I had a problem with a part i ordered, so I contacted customer support to request a replacement. I was told a shipping label takes DAYS to be emailed to me. WHAT?!?!? After 5 days with still no shipping label, I called again and was told by day 6 or 7 i will receive it. Today is day 8 and i've lost all hope. This company used to be great...
