I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Zenni and am almost always completely satisfied. This time I purchased a pair of bifocals, but the bifocal portion was much smaller than others I have seen, so it is hard to focus while reading
I've bought two glasses from Zenni that were similar in color, but slightly different in shape. They have a lot of different options for glasses, and they also have a camera app service where you can see in 3D how the glasses would look on you. Thankfully I found something for my small head, it's hard to find glasses since most of them are big in size. The shipping was quick and the price seemed right. It's been a year and the glasses still work great for me. I had to go straighten out one pair, as it got a little unsteady probably from me handling it roughly. Overall though, a very wonderful experience.
This company has the worst customer service and treats you like another number with their automated rehearsed responses. I purchased 22 pairs of frames from them and not a single one could be put toward their reward program that launched in 2021 when I bought those frames in prior years. They really show their appreciation for their valued customers. My last pair of frames had a manufacturing error and they wanted me to pay for shipping. Interesting. Good luck. This company has gone down the gutter.

Bought daily wear eyeglasses (2 pair at once given price for a total of $80.00) prescription was perfect. Months later bought sunglasses and again extremely happy with glasses and transaction. Now... I stayed with frames others had highly rated and stayed away from "delicate" styles as I was concerned if I needed an adjustment down the road I wanted to be able to do it myself.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Zenni Optical. I was very skeptical about ordering my glasses "on line" but decided to purchase a test pair. They fit perfect, I could see clearly, and they cost me less than $50.00! What's not to LOVE!
I have ordered more than 5 pairs of glasses from Zenni: sunglasses, reading/computer, and bifocals over the last few years. My prescription changes every 18 months or so and now I don't panic. I can afford new glasses with ZENNI!

I used to love Zenni Optical -- the last five pair of glasses I purchased came from them. In the beginning, the quality was excellent and pricing was well below anyone else. I could get progressive transition lenses with crystal coating for $150. The quality was always good, but something has changed. My most recent pair of glasses, which are progressives with transitions with crystal coating/lens were $250 and they coating has already scratched. When the glasses transition, there is a lighter area in the lens. My husband ordered a pair about a month ago, and they have already broke. Again they were almost twice as much as they have been in the past. $250 is still a great price for all you get, but the quality isn't there.

My recently ordered glass gradually develop a stronger purple/blue tint. Look at the photo to see how bad it has gotten. Here is what Zenni said:

They never tell you about the tint and consider this as a warranty issue is also ridiculous. It's false presentation.

Zenni has no interest in quality improvement. I have identified 4 major glitches and problems on their website which make product selection difficult and which limit visual acuity in their lenses. All of these problems could be fixed by any bright IT student, and I've complained about at least 8 times in the past 6 years and the reps I spoke to all said they would forward my complaints. Absolutely no improvements have been made in those 6 years. I won't post photos because I've already sent plenty of photos and detailed descriptions of the various problems to Zenni. And my proof of purchase is redacted because I still use Zenni for single vision reading glasses and don't want to get blackballed.
I've been buying glasses for about 5 years. The Rx has been right on and my wife has become a steady customer as well. I let everyone I know about Zenni that they should try your product even without a Rx for sunglasses. High Quality, great value and quick turn-around make it difficult to go any where else.

Results have always been mixed from this company and their customer service has always been atrocious, but recent orders for progressive lenses was a complete disaster. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did, but after this last experience, Zenni is dead to me. Buyer beware!

I bought Zenni glasses for several years. They seemed like a good deal at first, $57 for prescription glasses, but eventually all the frames would break. The lenses are poor quality and end up getting scratched up, breaking or popping out. Evidenced by all the blue plastic cases I ended up with, I'd estimate I went through two dozen pairs. The only good thing about their business model is being able to order online. Eventually I went back to buying regular reading glasses, three pairs for $10 at America's most popular retail that starts with a W. I have yet to break the frames or even scratch the lenses...LoL!
You're never too old for something fun. I'm so glad my cousin directed me to Zenni. My most recent glasses are fantastic. While one accidentally matches my eyes, the other is glow in the dark and I love them so much!
Super cute my son loved them. He has a high script so finding cheaper glasses for him tends to be difficult but these are affordable and he loves that they glow and we were able to put his name on them.
Ordered single vision glasses. Paid about 1/4 what local shops charge. Frames and lenses are every bit as good as $200-$300 eyewear sold by visionworks and pearl. Zenni is big on up selling. I passed on all the extras. They even try to sell eyeglass case for $6. Glasses arrived in eyeglass case in plastic mail bag. If you're looking for good quality no frills non designer eyeglasses, Zenni is a very good choice. Was referred by a friend who purchased eyeglasses from Zenni in the past.
Zenni was awesome! I had mad an error on my lense type, not a problem. Customer Service to care of it right away. I am very pleased with my glasses and how quickly I received them. I will definitely order again!

I've always used Zenni to get my glasses for over a decade, my family uses them too. It's a way better deal than any other online store and forget about trying to not break the bank buying from the actual doctor office. I'll never use anyone else to buy glasses.
I love my glasses and they came so quick! I normally use goggles4u and it takes 2+ weeks, which makes sense, since its custom made but this one came in 5 days! The only negative is I never got an email, no confirmation or shipping notice but whatever, getting it super quick makes up for that. Ill def use them again
I never write reviews. But wow! I lost my brand new progressive lense glasses and dreaded the cost of having to replace them so on a recommendation,I ordered some thru zenni and figured if I'm getting a pair, I'll get three. I'll like them or I won't. I honestly didn't have great faith that my putting a credit card on my forehead was going to get me a perfect fit,especially since when I go to the eyeglass store it always takes them numerous tries to get my fit right. I just got my three pair of glasses ( quick too) from zenni and love all of them so much! They are great quality and each pair fits me perfectly!I am beyond thrilled and want everyone to know! I'll never go anywhere else again!

I'e purchased many pairs of glasses from Zenni over several years. I've always been happy with every single one I received. The frame quality is pretty much what I get when I purchase at an optometrist. The lenses are always well made and to specification. Shipping tends to take a while, but that is expected and they mention it upfront. It usually gets to me a little earlier than they promise. Most of my purchases were relatively cheap, but sometimes it does get more expensive when I add a lot of options. It is still always much cheaper than I'd pay at my optometrist for similar options. Great place to buy glasses.
I purchased a pair of frameless eyeglasses from Zenni Optical. They are so lightweight and flimsy that I only wore them at night to read or watch TV. Within two months one of the screws holding the frame to the lens began to loosen. Now, I have to tighten the screw multiple times each evening.
Zenni support informed their warranty is for 30 days period, I asked to buy a spare screw, they said they do not stock parts. I asked for recommendations about fixing them. They told me I could purchase a new pair from them.
Apparently, they manufacture the frames just strong enough to make it past thirty days.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. We want to advise that we use the FT-28 style of bifocal lenses. The FT is short for Flat Top, with the bifocal lens resembling a capital letter D turned on its side, with the curved part at the bottom. The 28 refers to the width of the bifocal segment lens at its widest point, 28 millimeters.
