Zulily was my go-to place to shop. I was on it numerous times a day. I bought so much on there. Kids clothes, my clothes, shoes, house stuff, quirky stuff, my collection of Ragon House santas, Christmas stuff, outdoor stuff, kitchen stuff, rugs, bedding, makeup, anything and everything. The prices were great. I could scroll thru there and just find things to buy. It was great for ideas. It was my favorite shopping place.Never had any issues with anything. Returns were easy. I will miss it a lot.
Bought a pair of shoes that was clearly irregular when I received the shipment. Returned them and stuck paying for incoming and out going shipping cost. Owe $10.95 for shoes I don't have. Thank God I had open their credit card so the return went back to the credit card and I am not stuck with a "store" credit to use on another purchase. I am now cutting up their credit card and will NEVER order from this company again. First and last time.
I've been shopping on Zulily for more than 12 years but I'm now done. The quality over the years and their customer service has waned. I understand they were sold and are under new management but if you make your products look amazing on your website then expect the customer to be happy with poor quality while paying a typically hefty price tag PLUS shipping then requiring another shipping cost to return it, in the age of Amazon, how do you expect returning customers?!

Product quality varies widely. Some things ok, many cheap Chinese-made, fast fashion items that may not tolerate a single laundering. I won't do business with a company that requires I provide personal info or "sign up" to make a purchase. Tired of the coercion to get my info. There should be no barrier to shoppers buying as a "guest" or being able to chat with customer service. There is absolutely NO reason they need my email address or anything else for me to be granted the "privilege" of spending my money on their goods. If people would stop forking over their personal info, businesses would stop demanding it. Tired of businesses being hacked and my info being handed out to everyone. Best defense is to not hand out your info. This is no different than going to the grocery and having the cashier demand your birthdate and social security number just to checkout.all the while knowing you are exposing yourself to significant risk doing so.It should be illegal to demand this info.

They started out as a limited time brand discounter but evolved into an order consolidator with lots of low quality merchandise from numerous Chinese retailers and QVC rejects, with some recognized brand offerings from time to time (which you usually can find for the same or close to same price on Amazon). Their shipping times (often a month or more) are ridiculous and their return policy is onerous. They suddenly cancelled items twice when I inquired about their status after waiting 3 weeks. They apologized and gave me $10 credit. Obviously hoping I'd be gullible enough to order from them again.

Unless you recognize a brand name proceed with caution and believe customers' negative product reviews. Expect to wait for your order.

I've purchased quite a few items from Zulily. It's my opinion to only order trusted name brand items. Anything else can't be trusted. Either quality is poor or sizing is for elves! Shipping is absolutely atrocious so don't be in a hurry to receive your item(s). Expect 3-4 weeks. Frustrating!
I ordered over 700.00 worth of Clothing and Shoes from Zulily.com. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and construction of these items. The shoes arrived with indentations and marks on them, as well as the wrong sizes. The Clothing items was cheaply constructed using very low quality Material and poor construction. I will not order from them again.

I have received a few ok things I ordered but mainly I'm tired of their terrible return policy and the inconsistent state of the things they sell. Buyer beware! Store credit for junk...
I've learned to limit my ordering as most of the clothing does not fit properly, even the mens clothing. If you send items back it takes forever to get credited. The orders also take forever to be fulfilled and a lot of items are cancelled after waiting over a month! Amazon ships so much faster and some items are actually less expensive than Zulily.
I buy a lot in the Zulily, but in the past orders I was disappointed in some purchases like a sandals and the bikini set. The sandals was poor quality broken in the first used. For the Bikini set, they send the top and not the bottom. Cancelled the bottom and when I reviewed the application the bottom was available again. I did not received any message to try to buy again. Zulily has some wonderful vendors with great clothing but on the other hand, they also have some cheap clothing for good prices. I ordered a couple of items more than a month ago, maybe 5 or 6 weeks. Not a damn thing has come to me yet and I am pissed off. It says one item made it to my post office more than 4 days ago, and yet they have nothing. What is going on here? I have purchased a ton of clothing over the years and this company is poor at sending out their product. I advise that if you want an item for the holidays, start shopping at least four months in advance. This is a nice company but their shipping out to customers really sucks.

NEVER order anything for the holidays from Zulily unless you start ordering in the summer. I have now waited almost 6 weeks for an outfit and I have not seen it yet and I have a family party to attend this weekend and nothing for the baby. The site is great but their biggest downfall is their horrible shipping policy. That is the only thing that keeps me from ordering from here like I did years ago. This is appalling to me that nothing has arrived at my home yet. Buy elsewhere for the holidays.

