S. Simply not true, from the few items i've purchased from Cotton Traders, the quality feels cheap and this is consistent. The worst part is, their customer service is by far the worst i've experienced. Just appalling, be prepared to wait for over a week just for a reply followed by a completely unhelpful response.

I was looking for an LCD TV cart and come across cotytech.com. It was a good luck, because I was thinking of the wrong model but the friendly person I was chatting helped me to make the right choice. Nice to when you have someone to do both: selling and consulting in such a professional manner.
