My first order didn't work for me but it was very easy to return it. I was offered a refund or store credit, chose store credit, and found the perfect pair! Really good quality, confirmation comfortable and looks great.
I used to recommend Zenni to everyone, great prices and quality glasses. Going forward I will be looking for other places to order from. The prices have increased significantly making them barely cheaper than buying on site with my vision insurance. The quality of the lenses has decreased significantly. Further every time I order anything additional to the glasses I have to chat in to have it sent. In this last instance I was told to photograph my order which seems inane, they wanted me to literally dig the packaging out of the trash and photograph it. How hard would it be if someone was trying to lie about receiving something to just not include it in the photo? They then changed tactics to oh, it was sent but at a different speed than the glasses. Great, where is the tracking number and why is it showing delivered on my order page? I did not appreciate their chat support trying to make it seem like I was out of line for wanting the products that I ordered or at the very least showing an accurate status page.
Vision is bad in 3 glasses, w fresh prescription. I got a pair solely for the blue transitions and they are light grey and don't go to full sunglass darkness
I requested to purchase the left hinge of a rimless less to replace the broken hinge which came off the lens. Zenni refused my request and insisted that I buy a new pair of glasses instead. They insisted that they do not provide after-sales repairs or sell any replacement parts. Zenni should indicate this disclaimer on their website to alert customers of their lack of customer support.
I made two purchases of Zenni prescription glasses over the last 2.5 years. After 14 months the anti-glare/anti scratch coating started to peel off around the edges of the lenses. I ordered a second pair (believing the quality problem was just a fluke) with only the anti scratch coating and 13 months after getting the glasses the coating on both lenses started to deteriorate! I looked like 100's of pin holes across the lenses which you could feel with your finger not to mention compromising my visual acuity.
Every time I've ordered from Zenni I've had a wonderful experience! My order shows up as ordered in a timely fashion. They are very affordable and offer a lot of different features. I already have two pair and will probably order more!
Poor customer service and return policy. The frames I ordered had streaks of a black powder coat that did not look finished. The customer service representative said that it was suppose to be like that. Delivery was fast but the frames just looked a felt poorly made. I only got 50% refund back due to their return policy.
Wont be buying from them or recommending them to anyone.

Very cheap quality. The blue light filter doesn't work. Customer service is rude and doesn't communicate well with each other. The clip on lenses have arms that slide over your glasses lenses and block your vision. Yeah the website is cheap but you're getting what you pay for.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, both seemed defective sent them back for testing, were then lost! Zenni offered to redo the glasses, but at that point I asked for a refund, which they did immediately, appreciate this was done without any hassle!
Started using Zenni three years ago and now our entire family uses them. Great service, accurate and great glasses. They are so reasonable that we all can afford not only eye glasses, but prescription sun glasses as well which has changed my quality of life. Will never go back to store bought glasses.
I generally get a new pair of Zenni glasses every year that my eye prescription changes. I've had about 5 pairs now. Everyone of them has been perfect, with many extras and at very reasonable cost that I believe is usually below competitive prices.
First time ordering glasses that change when I go outside... the don't always adjust, and take forever sometimes to turn back once I'm inside... but I've used zenni a few times and as always... love them!
Love that Zenni glasses are so much cheaper and easier to get. Received them a little earlier than expected as well which was exciting. Glasses fit great and look exactly like the pictures. 10/10 would recommend
I bought two pair of prescription eye glasses from there, and never will again! They were over sized, made from the cheapest plastic/wires, that you can't even imagine. The colors were really different shades than showed on the website. Just because they're cheap doesn't mean it's worth it, very cheaply designed/made. Save your money, shop somewhere else.
Great service and products! Delivery was much faster than expected. The quality is great at a bargain price. I really enjoy shopping for my entire family through zenni for both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. There prices can not be beat.
I have ordered from Zenni several times and am always satisfied with my purchase! Absolutely loved my two newest pairs! I would recommend reading reviews on each product, if possible as I did order a pair of glasses that were ridiculously small for my face. Luckily, it was an inexpensive lesson, as their prices are phenomenal!
Zenni is great, optical quality better than I've paid hundreds of dollars for at boutique glasses shops. These particular glasses, the rainbow frames, get so many positive comments. Highly recommended.
These eye glasses are wonderful! Excellent quality, good frame selection, fair pricing, and a timely shipping speed. I found the Rx from a 'tad' confusing but, with a friends help, got thru' it. My next pair will be ordered soon from your site.
I had a bad experience with another optical company online so decided to give Zenni a go. I found the ordering process more detailed and exacting and was pleased about that. The try on feature is great. I purposely called for assistance and was immediately connected to a real person who answered a couple of measurement questions. The specs arrived quickly, and that was about 2 months ago and the glasses are very smart, sturdy and fit absolutely perfectly. Pay attention to the frame width and temple bar measurements and once you find your perfect fit you can compare other frames on their site. I also ordered the easy clean option and it isn't just a gimmick... it really works! I will definitely order more frames from Zenni. All around a very easy and positive experience. Customer service excellent as well!
The glasses took a bit of time getting there but it was so worth it when they did! They look really cute and they're comfortable on my face not too mention they were only $25! You literally can't beat that!
