Zulily was my go-to place to shop. I was on it numerous times a day. I bought so much on there. Kids clothes, my clothes, shoes, house stuff, quirky stuff, my collection of Ragon House santas, Christmas stuff, outdoor stuff, kitchen stuff, rugs, bedding, makeup, anything and everything. The prices were great. I could scroll thru there and just find things to buy. It was great for ideas. It was my favorite shopping place.Never had any issues with anything. Returns were easy. I will miss it a lot.

Bought a pair of shoes that was clearly irregular when I received the shipment. Returned them and stuck paying for incoming and out going shipping cost. Owe $10.95 for shoes I don't have. Thank God I had open their credit card so the return went back to the credit card and I am not stuck with a "store" credit to use on another purchase. I am now cutting up their credit card and will NEVER order from this company again. First and last time.

Bought a pair of shoes that was clearly irregular when I received the shipment. Returned them and stuck paying for incoming and out going shipping cost. Owe $10.95 for shoes I don't have. Thank God I had open their credit card so the return went back to the credit card and I am not stuck with a "store" credit to use on another purchase. Zulily had recently made some changes to their site and now my items are systematically being marked as shipped without an email notification or ship date- No one seems to have an answer there.
Changes have also been mage to their platform and some great services are no longer being offered. I have been a Zulily shopper for over 10 years and once I get this resolved I will delete their app!

I've been a customer for many years and with the new site it's been horrible.
Customer service hasn't refunded me for an order paid in full.
Store credits are not available from the site. The codes provided are not working.
Unable to change Country currency to CAD from USD (default)
I'm done with Zulily. Yesterday Customer service assistance had me on hold throughout breaks of 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes and refund and store credit haven't been resolved.
Do not shop here!

Tip for consumers:
The new website is not user friendly, unable to view past orders history. Store credit is no longer available, need to wait for Zulily email with codes which don't work. Long calls with Customer Service who seem not well trained to handle certain requests. I will no longer be shopping from Zulily.

Bought a leather jacket. Arrived wadded up in a plastic bag and it was polyurethane and smelly. Returned it two months ago for store credit which doesn't appear in my account and customer service keeps telling me they've emailed me with the credit code, and there is no code in my email. Do not buy from them. Used to be a great bargain place for deals but this year it went so far downhill that I'm done. I'm sure I'll never get my credit after about seven emails from them telling me they already sent it.

Just last week I was on the Zulily app. And put stuff in my basket in case I might come back to it, well boxes started arriving at my front door from Zulilly, then more boxes, I went into a panic and called them, she informed me you have 3 Computers about to be shipped out. I immediately looked on the site and saw there were 3 expensive computers another pair of Brooks shoes about to ship out on my account, how could this happen? It has happened to me before, years ago where the Computer ordered me 3 Recliners, it hadn't happened in a few years so I figured Zulily got the " glitch" out of their Computers...obviously not, at the worst case scenario if I passed out and hit a button and I would have had to hit a second button to approve the order so this is not the fault of the Customer, they won't fix their problem at their end, how could I order 3 Computers, 2 pair of Brooks tennis shoes, 1 pair being male, there is no men in the house and 3 fur headbands. Now I'm terrified of putting anything into my Cart again knowing this will happen. I am upset Zulilly will not fix this problem. Do not leave stuff in your Cart, it's a hazard!

I complained to Zulilly about the Hoodie I did not order. I returned it with a Postage paid package where I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Zulilly returned the money to my Debit account minus the restocking fee. It was better than nothing.
If your buying from Zulilly buy Brand names or research the Company before hitting the payment button. It may save you some heartache since China is where a great deal of the merchandise come from and the sizes are different from US sizes

You have to read the fine print to know that not all there products are eligible for return and if you do have one, you pay to ship plus a restocking fee. I ordered a product and it fit great. When I ordered the same product in the same size again, the product was too small. Poor quality control. Also found out the product is not eligible for return. Do not recommend buying from this site.

Zulily wrongfully sent a $7.49 item ro a collection agency - No one ever contacted me - ever. That is my point. I paid it yesterday when I was FINALLY alerted to it - by the collection agency.
NO ONE FROM ZULILY EVER EVER CONTACTED ME EVER ABOUT THIS MEASLY $7.49. MY IMPECCABLE CREDIT - YES IMPECCABLE - now has this debt collection on it.
Apparently my debit card expired and the second payment for the $15 item didn't go through. They tell me they tried 11 times! And not once did I receive an email, phone call, letter - NOTHING.

I purchased a rug on during Black Friday (11/20). I have family coming over for Christmas along with a 10 month old that is starting to crawl ALOT so the old rug needed to go. I purchased a large 12x15 nuLOOM rug. I even called a couple of weeks ago and was "assured" I would have it 12/8... 12/12 all i received a cancellation for my order. No communication, opportunity to make it right, or even a "sorry". This place sucks just like ALL OF THE OTHER reviews confirm. I'm glad they had to fire people, I hope this company falls apart and CEO ends up in jail.

I ordered four baby items at ones as a present for newborn.
They sent them separately with 7-10 days apart: 0! Who would ever do that? Present is ruined! I will never deal with them again! If I could of put zero, I would.

Getting anything to fit you properly is more of a miss than hit. Numerous times I've purchased from Zulily only to have to either throw it away or send it back. Clothing is poor quality. Dont get sucked in from what it looks like on the website. I have store credits built up from returns. I really want nothing else from them. Only do shopping where you can get a true refund if the item is not what you expected.

