I ordered the most beautiful wedding dress... the dress of my dreams. When it arrived it was the wrong colour and sloppily made. Although the site say they will take responsibility if the colour is wrong, they (in actuality) refuse to honour their own policy. I spent over $500 and now have no wedding dress
They gave me a totally different dress and I sent so many emails, even sent to Small Claim B. C., but this website didn't reply at all. The last email they said they will refund 40% to me, But I still did not get anything after a month. So I double checked the website and I found out this website is located at China and all the registration details are from China, not as the website said that's from Canada. They are liars, Don't buy from them.

The dress I received was badly made, size wrong: very large at the top and very narrow at he legs, impossible to be altered by a tailor. It did not look like the picture. Material was cheap. I asked for a refund, the owner Linda refused and said I had to pay again for a new dress.

Doesnt have same style as website photo- and if you aren't happy with it - they won't refund you! Waste of money and now we have to spend more money buying something else.
I bought several dresses for a wedding. When they arrived they were not true to size (at least 3 sizes too small, couldn't even do them up), not as described, not true to color and nothing like the pictures. The material was cheap, the dresses poorly made, and they were terrible. I asked to return them and the customer service was terrible. They actually asked if I could sell them and they would remake them for me at a cost. I indicated that I would not and wanted to return them and get a refund. They still refuse, only offering to remake them at my cost. I have attached a photo of what I ordered vs what I got. The bubble gum pink ice skating dress is probably the best...
My mom ordered this wedding dress for me a few weeks ago, and I received it in the mail this morning. I am so pleased with it. It feels so soft, and it fits my shape. I received the package last night and tried it on immediately, the bust area fits almost perfectly, AND the color and look is spot on. It needs a few alterations with the length, but other than that, I'm extremely happy and can't wait to wear it to the Ball