I received a shipment which was supposed to contain a xmas gift I ordered on 12/20/18. When I opened the box it was not my item and not my name on packing slip. And something really ugly! Emailed three times and got nothing but the canned response. Very poor customer service
I was trying to buy something off of zulily that could be price matched to Walmart. Easy, customer service immediately changed the price in my cart for me. I try to check out and nothing. I kept receiving an error message. Go to customer service again, and I'm told to cut my phone off and on again, so I try that. Still nothing. Ok well tech is out for the day and it'll be up to 24 hours before it's resolved. Okay that's fine I understand that completely. I'm order to receive a tech ticket to help fix my problem I have to send in multiple things that I have no clue where to find on my phone like the IP Address etc and I openly stated that the SECOND time I had to reconnect because she ended the chat while I was looking. Simple mistake I'm sure she didn't mean to. I reconnected with her again a third time and I'm told her that info and come back with no help as to where to find these things. I cleared out my order and tried to order it again without the price match and it worked. So yet again I reconnected with the same lady to get another price match and try again. Then I'm told they can't price match because the item I'm price matching is out of stock on Walmart. AGAIN that is okay, the first agent never told me that. I apologize because I did not know and immediately she just closes the chat. No response whatsoever. The absolute worst customer service I think I've ever come across. As much as I want that item I will NOT be buying it from them.
My leggings are not what I call leggings. Yes they have some strech, but are more like pajama like bottoms. I would not buy from this site again. Reading the reviews made me wonder if I would even receive my item. On the site they look like crop leggings but mine are ankle length. Beware the revolvers are not good.

I don't recommend ordering from this site if you ever have issues with sizing. Because they don't take returns, if something shows up and the sizing is off, you're stuck with it. I stopped using them because I had spent tons of money on poor quality clothes that don't fit properly. It's fine for ordering household goods, accessories, etc.
If Im paying you money via credit card why can you only refund store credit if I refund in guidelines and within 30 days?

I used to like Zulily until lately I've had bad experiences. I ordered a pair of boots and didn't receive the same as pictured in the website. Instead they sent a fake copy of the boots they were advertising, nevertheless pointing they were shipped from China. I don't like websites that show something they don't have in order to make you buy. It feels like they changed ownership or they sold the company to China because now most of the shipping comes from China. Also they do not specify where their shipments come until you make the purchase and it's shipped. I am not doing any more business with Zulily. Thank you.
I ordered two pair of shoes in different colors. When I ordered them the site said I have 14 days to return that particular product. When I went to return one within the window, it said that the item was not returnable and the website had changed. I know that was not what I said when I ordered because I had never ordered from zulily before, was skeptical, and asked my friend to look and make sure things are returnable. I guess that will be my first and last order.
I have been disappointed with many purchases that seem like a good deal until I receive the product. I have shopped with QVC. So when I saw Zulily was affiliated, I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, this company does not live up to the same standard at QVC. Returns are such a hassle (and I don't always receive my refund, UGH). That I am reluctant to purchase more from this site
I love the things I get from Zulily for the most part, I have received things I had to get rid of. The worst part of Zulily is the shipping, no other place besides Shop LC that takes as long as they do the ship things. I don't understand why things take so long as most stores have things to me within a weeks time not a month. I don't think the buys are that good. I've had orders cx on me. Just don't understand.

I used to love Zulily. The clothes were great and descriptions correct. Last few things I've ordered the descriptions were not even close to what I received. They were described as 65% cotton but the items that arrived had zero cotton involved. They were cheap trash that looked like Halloween costumes that come in a bag. The fabric was 100% synthetic. The medium was more like XL. They looked nothing like image online. I wouldn't be caught dead in or out of my house in these clothes and the return policy is s* They charge you to return and only give store credit. I only gave 2 stars because for non clothing items I have had better luck.

Only buy clothing brands that you know. If you don't know the brand chances are it comes from China and will disappoint. If it says it's cotton don't count on it. Chances are it will be cheap synthetic printed on/sublimated trash. Think the cheapest Halloween costume material. None clothing items I haven't had issues with.

I like so many items on Zulily, but I have been disappointed too many times I have received about 6 items that arrived broken, 3 items that were in mislabeled boxes so what I received was not what I paid for and the wait time to receive my purchases is way too long. I am limiting my purchasing on Zulily because of these flaws
I ordered shoes, tops and a "throw" that would not cover a child's doll. All of the merchandise was bad and I have to pay to return and a store credit for more poor quality to bad merchandise!

I feel taken advantage of. Capris smelled bad like they were stored in an auto grease shop and I have to pay to return with no money back plus shoes that buckles poked me in the feet, a throw that was too small to cover a childs dolly. Please Beware when you shop here!

If you do a lot of research, you can snag some deals. But most of the unknown items are really garbage. The customer service is excellent, but I'm done with Zulily because it's such a let down to get a package that turns out to be garbage.
The only reason I gave a 2 is for some of the products. I have been happy with a few items that I couldn't get anywhere but Zulily. I always look on Amazon before I order to see if the same items are available. The shipping is outrageous. By the time you pay for shipping and tax the low price isn't that great. Returns are store credit only. This is a big reason I won't buy more. I've had several things that didn't fit but wasn't cost effective to send back. Also, if you are a disabled Veteran, they won't honor your tax exemption. Amazon and every other online vendor I shop with honors it. I won't be doing much (if any) business in the future.
I enjoyed looking through the app for some window shopping but when I finally came to buying items, I was very disappointed. Items from brand names like joules and Roxy were great products but other products from brands I didn't know were horribly disappointing. I ordered a romper which was 40.99$ and an eyelet tank top among other items. The other items were still not delivered after 3 weeks of wait so I cancelled them. The romper and tank arrived at that time but the material for both was so cheap. It was horribly overpriced, the wrong size than specified and just greed by the company. I'm never ordering from them again.
Tracking notification takes a long time. Likely won't bother again. Two weeks and still no notice of tracking.
