“Cheap quality, no easy exchange”

I had horrible experience, the bag I received was looking very cheap, after numerious emails, messages and no response to calls, finally 1 and half month I received my exchange. They don't respond to emails or msgs on time, never picked up my call. Stay away from this cheap co. Never received the difference of price money when I received the exchange bag with lower price from original purchase. I lost 700rs

Cheap quality and horrible service, I lost money