Buyer beware, shop very carefully.
It's a major gamble shopping on this site. Received completely incorrect items on a few occasions (2 pairs of earring were completely the wrong color/material from what was listed online). Inconsistent sizing, inconsistent quality at times (several items were inconsistent with size charts). Shipping can be slow, orders can be cancelled or items unavailable even after being charged. Nonexistent refund policy, expect to pay shipping twice, even if it's the merchant error. Minimally helpful customer service at times. Prices seem higher for most items, deals not as good as they used to be (perhaps post QVC merge). Many positive reviews seem suspiciously similar in wording and pour out all at once (or around same/similar dates).

Allegedly this company suddenly shut down. Closed the site no phones answered no emails answered. Taking customers money with them with undelivered product just days before Christmas

Zulily uses the delivery services of OnTrac which is notorious for missing packages... their drives STEAL your packages. I'm never ordering from Zulily again. Tired of buying pants for strangers...

You place an order and you're lucky if it arrives 3 weeks later. Then the item doesn't fit and they charge you $5 to ship it back and give you a store credit for a future purchase. I decided to just donate the item because I won't be shopping at Zulily ever again so I would not be able to yse a store credit. Awful shopping experience. Clothes are not true to size.

I wish I had known Zulily's return policy prior to shopping at ther site.

Order items that were autographed. Sat waiting 3 weeks, then they show up cancelled. Told the vendor did not have inventory, checked directly with vendor and they show "in stock." Horrible customer service. And get ready for the constant SPAM emails once you make an order (2-3 daily). Do better Zulily.

Mediocre quality and horrible shipping. It was better in every respect at one time, but boy have they gone downhill. If you're lucky enough to get your order it'll take over a month thanks to a horrible untrackable shipping system called UPS Mail Innovations. Even without the product quality issues, having to deal with UPS-MI is enough that I've decided not to order from them again.

I placed an order 11/15, billed 11/18. It is now 12/9 and items have not even shipped out. Very disappointed needless to say. Make sure you allow a month to receive anything ordered.

This company does not tell you that refunds are only in form of a store credit and they send you a shipping label but then deduct the amount from your refund. It has been SIX weeks since I returned the merchandise and they keep stating that they have Not receive the merchandise! I understand mail is slow with COVID-19 but six weeks!? When you try to track the shipping of your return merchandise it keeps stating that the information is unavailable at this time. I have emailed customer service four times and they keep saying we haven't received the merchandise yet and it has been six weeks!

All three pairs are very poor quality and each shoe came in a plastic bag along with other items in another plastic bag and the bags were torn. Shoes are all flat with creases. The shoes are not made of leather material. Stitching is showing and material is cut poorly on the red shoes. Toe strap is loose.
When I walk in the brown and white shoes they will not stay on my feet. The straps are too loose. Both have creases. Again, I show the picture of the shoes on line and then as I received them.

I will throw the shoes away. If I return them they give a store credit and I will not buy anything from them again.

Bought a Jeans after checking the measurements. The measurements does not fit. And on returning they charge the shipping from you and give you only store credit.
Bout 2 tops, very low Quality. Also the color was not what was displayed in the picture. The length was not what was mentioned. Not going to

Also had issues in purchasing. My card was not working in their site. Absolute waste of money and time.

I ordered kitchen utensils that were listed on Zulily as Made in Germany. When I received them, they were clearly marked as Made in China. I paid Made in Germany prices for Chinese. I was so disappointed. It was also false advertising which is illegal in the US. The first time I called the CSR was able to pull up the site on her system and yes, they were listed as Made in Germany. She had me email her photos of the labels and the packing slip. She would talk to the "buying team" and would get back to me. Well, she never got back to me so I called again today.
Spoke with a floor supervisor. What was most dismaying is that she did not care or own the fact that her company had engaged in illegal acts. She did not care about defrauding me. She just kept offering me a full refund. Zulily and this supervisor are morally bankrupt. They do not care if they are liars or frauds. They do not care about the quality of their products or the quality of their service.
Caveat emptor! Don't let the allure of a seemingly great deal cloud your judgment. Buy from a reputable site that will stand behind their products.

I have bought primarily T-shirts from Zulily over the last couple of years. At least 90% are printed sloppily (not quite straight) They don't fit as predicted, and when you make a return you lose half of your money for "shipping" since the only way you are refunded is in-store credit. Then when you are tracking the package there is inevitably some bizarre screw-up that delays your package. Not buying anything from them again.

Do NOT buy from Zulily. Their return policy is absolutely horrible. I needed to do an exchange for my sons shoes for his AFO's (not shoes you can just go in and try on) Zulily makes their customers return through Canada Post (who they have an agreement with) and the customer has to pay the return shipping….so I paid $5.99 for shipping from the company originally. All I need is a size down in shoe and now I'm required to spend $25 a box to ship back. Canada post is expensive. So now I have eat close to $50 plus tax. My son has a disability and they don't care about taking money we need for him. I guess I'm out shoes and the money! So annoyed! Lesson learnt. Will never order through them again.

My 1st order was for children's rain boots. Shipping was promised "quickly" but after placing the order, the item was marked to ship in 3 weeks. I cancelled the order immediately. My 2nd order was for a Navy Blue Dino Quilt for my son's room. I received the item and it was not Navy blue but purple/indigo. I contacted Zulily to return the product and get my money refunded. I was told they would give me a store credit LESS shipping... when they advertised the product incorrectly. Absolute terrible business practice. I will never shop from this company again.
