KEEP AWAY! I have never ever come across such atrociously rude and unhelpful customer service! The worst thing a company can do make is a mistake then worm their way out of it and hang up on the customer! Never shopping there again! Ordered 7 items 1 was damaged 2 wrong sized liaised through email three different people respond with three different things and in the end you're told to read the returns policy! When you have read and followed it in the first place! Oh the best bit is you tell these people ur 39 weeks pregnant and you do not need the stress and in return ur told "well ma'am I'm going to terminate this call I don't deserved to be spoken to like this" but it's perfectly fine for u take people's money and send them damaged goods!

I wish there was a way to rate this site lower than 1 star. The short story: I ordered some tank tops on Oct. 30. Today is Dec. 9 and they still haven't shipped. I've contacted customer service regarding this matter several times over the last weeks. Finally, today they said they would cancel my order because of their failure to fulfill it. They promised to credit back my Visa card 'in a few days'. We'll see if I get my money back. I will never deal with these people again!

It's no joke about having to wait a month for delivery. I ordered items for my grandson's Easter basket and they won't arrive until well after the holiday. If you send an e-mail to their customer service don't expect a response.

Order my son a pair of d & n shoes 19$ from 35$ I'm in brampton Ontario took only 3 days to get to me and these shoes are so amazing! And I paid $25 altogether. After hunting for shoes finding that even the shoes that were this much at Walmart were crappy and stiff or just ugly, I'm am 100% satisfied they look really nice well made arrived super fast and are comfy too! Best Buy I highly recommend zulily

Horrid company

They promise delivery by Christmas and then tell me that they won't be delivering until new years! The customer service refuses to give consolation for their lies. This is just a fascist Chinese company with American employees.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered one dress on 11/18/14 and they are now saying won't have it in until tomorrow and then another week. Will not have this gift for Christmas! Websites says 10-14 days but the guy said their terms and conditions list more info which indicates longer time frames... very deceptive! I didn't even receive delay emails; I had to keep calling. They will not overnight either. They gave lots of explanations about the vendors they work with in China and the reasons the prices are so cheap. In the end, it doesn't matter when you can't get the product.

They do fraud business. I got worst quality items over 100 dollar value each. Even a blind person will never pay for these touching and feeling. Certainly this is scam. There is no return policy which is approve of scam. Don't shop at zulily ever. One star is too much...

Steer clear
July 16, 2015

I waited over a month for three items I purchased together. They all came separately. Not one of them fitted. Despite choosing two plus size swimsuits (I am not huge), neither would even fit one leg. Ridiculous sizing. Can't be bothered with returns. Will just warn people off this site and write off my $125. Steer clear.

Terrible business model

I would strongly recommend avoiding Zulily. Occasionally you'll find a good deal with name brand only things, but even then it's a horrible business model. I can't even count the amount of times I've bought something only to have the item arrive completely different from what was advertised. My issues with this site are: 1) items are not accurately advertised or described (not just inaccurate, like completely off)
2) This is a problem because their return/exchange policy is non-existent. If you're not going to allow customers to return/exchange then describe the item correctly!
3) Website is very frustrating to navigate, really wish there was some type of "sort by" feature beyond "women" and "kids", how about sort by price or newest, etc.
4) Shipping takes WEEKS! I've even waited months. And occasionally they will cancel an item on you while you're waiting those weeks :(

Beware!

Sizing inconsistent, ordered 2 tops, one too small and the other too big. Took a month to get here. Now their customer service via email is telling me no returns/exchanges?! Not what it says on their website. Don't waste your money!

Don't get sucked in

They have some cute clothes at decent prices, still not super cheap but the quality of the stuff I have received has been horrible. Weird fitting, doesn't look like what is pictured online, terrible quality. What I would expect from something much cheaper than even their discount prices. I think if you order name brand stuff when they have it, you're okay but stay away from any brands you don't recognize or that look boutique like, I'm guessing it's super cheap stuff from China, at least from my experience. I've been sucked into ordering cute boutique looking clothing three different times now and ended up donating 90% of it because of fit, quality, etc. another red flag for me is a company with such a crappy return policy. That should be your first clue that they sell crappy stuff. If it was quality, they'd stand behind it and have a good return policy. Won't be buying from them again. Would NOT recommend.

I have had great luck with these people.The sizes are a little "off" sometimes. Better to order larger because most things can't be returned.At least you can take things down smaller or they may fit perfectly, it's inconsistent. Well packaged, and they ask how the size was and care about your feedback. Beware of other companies with " lily" in their name, they are not at all like zulily and you will end up sorry. They feed off a good company's reputation. Always check this site before you order. Zulily is very good, others very poor.

Very unhappy with customer service... or lack thereof. Ordered and had to wait as usual... merchandise came in and 2 of the 3 items were obviously mis-sized. Guess what? No refunds... only store credit... why would I want to continue that nightmare?

I've gotten some great deals and really pretty clothes from the site. However, there are many issues.
1. Sizing isn't always accurate, quite a few items come from China
2. Hate the fact that you do NOT get refunded for returns, only store credit.
3. Items arrive in so many packages.
4. Reviews are often not posted.
5. Have to call to return more than couple items because site won't allow it.
6. Should be disclosed when an item is coming from China
7. Some items can't be returned at all.

I've had several items received that were incorrectly size labeled, defective or simply junk. They refuse all swimwear (even with tags) & require you pay $5.95 & $2.00 to return. They could care less if you have an issue. Horrible experience.

Not the best deal

I saw boots for toddlers from Carters price 34.99 Canadian I went into Carter's store and got it for $30 1 plus you have to pay for shipping so it's not a deal at all please shop around before you order because there are better deals out has any one noticed the same thing

I wish I've searched this review site before the purchase at Zulily. The US size is too confusing. It said Small/Medium US 10 and it turned out AU size 14! Even one size to fit all is likewise. Three out of four items are too huge for me to wear then no returns so they must go straight to the charity clothes bin as I don't have any friends/family who is in these size. The other (only fit) one is in size Small (bottoms) was a bit tight and the thread on the top elastic part has broken off easily when I tried on. The color of wrap skirt said Purple/Orange and it did said the color may look different from picture but what I've got is Orange/Red which looks very different from the picture. They should show some samples of color patterns at least if they are so much in variety. I'm completely devastated by this hugely disappointing purchase that more than hundreds dollars have been wasted! Will never come back again! Watch out AU consumers!

I consider myself a Zulily expert as someone who spends approximately $1000 a month on the website. Yes, it is true it takes a long time for your order to arrive but Zulily clearly states how long each manufacturer takes to ship and where its coming from which is also a consideration. While there general policy is to give a store credit for returned items I have been reimbursed when they really let me down with substandard merchandise or damaged products.
Since becoming a Zulily fanatic my work wardrobe has become the envy of my coworkers and attire I feel fantastic in! I can go 4 months without repeating clothes because they are so affordable!
My only concern is their method of shipping. The United States Postal Service Innovations which has lost my packages several times or left it laying in a post office for days on end. I find it to be an extremely unreliable method of shipping particularly for the amount of money that I spend on the website.

Trying to get out of this company but they only give you credit back, most stuff is cheap or damaged and never arrives on in because it comes on a slow boat from China and my stink! Very bad accounting and computer adding!
