I love Zulily's premise of variety, interesting products for sell, excellent customer service. I have tried to stop shopping on Zulily several times BUT I always wonder what I am missing. Especially good sales and offers, so I come back to shop. There are so many neat, different items. I love a good bargin!
My only negative comment is the length of time it takes to receive some of the items I order. Especially an overseas order. And orders from outside the US, the sizing runs smaller. This took some time figuring this out and I have to diligently check all Sizing charts.
Stopped buying any items with motion or lights. They never work and these items are always not returnable. The 10 dollar credit you give over the phone to compensate is not worth my time to even call you. Especially if i buy a 40 dollar item. Will not buy anything electrical or battery operated from you ever again this just happens way to often with your merchandise.
From finding a unique pair of shoes to skin care that is overpriced in the stores to a favorite top that I can wear anytime. I am addicted to Zulily and sometimes I have to stop myself from making purchases but I do love your store and enjoy getting to see all the new finds daily.

I love Zulily and the products they sell! I wish they will have more payment plans on certain items. I was living in Japan and I have to say if it wasn't for Zulily sending to APO my only options to get top fashions would be limited, especially with a payment plan that helped out a lot.
Zulily has a great variety of products for any purpose. Home, kids, myself, etc... You can choose things that are ready to ship or wait for your purchases to arrive. A lot of products are shipped from overseas so allow extra time for your purchases to arrive. Shipping costs are a problem... why can't it be free. IDK. Returns are easy but you must pay a ship price of $8.95 just to ship a return. Not too excited with that.

I've had great success with the home decorating items I've ordered. Not so much on clothing and shoes. Issues with clothing range from not being able to tell how long items are, colors not like picture shown, and some are very cheaply made. Shoes are sometimes very narrow, and not stated on site. All in all, I'd stick to home decorating items.

Been with Zulily since close to the beginning. Some things have changed but not for the better. Having to pay return shipping on items that were promised to be one thing then aren't isn't a good policy. Clothes coming from some vendors aren't true to the size chart supplied leading customers to either spend more money to return something that has to be returned due to things beyond their control or simply eat the cost of the item. This happens way too often! Not to mention that returns are only good for credit. It feels like sometimes the customer is trapped by a purchase. Shipping times to get items are also very long and many times don't arrive when promised. Shipping UPS only to have them deliver items to local post offices for delivery causes further delays in arrival. Some items are good deals and worth it but others seem to be just junk. Buyer beware.

Not happy with the 8.99 charge sending items back. It should be based on the price of the item, sometimes it isn't worth sending the n item back. If it costs 15.00 and 9.00 to send it back. Its b a hassle to send things back anyway but if your only getting 6.00 back, not worth it. Now what do I do with the item

I do believe Zulily offers such a great wide variety of items and an overall great online experience. I have gotten a chance to try things or brands I had never heard of before, along with great brands I'm familiar with and buy all the time! I do appreciate the new feature of "best price guarantee", but it really isn't the best because at the competitors they offer free shipping to the person and back to the facility if returns are needed. See a LOT of times I will be deterred from buying things because shipping is so costly, and if needing to return an item, having to pay a second time is just too expensive. As a company I'm this day & age, shipping to the customer should be free-even if the item is marked up a little to compensate...

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
