Spent $170 dollars on a purse to have it arrive with one strap GLUED on! Very disappointed and had to go process of return only allowed store credit for definitely known about faulty merchandise. Told everyone going to social media and will never use Zulily again after credit is spent! I was a faithful customer up until that purchase!

I consider myself a Zulily expert as someone who spends approximately $1000 a month on the website. Yes, it is true it takes a long time for your order to arrive but Zulily clearly states how long each manufacturer takes to ship and where its coming from which is also a consideration. While there general policy is to give a store credit for returned items I have been reimbursed when they really let me down with substandard merchandise or damaged products.
Since becoming a Zulily fanatic my work wardrobe has become the envy of my coworkers and attire I feel fantastic in! I can go 4 months without repeating clothes because they are so affordable!
My only concern is their method of shipping. The United States Postal Service Innovations which has lost my packages several times or left it laying in a post office for days on end. I find it to be an extremely unreliable method of shipping particularly for the amount of money that I spend on the website.

I like the name brand stores on discount. I've come to know new names brands too that I can count on. Watch out for clothing sizes, however. The customer service has been excellent! They have always went out of their way to make things right. There is a $7.95 restocking fee but you can send back 5 items at that same price. There is also a shipping fee for about the same amount, for the entire day, or weekend. Shipping does take a long time for most items, otherwise it is noted by a small rocket!

Always check to see if item is returnable before I buy. I have received items that have been broken or missing and Customer Service has always made it right. Yes, I have gotten some junk, but overall I am pleased with what I have purchased. Some items come from overseas and get stuck in Chicago for almost a week which increases shipping times. I live in a remote area and online shopping is great for me.

I love Zulily. I go there first when I need something for my home, office, myself or my kids. Prices are always excellent. Unfortunately they usually take about 3 weeks to deliver. So if you are in a hurry find what you want and then see if they are doing fast ship on that item. Today I got a king sized comforter for $20.00 in about 5 days. That was a great deal any way you look at it.
I love Zulily. But, understand where you are shopping. Zulily's business model seems to be to purchase quantity at discount. Some of the deals are amazing; some of the deals, not so much. At the end of the day, the positives far outweigh the negatives. One caution, now that QVC owns the company, I am concerned about changes to increase profits at the expense of the customer. QVC tends to squeeze every last penny out of the customer and constantly comes up with ways to manipulate profit while decreasing quality.
Time will tell, but for now, Zulily is my go to.

I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
