The Biggest Loser collection I bought was full of commercials and election coverage. Portions were missing from one of the seasons including an entire episode. What's more, seven DVDs from the set did not work at all, making 2 seasons useless. They kept telling me just to send them back and they would replace them. I sent them back in January and here it is - April - with no replacements and no replies from them. I have contacted the BBB and encourage anyone who has had a problem with them to do the same. They should be shut down.

We ordered 3 complete series in sets. Paid by check on their site. This was June 4th, haven't received them yet, it's July 3. They showed us a shipping label for June 22, Priority Mail, doing major shipping ourselves we know that Priority Mail in the US is 2-3 days max. Oh yes, they don't supply tracking, says it cost more. We ALWAYS supply tracking for our customers, it's automatic and at no extra cost to us or them.
They keep saying, "Next week, next week", if they are shipping them to us eventually, this is NO way to run a business. My husband says we've been scamed. No matter how cheap or how good their movies are we will NEVER buy from them again. Just too any lies.
Good service until you get a problem with the product, then they are simply not interested.
