I should have checked this company out before I ordered from them. They are shipping the products straight from China. The order took 4 weeks to arrive. The quality of the merchandise was good, however it arrived too late for the event. If you want to return your items it is nearly impossible. They offered to give a 15% refund and you keep the items.
Within 24 hours of receiving dress that was way too big, ask to return. They asked for pictures of the dress. Sent pictures. Tell me I must pay shipping and will give me 10% refund and I can keep the dress. Email back my decision. Definitely trying to stall until time to return is expired. Reported to credit card company as fraud. Also, after dress did not arrive within a week, I tried to use tracking number provided in confirmation and received email back that the real number was not available in their system but it had shipped. Once I started to get suspicious that I needed proof that I had only had the dress for 1 day when I requested the return, I tried using Tracking number on package itself - it did not work. Downloaded app to scan barcode on package that gave completely different number that showed it shipped 12 days after date ordered. The email was a lie and it had not shipped yet.

While the price point for a costume dress is great, a return is nearly impossible if it doesn't fit or you simply don't like it. The company responded well via email (I never tried to phone) which was the only positive. They offer a 15% refund only and you keep the dress. The refund of less than $8 basically covered the shipping you pay when ordering. If you want to return for full refund, buyer incurs shipping cost to China that will cost you over $100, which is more than the dress. Lesson learned, order from Amazon where you can return.
I ordered my prom dress in February, it is now may and I have yet to receive my order, even though mentioned that they are at peak season, still no update or replies, i'm starting to think they are sneaky and will not allow me to cancel or refund my order because they produce upon order, this is absolutely absurd, my prom is in a week and i'm extremely upset, i wish i could get a refund but they are extremely bad, never purchase from this site

They have false advertising for fast delivery and easy returns.
Delivery was definitely not fast and I am getting the run around on trying to return the dresses that did not arrive in time for my event. Also bought dresses for more than one person and I am told they do not encourage buying multiple in different sizes and is against policy. What?!
Return shipping to China is on you and they try to exhaust you so that you get frustrated and don't even bother sending things back. It's pretty sickening and time consuming.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else!

Just don't do it! I wanted to return my order as the dresses were not at all like the images. Turns out their returns are in China and would be $60 and over a month to return. This is not stated anywhere in their site. I spoke to customer service who admitted that the dresses are made to match the photo. The photo is not actually of the dress you are purchasing! Very unhelpful, just kept telling me I was responsible for shipping. Absolutely a scam! Save yourself the money and the headache!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! They are totally unresponsive to emails. Judging by all the other similar negative feedback, it's probably the reason this company has disabled the comments on their Instagram.
I bought a dress that was the wrong fit and I sent a total of 4 emails requesting a return. Heard nothing. Left a negative review and received a response from the company to contact them (surprise surprise).
Did just that, contacted them again, and surprise again, no response. Seriously?
Zapaka, you need to do better or don't run a business at all. Order number ZAPAKAAU******* in case you decide to follow through but I doubt it.
I have ordered a swimsuit, after 3 weeks of no updates about my order. I wrote to them, didn't get a response. Had a reply later blaming the logistics team only after threatening to report them.A month later I still have not received my order and I am over their bad service and useless apologies. Feels like they are running a scam.

It's only been a bit over 3 weeks but this company is not confidence inspiring. I have asked each week for shipping and delivery details and get no response other than the initial "one item of your order is on its way" 8 days after the order date. I only ordered 1 item! And the TNT "tracking number" that they initially gave me isn't recognised by TNT! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering; even though Miss 18 fell in love with the dress, it isn't worth the "will it get here in time"! Terrible company. My dress never arrived. I waited months because I thought it might be taking a while coming from overseas. Eventually I contacted them and they said they will look into it. I never heard back so I contacted them again. They told me that I had to somehow prove that I never received the product. What a joke. I don't have time to be going around contacting freight companies to try and find certificates to say I never received my package. Very bad company they will scam you.

I would choose no starts but alas you can't. After ordering what I know now is a sub par jacket (quality of which was pretty pitiful for almost $200) we were away at the time on its delivery. On arrival home I opened the jacket to find I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them straight away (on messenger and email) with no response for 3 days. After that time I am informed their return allowance time was 7 days so we are not able to return.
This policy sucks! Not only am I stuck with a jacket 4 sizes too small I can only sell it at a quarter of money originally paid.
I would suggest shopping elsewhere where the return policy is at least achievable in our busy lives and you are getting what you pay for. You guys really disappoint.
I will definitely be letting everyone I can know.

Ordered a dress they said was in stock and would ship in 48 hours. Not true! After a week and a half, the dress still didn't ship, so it arrived way after my event. Polly from customer service provides no help - just a lot of "sorry" emails that take 3 to 5 days to reply. I sent it back, have proof, but they won't refund me. Now I'm out $150 and don't even have the dress. This is a ripoff site that ships things from Hong Kong, and they know how to run their business so they get away with this stuff.
