This is horrific. I could find better quality items on Wish or in a dumpster. The quality is awful, it's not even the same colour and it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures whatsoever. I'd rather dig up my rotting grandmother and wear her clothes than wear this. I paid way too much for an item this $#*!ty and shipping took over 3 weeks too (the website says 6 - 10 business days). Don't waste your time or money!

Bought a lovely frock for a special occasion but it was way too small & obviously not the size it claimed to be (without a size label inside). Sent 6 emails asking to returns & none of them were answered. Direct messaged them from their website - no answer. Messaged their Facebook account & still no answer. They need to learn how to provide a better customer service and upgrade the customer's experience to above $#*!.

Tip for consumers:
I don't recommend them at all. They don't deserve good paying customers.

I replaced the dress that didn't fit, but now I'm stuck with a dress 2 sizes too small.

I purchased 5 dresses. The style names were so deceiving / confusing that I accidentally ordered two of the same dresses for two different styles. Instead of getting 5 different styles I got three (with two duplicates). None of them fit well. The return process is an ORDEAL. I had to provide the reason I was returning each one, a photo of each dress and a photo of the label on the packaging. It took over 6 weeks and several followup emails only to get a reply through their chat feature on the their website. This was simply to be provided with an address to return the items. I paid $200 for the 5 dresses which was a great price, but it cost me $90 to return the items to China. Save yourself the money. It's not worth it.

I needed a glamorous gown for a gala event, and this company came through with flying colors. Their range of evening gowns is astounding, and I settled on a jaw-dropping floor-length dress with a plunging neckline and a dazzling sequin bodice. While the price point for a costume dress is great, a return is nearly impossible if it doesn't fit or you simply don't like it. The company responded well via email (I never tried to phone) which was the only positive. They offer a 15% refund only and you keep the dress. The refund of less than $8 basically covered the shipping you pay when ordering. If you want to return for full refund, buyer incurs shipping cost to China that will cost you over $100, which is more than the dress. Lesson learned, order from Amazon where you can return.

With breathable fabric, 3/4 length sleeves, & a midi hem, this eclectic print dress suits both summer & early fall. It layers well yet remains comfortable as temps fluctuate during transitional weather. A true year-round piece.

I've emailed 5 times about wanting to return a dress I purchased and have received no answer. Their online chat is a joke as it doesn't work and no one answers. Tried to call, message them and send them a whatsapp request and still nothing. I want to return the dress. The quality is awful and it just doesn't fit. My order number is ZAPAKAUK*******
I want my money back as soon as possible. This company is a scam

This is the first and last time I will order from this company. I ordered a dress which was too big. I have emailed Zapaka several times with no response! I've tried calling their number as well and all it does is ring and no answer! You can't even leave a message! I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering from here. I will make sure to let my family and friends never to order from here! Now I'm stuck with a dress that I can't return and Money lost.

Know that you if you’re not satisfied with your product you will mot be able to return and will mot get your money back!

We bought a prom dress. It did not fit well, and the quality was not good, with some stitching issues. We asked for a return and as many other customers we could not get reply to from the customer service. We emailed several times, and they will ignore you hoping you will go away. Don't get fooled by the reasonable prices, you get what you paid for and if you need to return – good luck. I am really surprised that they are still in business.

Shopping at Zapaka is a very disappointing experience. They didn't send any return address or instructions with the delivery and when contacting them it took so long for them to answer that I wasn't able to return the goods on time. They then offered me a 20% refund of my total order (which is less to what I wanted to return - but OK).
Since then almost 4 months have passed and I haven't received any refund or even response from them

Tip for consumers:
Just never order there if you are not sure that the size of the dress will be perfect for you

Reviewing my previous review: I first received the wrong item and had to send it back which is of course quite pricey from NZ to China. Although I had opted to have the item exchanged they reimbursed the full price including the original shipping costs for delivering the dress to me. I wasn't quite happy with being stuck with the cost of shipping the item back and when I posted a negative review, they immediately contacted me and put it right by reimbursing the shipping costs to me. They then also explained that the dress is no longer manufactured, hence the desired exchange hadn't been possible. I am happy with this solution - although I would have loved to get the dress I ordered because I really liked the material and it was well sewn and true to size.

I ordered a dress that I'd like to return. They give you 7 days. I emailed everyday, called, & tried to IM. They completely ignored me. And now I am stuck with a dress wondering if they are going to also steal my ID / credit card info.

Recently ordered a dress I was so excited about, however, the quality was insanely poor (VERY similar to Shein quality). I got a different dress at Macys for maybe $20 more that was great quality, so not sure why the quality from here is so bad. I've called, emailed, and reached out on their website to find out about a refund and haven't heard back even though it's past the 24 hours they claim to respond in. All the reviews on the dresses were positive, but I wish I had checked the reviews here before I bought the dress.

DO NOT order from this company. They will cheat you if you need to return the order. But they'll make you suffer first with delays and questions and repeated requests for photos. All for nothing. Can't believe I sent the dress back (finally got instructions!) and NO REFUND. Total gaslighting. AVOID ZAPAKA they are the WORST!

Tip for consumers:
The dress was pretty but didn't arrive in time and they have yet to offer the refund though they received the return (and confirmed it) months ago.
Every review on here that describes the return process is what I experienced. Believ us. Kiss your money goodbye. Too bad if the item doesn't work out.

I ordered a dress and it arrived in good time but is one size too small. In an effort to exchange it for the next size up i emailed for an exchange in the 7 day time frame with no response. I have emailed another 5 times since, using different emails with no response. ORDER ZAPAKAAU*******. Its weird though, i recieved an email from them asking me to review my purchase.

I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!

I ordered the 1st mermaid dress in teal for my daughter's prom. It took 4 weeks and 1 day for me to receive it and it was the wrong dress and color. We don't have another month to wait for the right dress. I'm awaiting a response and then will update re customer service.

Wish I could give negative stars! The dress arrived and looked like something from a Halloween costume store. Cheap junk. Now impossible to return! Many, many emails back and forth and they still won't send a return label! This dress came with NO packaging slip, and absolutely NO tags! Thus far they have offered me a 10% refund, and still refuse to send a return label! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
