I generally don't order apparel or accessories online. I prefer to see them in person. That being said, my brother showed me his glasses from Zenni and they were exactly what I wanted. The entire experience was easy and I'm very pleased with the quality, fit and price of my purchase. I'll be ordering more soon!
Ordered multiple pairs of glasses, they look and fit great. Fantastic selection of frames to choose from. I was notified of each step in the shipping process, which is a big thing for me. The package even arrived a day early. Will definitely be ordering more!
If you order any of the protective or safety glasses with detachable shields, they do NOT provide a way to get replacements and do NOT make this clear before you make a purchase. They insist you spend the cost of ordering a complete new set of glasses in order to get more shields. Also, though I blame myself, I thought I was getting transition lenses that would darken to sunglasses effectiveness, but ended up with a "fashion tint" that does little to block the sun. There is a lot that is left unclear and unsaid on this site. Ironically, I could have ordered multiple shields for the type of glasses I purchased, but didn't, thinking I could order them later if needed.
Absolutely LOVE Zenni glasses & customer service. It is so nice not yo be forced to pay $300 for a single pair of glasses anymore. This way I can have multiple pairs to fit my budget & outfits. Highly recommend!
Being being only $20 frames these feel sturdier and just more premium, very shiny. And the lenses are clear and great at blocking blue light. Only thing I wish is that they came with clip on sunglasses, but will probably just order some prescription ones later anyway. Another satisfied customer!
Zenni is always easy, affordable and speedy. If I ever make a mistake and need to call customer service, the conversation ends with my expectations being exceeded, and leaves me feeling taken care of. I love this company.
I have successfully purchased from Zenni for a few years. This time, despite sending me glasses with visible stripes (lines) in the anti-reflective coating, they refused to send me another pair while I sent my defective pair back. After waiting week to receive these, I can't wear them, and now I have to wait weeks more, before being able to get some new glasses. Not customer-friendly. I won't be ordering from Zenni again. If you value a great customer experience, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere for your eyewear needs. The days of stellar customer service - treating the customer as I would treat the customer, are gone.
My son is rough on glasses and I've ordered a couple pair from zenni the past three years. I can get him 2 pair of single vision lenses with transitional tint for under $50. It takes a couple weeks, but they are good glasses.
I bought four pairs of glasses with blue Blocker. It was super easy to find the ones that fit us and styles that we liked. They each came with their own case and were very high-quality. We will definitely be buying from them again!
I would highly reccomend Zenni Optical for those looking for prescription glasses on a budget. My total price for 1 pair of glasses was only $27 shipping included! Definitely research promo/discount codes before placing your ordering. The shipping time was roughly 8 business days. These glasses are mega clear/crisp and are light-weight, but not cheap feeling at all.
This used to be my and my family's go to place for glasses. Recently noticed very flimsy quality. Will need to find something better. Don't even bother with expedited shipping costs. They are listed as arriving within 5-10 BUSINESS days. Much too long as most orders placed after a Tuesday will include a weekend.

Been using them for many years. The eyeglass business is all hype. Frames come from major worldwide distributors. That aside, my prescriptions were all made accurately. In many years, I had only one problem, and I suspect it had something to do with the size frame and choice of blue tint and progressive combo- something. They replaced it with a second pair, which also was not right. However, I have purchased dozens of eyeglasses/sunglasses over the years. They are as stylish as you want, at affordable prices. I ordered everything from bifocals to progressives, tinted and photo-chromatic. No problems... The pricing is reasonable - very- and they arrive relatively quickly.
I wasn't sure about ordering glasses online because, ya know. But these arrived not too long after I purchased them. They look AMAZING! Fit was awesome and they came in a cool case with a lens cleaning cloth.
Purchasing easy, variety of glasses to chose from which is a plus and fast shipping. Not so sure about the scratch proof cause my daughter's glasses are already scratched. But over all I really like the glasses.
I have been afraid to order online due to bifocals and having a big head. These fit perfect, no adjustments needed. I will be ordering all my glasses online going forward... so happy with the entire process!
Gave them my prescription as required. Selected "progressive" since that's what I have and want. The glasses that came were not progressive and, hence, useless to me. Kept chatting with their "support" for an hour to get money back, but they claimed I had applied for "single vision", a blatant lie or if it's something wrong with their shop. I was eventually offered a 50% refund minus shipping which I declined. I wanted all my money back. Don't use them.
I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses for use in the car. Driving is not only more comfortable but also safer as well. I am very impressed with the quality, value, and speed of delivery. Highly recommended!
Ordering on line was easy. The prices are so inexpensive compared to buying glasses at the optometrist office. The prescription is correct and the frames fit my face. They were delivered in a timely manner, as well.
1. Their processing time is unbelievably long
2. Their shipping speed is horrible. 7-14 days priced fine or 5-10 days priced at what you would pay for overnight shipping on other goods far larger. They only offer 2-3 day shipping on a single item (They say single prescription, but I had two pair of glasses with a single prescription and there was no 2-3 day option).
3. It will take between 3-5 weeks to receive your glasses if you order more than one pair, which is completely ridiculous.
Will not do business again, ever.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
