My daughter ordered a bikini on the 4th of March, she was expecting to receive the order by the 18th at the latest. As the bikini did not arrive, I telephoned and was told she got it wrong as their website clearly states that processing and delivery can take OVER 2 weeks. I was assured the order would arrive by today the 21st of March at 8 pm. As the order has still not arrived, I called the contact centre at 8.30 pm and I was told there has been a delay and it will take another 24 - 48 hrs not including the weekend, so I should have my order by the 25th of March, exactly 3 weeks since the order. As I paid $5.99 for a bikini costing $15, I expected a better service. I will not be placing a second order with this company

Zaful is really an amazing online store. I was looking for something affordable and cute and zaful was just the perfect online store for me! I bought a shirt that is super cute (I wear it every week) and really comfortable, and a necklace that spices up all of my outfits! The customer service is also great, they always get back to you within a few days <3 I would totally recommend Zaful if you want cute trendy clothes at a good price!

I had always seen ads for Zaful on Instagram and etc. and the clothing looked so nice, so I decided to buy a dress that was realllly advertised. It was a sunflower dress with buttons going down. When I went on the website, it wasn't too expensive but I noticed the prices wavered throughout the days. No huge changes though. The dress was very cute on the site so, I bought it! It took about a month to come in which I expected since it was most likely coming from far away and I paid for standard shipping. (MAKE SURE TO GET SHIPPING INSURANCE!) The dress itself was very cute. It looked just like the pictures. However, my only concern was the fit. It fit a bit strangely around the armpit area and I had to hem it since it was too long ( i am quite short). Overall, Zaful is good to buy cheap clothes for semi-decent quality. I have heard that it is quite hit-or-miss which I can agree on so, MAKE SURE YOU ONLY BUY THE ITEM IF IT HAS SEVERAL REVIEWS AND REVIEW PICS!

I have ordered 7 different swimsuits from ZAFUL and have had a wonderful experience every time! They are great quality and don't stretch out at all. The only issue I've ever had was quickly resolved when I ordered a bikini and the sizing was slightly different than others so it didn't fit the same, so I immediately emailed them and they were so quick to respond and kind enough to send me a different size for free! The customer service is amazing. I have so much respect for this company and I absolutely recommend them to everyone!

2 items I purchased from their website never arrived. They claim customs destroyed package but have no documentation to back this up. USPS showed that package was sent to wrong address and had no return instructions (extremely unprofessional), package was sent to mail recovery center and that's the last I heard of it. Zaful gave me no refund or solution. I urge everyone purchasing anything from them to think twice and read available reviews which should prove they are more of a scam than a legitimate clothing website.

DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT BEING FULLY INFORMED... HERE'S MY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE - I PLACED AND ORDER ON ZAFUL'S WEBSITE ON 2/29 AND PAID ADDITIONAL MONEY TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS WITHIN 6 DAYS. MY ORDER SAT WITH NO MOVEMENT FOR 1 WEEK. WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM THEY INFORMED ME OF THEIR CLOSURE FOR THE CHINESE NEW YEAR. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING DAILY RE: MY ORDER (I DO HAVE RECORD OF MY EXPERIENCE) AND THEIR STORY IS CONTINUALLY CHANGING ON THEIR END! ZAPFUL SAID MY ORDER WAS PICKED UP 3/7 I SPOKE TO FEDEX - MY ORDER WAS JUST PICKED UP 3/12 AND NOT DUE TO ARRIVE UNTIL 3/18-3/21... I PAID FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY - ZAFUL'S POLICY - 6 DAYS! INSTEAD I'M GETTING IT 3-4 WEEKS LATER... MAYBE! ALSO TO ARRIVE AFTER MY VACATION! I ASKED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY SHIPPING EXPENSES - SINCE I PAID EXTRA AND THEY DIDN'T FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION - INSTEAD, ZAFUL'S RESPONSE? THEY DON'T REFUND SHIPPING AND TRIED OFFER ME 15% OFF ANOTHER PURCHASE OR POINTS BUT IT HAD TO BE USED BY MARCH 9 - I GUESS THEY THINK I'M STUPID - WHY WOULD I SUPPORT THEIR COMPANY... AGAIN WHEN I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORIGINAL ORDER? I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM ZAFUL AGAIN! I REQUESTED TO HEAR FROM ZAFUL'S ESCALATION TEAM ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS... I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING. I JUST WANT TO LET OTHER CONSUMERS KNOW - DON'T GET LURED IN BY PRICE YOU JUST MAY GET SCAMMED, AS I DID!

First of all, I would like to note that the store provides a fairly creative product, and this is what most buyers need. This product also stands out for its high quality. As for delivery, this is also all right, delivery is made on time, and buyers are always informed of the location of the product. It is very convenient to use not only the site, but also the app on your phone. And if you have any questions, they are promptly answered in the support service. I like that the store does everything to meet the customer, makes all sorts of discounts and promotions, coupons and points system.

The worst website I've ever bought anything from. I ordered about 4 bikinis a little over 2 months ago, and still haven't received my items or even an email about its whereabouts. The customer service is worse than you can image. No help at all. I live in FL about 3 hours from orlando where my package has been sitting for about 2 weeks. It shouldn't take this long for it to get here seems how I only live 3 hours away from there. Don't waste your money, it really isn't worth it.

Do not order from this website it's a complete scam. I ordered a bikini which took 2 months to deliver in which I had to complain multiple times. It was sketchy because it said processing for like a month then took forever to deliver. All of that itself sucked but the worst part is these motherf*ckers stole my credit info and purchased something for 100 and I knew it was them because I don't use my card for anything. They're scammers stay far away had to get a new card and everything not truthworthy

Ordered 5 bathing suits feb 27th, got a confirmation number for ONE bathing suit on March 7th. Hasn't arrived and zero confirmation on the other 4. $$ was taken out of my account the same day of purchase. After contacting them, Customer service sent me 2 different "tracking links" for DHL that my computer won't even recognize. When I click the tracking info on the confirmation email it leads me to a blank page that says "you are unable to view other customers purchases". I fully believe these are fake tracking websites. I'll be surprised if I ever see bathing suits or get my money back. Worst company ever

I love shopping on Zaful. I've bought various items from them and always had a great experience. My packages were delivered surprisingly fast - in less than 10 days and were never damaged. The prices are really affordable and the items are of good quality. I never had problems shopping with them and I hope it'll stay like that. I highly recommend them to everyone who's looking for cute affordable clothing!
