I ordered a gaming console from this company 2 months ago. The timeline given was 4-6 weeks. We are now on week 8. You can not get a hold of anyone in person at this company. I have called numerous times and the message directs you to their email address which they only respond to once in a while, I have asked for my money back and so far they aren't responding to me. The whole experience with this company has been less than professional.
