I paid over $200 so I thought better quality than Wish or Aliexpress. Ordered a brown chiffon dress, came in mauve 3 layers organza. They say extra fabric for tailoring if needed, well gee there is 4 inches of fabric tucked every where, no end seams to prevent run and yes, like others K Linda said it was my fault. It was my computer screen. Another scamming store Also, they fake a name similar to mine for their review saying how happy I was.

The dress came in the wrong colour... and looked like a cheap piece of crap NOTHING like the picture. I wrote to them for help and they denied everything... they offered absolutely nothing in return. They list Calgary making it look like its local and in reality its an overseas factory with customer service reps that dont speak or write proper English. Absolutely disgusted with the quality and especially the service

Horrible

In good faith we ordered a wedding gown & a mother of the bride dress. Even with specific instructions both dresses were hideous. Despite efforts to try to communicate with them about our dissatisfaction I received replies like... the dress looks beautiful on you... or they spent much on making it... rediculous replies & terrible customer service.

What you get is totally different than what you order and it doesn't fit properly. They won't give you a refund or return label either. They just want to partially pay for a tailor for you to fix the dresses. Avoid, avoid, avoid###

I ordered my wedding dress. It is totally different than the picture. I asked them to add a layer of organza. They told me they give me a petticoat as well. But, I got nothing! I have no organza I ordered Cathedral train, but my dress has the chapel train.

Stay away, far away. Dress received is not what we ordered. I have requested a shipping label and full refund. Clavonna has responded with ridiculous offers to settle, the latest is below.

"sorry, but we try our best to make the dress and we spend a lot on buying materials for the dress, paying staff salaries, freight, the custom tax, and paying the money to the tailors and the designers and so on So how about we refund you 5% cost of the dress, and you can keep this dress or you can resell this dress to others, If you accept, we will send money to you as soon as possible."

Its low quality of fabric and materials, I didnt expect this kind of dress for the amount of money that I put to purchase it, also the dress size was big on the sides, it is really sad, costumer service should be more helpful!

Awful! I ordered a purple dress and received a pink one. They use Morilee pictures. (Thats stealing) You cant send back the wrong dress and as others have mentionned, they will offer 5-10% refund. I have advised Morilee. Do the same!

Stay away

I'm giving it a 1 rating cause there is no zero. They take your money but don't give you what you want. The colour of my dress was not what I ordered it was their fault and the best they offered was 10%. It has been over 3 months and still nothing. Very unhappy customer and would never order from them again.

My fiance purchased a dress from Clavonna for $370 - significant money for a single mother.

They sent the dress after 5 weeks, and it was the wrong size (bust, hips, length), the wrong color, and there were buttons missing and lace falling off. The seamstress can't even fix it. Plus, the seams are uneven and sticking out.

We contacted them and told them about what happened. They told us to send pictures. We showed every problem (including measurements).

Their policy was to replace the dress if it was their fault. They did not. They offered to make another one for $260... So we'd have 1 usable dress for twice the price.

They would not take the dress back for a refund either.

Now we have a dress that is useless, and my fiance lost $370.

I'm reporting them to a government agency, but we want to save others from this horrible company. Shipping out garbage from China.

Do not order from this company! Very disappointing dress, poorly made, looks nothing like the photos, very cheap and messy looking dress! Company won't give me my money back! Just lost $500.00! And still need to buy a wedding dress as I will not be wearing this for my wedding :(

The dress arrived without hook, very poor material wrong size. The lave difference color very ugly design. If you want money back they said 6 percent for compensation. Never never again this is a big mistake

This dress is horrible. It's not the dress in the advertised picture. They just try to replicate it but with really cheap supplies/fabrics and amateur seamstress skills. It's cheap tulle with ugly appliqués instead of lace. Individual silver sequins loosely sewn on instead of the beaded belt. And the fit was even wrong! Then I tried to get my money back and they won't give me a cent! Their customer service skills are as good as the quality of the dress... which is absolutely terrible! Seriously do not waste your money here!

I just got my dress yesterday and it is crap. It didn't fit right anywhere ( had paid the extra charge). It looked nothing like the dress in the picture. They shipped it in a bag that had no protection... so when I opened the dress up it frayed the dress from the beading attached to the lace on the dress. Had loose beads and buttons on it. It looked and was made CHEAP. All they said was we can make you another one for a fee? Are you serious money back please. They don't even have a return address to send there crap back to them cause they just take your money and run. They will just quit answering your emails so you go away. I am posting everywhere about this company. DO NOT SHOP HERE LADIES TRUST ME!

If it looks too good to be true then it is. Before ordering my dress from them I got confirmation that if I was not satisfied they will refund me my money or remake the dress. The dress arrived and I am not quite sure who's measurements they used but it was not mind. I have a wedding to attend 2 weeks no time to remake a dress, how would I even know if the dress will fit? They offered me 6% compensation. I laughed, how insulting. I have a lawyer that is my best friend and the bank looking into this company. STAY AWAY, better to spend the extra $ for a dress that is made well and will fit you.

Ordered custom made and they were able to make it and ship to my door in 6 days from China! Couldn't get it done up, cheap cheap cheap! Didn't look anything like it was suppose to! Emailed them right away and they said they would make me a new one I would just have to pay for the material, would have shipped there garbage back but it would cost me 200! They said we will give you 10% back! That was a month ago and still have seen nothing! DO NOT SHOP HERE

The only reason they get a one star is I couldn't give them a zero. The dress doesn't fit (not even close) the zipper looks like it's about to blow apart. Tried to return the dress with no success. First they said try and sell it myself and they would give me a 5% credit, then they said 8% and now they say nothing, haven't heard back from them in days This company is a joke... stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM CLAVONNA! My daughter bought her prom dress from Clavonna, when the dress arrived it was nothing like the picture... the dress is hideous, the material is cheap, the dress looks like its falling apart, theres a big piece of the hemline cut/missing... Its so poorly made! Their customer service is the worst... they wont accept our request to return it and finally offered a 2% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CLAVONNA!

Similar to a couple of recent reviews, I ordered my daughter's grad dress after researching the authenticity of the Clavonna website. The good news was that we received a well-made dress. Seeing was good quality and fabric was good quality. The bad news: it came in the wrong colour. Their online return policy states that if Clavonna makes an error in the order, they will pay the material fee to remake you a new dress.

Sadly, that is not the case. Clavonna representative that goes by Linda K said we would have to pay the material fee for a new dress which is $230 US. After numerous requests asking them to honour their own policies, Clavonna offered a 6% refund.

I thought this would be a safe purchase given the Clavonna is a Canadian website but the work is being done in China and you don't seem to be able to hold them accountable if they do not deliver as they say they will. So disappointed.
