I tell everyone about Zulily! Especially when they are having a sale. Their website is great. Even when they are not having a sale the prices and quality can't be beat.
I would rate Zulily with a 10 if it was available. Merchandise is top of the line along with the pricing, customer service is wonderful also.

Love the variety, love SOME of the clothes, love the holiday decor. They have excellent customer service. My only complaints is that it seems their prices have gone up and the shipping can be very slow. The items you order come from the different companies to Zulily before they ship. I guess that's why it takes longer. You only pay shipping once and then for the rest of that day, any additional items ship for free. If you order on a Saturday, you get free shipping for the remainder of the weekend. All in all, I LOVE IT.
I look forward every day to checking out the new items for sale. I've sent a few things back but I love most of what I've ordered.
I purchased 3 items. I received the bathroom rugs in great time. I still have not received my other two items. It makes a great experience when ordering into a bad experience waiting for it to arrive. It turns me from a happy buyer to a frustrated tired or waiting buyer. Sorry but that is how a I feel.
When I first joined years ago your prices were set for the average person. Iknow prices have gone up, but the majority of yours items, are from companies that are kind expensive.The average person would have a hard time making up her mind to spend a lot of money. I still shop occasionally, but for the budget minded woman and mother the prices on things makes it hard to make a purchase.

This was my first time shopping on Zulily. However, I was really looking forward to it because it seemed like a reputable shopping site. I purchased a bunch of shorts for my twin daughters, one shirt for myself, two bras and two pair of sandals. I received most of what I ordered within a week or so, but it took my shirt about a month to arrive (I almost forgot I ordered it) and one pair of shorts. The shorts were cute but had a lot of loose threads. They were still very cute though for my girls. The bras were a reputable brand with good reviews, and I love the bras. The shoes were ordered in size 9 and they arrived a size 8. I noticed this immediately when I tried them on. I sent them back brand new in same packaging asking for refund. My refund would be like $32 minus nearly $9 in shipping, so maybe $21 (rough numbers here).
They were charging ME nearly $10 in shipping to refund my money back for their mistake! I couldn't believe it. I had my receipt from UPS to prove I sent them back and have been waiting on my refund. I just realized today that they issued my little refund in "in store credit." I plan on telling them to take that store credit and donate it because I'm never shopping with them again. Disgusting.
I order a lot on Zulily and their customer service is superb. Occasionally the clothes are off on sizing but that's true of all clothes. If you're going to shop online, you will sometimes get clothes too large or too small. Overall I'm usually pleased. Most items have a size chart and that sizing differs from item to item.
I appreciate that Zulily offers a wide variety of things. I often find things to buy that I never knew I needed or wanted. Sometimes the clothing selection is frustrating though. The descriptions are not accurate. The sizing tends to be VERY weird. And the plus size options are limited. Returns/refunds are complicated and difficult. If the descriptions and reviews were more accurate and clear, there wouldn't be as much of a need for returns.
You are safe with the brands you are familiar with but the others can be junky and a waste of money. To return the is expensive and costs more than the item itself.
I have bought several products from Zulily and now it is one of the few shopping apps I have on my phone. The products change every day and they keep it fresh. If an item sells out, they alert me when it's back in stock and that is pretty awesome. Sometimes the products are a lot different than I thought they would be and I have the choice to send it back or keep it. I usually keep it and either sell it or give it away. Sometimes the sizing is a little off but there again, I either make it work or sell it or give it away. People love the products so I can usually pass them on. As to shipping - the costs are pretty much the same as other places and yes, the system requires you to wait but it is well worth it. Once I understood how Zulily works, I am more patient about getting my products. I will continue to purchase from them and can; t wait to see what I will order next.
I have shopped a lot at Zulily over the past few years, and find there are lots of unique things at reasonable prices... Some of fair quality and some of great quality. The thing I love the most is the choice of product, and the great CUSTOMER SERVICE. No store is worth its salt without Good Customer Service, and Zulily is Great. Thanks Zulily.
Many options to choose from. Prices are good most of the time but, shipping is turtle slow! If you need something in a hurry, this is not the place for you. All and all, I still would recommend this site.
The shipping costs and speed are terrible. It takes forever to get your items and you have to pay for every item you buy (no free shipping over a certain amount like most stores). Most clothing items look nothing like they do on the website (sizing/cut wise) and the material is very cheap on most items. Kitchen stuff has been as expected and hard to find items.
I have to laugh most times when some one asks me "Where did you get that? It's so Cuuuute!" When I say Zulilly and they always look so surprised and intrigued. So far my interactions with customer service (4) since 2013, have all been very positive and successful. The return policy is a bummer, but I try to use vendors that I have become familiar with and keep a close eye on the fabrics/measurements/care instructions. When in doubt I order a size that is a little bigger. It is much easier to take something in, than try to make it fit.
Ordered many times but had to call this time to update shipping address again since their site doesn't update each time and reverts back to old address. My fault I guess for not checking every time. I called to get it updated and rude rude rude reps said too bad, you have to call shipping company ONTrac who was even rudder and like I guessed they would not alter shipping without talking to vendor who would not call them. After multiple attempts to get my package correctly delivered it was sent to old address and Zulily left it up to me to fight it out with On Trac. The reps were all rude but one.
I've been a customer of Zulily from 2003 to present and find the quality of products going down hill. Now a customer has to pay for returns, even though it's Zulily's fault. I will be discontinuing my membership.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
