I ordered the teddy jacket about 2 weeks before Christmas along with some bathing suits as a personal gift to myself. The bathing suits came within days but the jacket wasn't delivered until another week after Christmas. However because the jacket is a large article of clothing so it makes sense that it would take longer to be shipped.

Was absolutely over the moon with my order. Bought 3 bikinis and a dress. All 4 products were exactly as advertised. Definitely would recommend swimwear over actual clothing products as the quality is substantially better. But for the price of the clothing, you can't really complain. Shipping was fast. Thoroughly recommend :)

I love using zaful especially when I am trying to find fashionable clothes within my price range. You might not get the quality that you want that you may get from more expensive websites but I think you get what you pay for. I love the variety of bathing suits that are offered and they are all very trendy (you may want to be careful if you don't like cheeky bottoms). I primarily rely on zaful for bathing suits, which I have had no issue with. When I buy clothes I be sure to look at the reviews to make sure I am paying for what I want.
I got the slip pockets faux fur teddy coat' in the colour apricot. It's so comfortable and warm, I wear it most days and it fits great. The shipping was ok and their customer service was great too. I would recommend to buy off this shop if you want a bargain!
I have ordered from Zaful several times over the last couple years (mostly shirts and bathing suits) and I each item I've received have been good quality and great pricing. The bathing suits in particular I've gotten at amazing prices ($5!) and they are actually really great bathing suits. The shirts tend to be shorter than I originally anticipated (however they were supposed to be short/belly shirts) so I wasn't particularly upset about it. Hands down some of the best prices though for good clothing. Shipping is fast - I had one item that was delayed quite a bit, but other than that I've received items within the next week that I ordered. I will continue shop Zaful!
The customer support is at a very high level. They answer quickly and thoroughly. They are always very nice and polite. The delivery time is a bit long and the sizes are a bit confusing. But the products are pretty and comfortable. The sweaters that I ordered are pretty but one of the is too small and the other one is a bit big, but that was expected as it was one size only. I can suggest offering clearer information about the sizes.
I love the website, all the clothes I have bought there has been really good quality, I'm definitely buying more there, the sizes are correct, just as the pictures the advertise the clothe with. Great price-quality relation and a lot of sizes to choose from,

Lets see they charged my credit card within five minutes of placing the order, but didn't ship the order until a month later. I emailed several times and all I got was "please be patient we will ship soon". I will never order from them again. Leaving for vacation without the bathing suits I ordered.
Zaful is an amazing brand that truly care about their customers. They are constantly producing high quality products for affordable prices. If there are any problems with your purchase, their 'ticket' system and policies will leave you 100% satisfied with the outcome in a timely fashion. I had a problem with sizing, they got back to me within 24 hours and let me keep the other pair of bathers with no extra cost! Anyone who has a problem for more than a week clearly just does not know how to navigate the super easy system. My friends and I will continue to enjoy zaful!
I don't know what I did before I found Zaful. My clothes from Zaful bring so much life into my cupboard and make being fashionable so easy. I always get compliments when I'm wearing their stunning clothes and I always feel so good about myself. Zaful's wide variety of clothing makes shopping for gifts easy too. Although I have had problems with a few sizes, this has never been a huge problem and I have now become brand loyal to Zaful.
This was the first time I purchased from Zaful. I can already tell that the service is excellent, quality is great. This time I purchased a bikini and the fabric is awesome, so comfortable. Loving it so much. I would probably purchase it again soon. XOXO
Zaful is currently my fave site. I love the variety of stuff I can get, currently I've gotten things for work, parties and even the beach. I really like all the different swimmies that they have too. The quality is what to expect for that really really low price, but that's totally fine. Oh and the sales are awesome. They def have made me into a return customer.
I love shopping at Zaful. I have been shopping at their website for 2 years already. They are transparent on clothing sizes and its quality. They also have different and unique designs that are so fashionable and trendy.
I have ordered several bathing suits from Zaful over the past 2 years. Shipping is timely, the quality is great, and the suits are overall very comfy! Coverage can be a slight issue, but that could just be the styles I ordered! Overall, I highly recommend!
I ordered items from here almost two months ago and have not received them. This is a scam. There is no costumer service to help you either. It's impossible to get through to them.

Gostaria de compartilhar minha incrível experiência com a Zaful, primeiramente o site dispõe de produtos muito bonitos e com preços acessíveis (o que já é maravilhoso), a compra chegou dentro do prazo estipulado, não tive nenhum problema quanto a isso. Os produtos que comprei vieram com uma qualidade boa, e muito bonitos. Com toda certeza voltarei a comprar mais coisas futuramente.
I have only ordered bikinis so far from Zaful after having a friend recommend them to me, and my experience has been entirely positive. I have found that sizes run a bit small, I am a size 6,36D, and I wear an XL bikini top and L bottom, although for almost all other bathing suits I would be an L top and M bottom. The bottoms are extremely flattering and well made, with colors as vibrant in real life as in the photos. The tops are slightly less supportive, but I still am able to wear them. My only complaint is that the shipping did take nearly two months, but it arrived and was easy to track in the meantime.
