I have a feeling Zaful paid reviewers to take bad reviews down which is common. Terrible company. Took over a month and they hadn't even SHIPPED my order when it said delivery would take 2 weeks.
Let me start off with saying great service! I needed some cool looking joggers and this site was it.
I ordered several swimsuits from Zaful a few months ago and after waiting quite a while for them to get there and tracking them along the way, they said that they arrived even though they had not. I filled out an online complaint on the Zaful website, and while I initially received a lot of pushback about getting my money back or having them resend the shipment (I had shipping insurance), they finally agreed and refunded the money to my account. Overall it was a little bit difficult, but I ended up getting fully refunded so everything was fine.
I've done some online shopping in the past and i always find it a bit difficult. You have to know which products will fit in which size. There is always a chance that the fabric might be see-through and of low quality. I've done bad and good purchases here and there. My experience with Zaful has been really great when it comes to the outcome of the product. They are true to size, they are comfortable and the value isn't too bad for their prizes either. Even the jewelry that i've ordered from Zaful looks like on the website. Some hairclip might be a bit too lose but all in all i enjoy shopping there. There is just one big no-no: the shipping. It always takes longer than expected for the items to arrive or even leave the warehouse and i once even had to cancel an order because it took over a month to get ready for shipping. Even though the shipping has always been their biggest flaw, the customer service has been competent and helpful.
I was very happy with my purchase from Zaful! I ordered 5 swimsuits between sets and mix n match pieces before going on a week vacation to the beach. Shipping took about 15 days which I knew ahead of time so it wasn't a big deal. Prices on the swimsuits were great! I didn't have to return anything so I don't have experience with that. Definitely recommend checking the reviews on items for sizing reference. Order #UU************** placed on Zaful.com on Nov 15,2019.
I have never had a problem with Zaful. They have amazing quality and great prices. The sizes were nice and the shipping time was very short and expected. In addition to this, the prices were very fair and nice, especially for the quality of the clothing. The app/website is also very user friendly so I was able to buy clothing very easily without any problems. I'll be ordering again for sure!

Every time I ordered from Zaful I had an issue. Whenever I need to return or exchange something it is the hardest most complicated process for no reason. I spoke with customer service on the phone today about this issue, since the online support team are not helping me what so ever online. They just copy and paste the same response and do not even try to work with you. The lady I spoke with on the phone HUNG UP ON ME while I was speaking with her because she got frustrated with me and was just as unhelpful. This is the WORST service I have ever seen from a company. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never buy from Zaful again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never order from here and waste their time and money. Additionally, the clothing is made very cheap and the sizes are never accurate. If I could leave no stars I would.

I ORDERED A DRESS FROM FLORYDAY- IT WAS THIN, CHEAP MATERIAL, POORLY MADE, IT DID NOT FIT TRUE TO SIZE AND YOU ONLY HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN. IT IS ALSO ONE OF THESE COMPANIES THAT DOES NOT SEND A RETURN LABEL. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM FIRST.
I ordered from zaful and they assured the package arrived, which is has not (it has been 1,5 months now) - it has been lost ever since. I am currently reaching out to customer service for the 9th time, and after telling me that all their employees are on Chinese New Years holiday for 3 weeks they finally told me it's not their problem it says delivered and they will not refund me anything.
Horrible horrible customer service, they blame you, are in no way helpful, take forever to assist you and in the end I have no product but still paid for Them.
Would strongly discourage to buy from Them!

ZAFUL has been by far one of the best online retailers I've shopped with for the past 5 years. They have a great app as well! Incredible clothes and quality compared to other instagram and online shops.
When I first heard if Zaful I was a bit weary of online shopping. But I only had positive experiences with them. They have an awesome selection of bikinis, their sizing was accurate and everything I got fit my body in a very flattering way. All in all I was very satisfied with my experience with Zaful and 10/10 would recommend this website for online shoppers.
The only thing that Zaful has that is even remotely worth ordering is their bathing suites, if you have little money and 2-3 months to wait before needing your bathing suit then zaful is the right company for you.
My first order contained a number of clothing items, I had ordered from a similar site (romwe) before and figured zaful would be the same in quality. OH MY GOD was I wrong. Zaful's quality is so terrible, and most items didn't even match the photos on the website. Designs on t-shirts were different, materials were different, and sizing was so inconsistent. The only thing I did like was the bathing suit I ordered. Fast forward about 6 months and I decided to order two bathing suits from Zaful. I ordered my bathing suites a month in advance. The website said to allow 3-5 days to process my order before shipment, as soon as I purchased the order it changed to 3-10 days. I have now been waiting THREE WEEKS for my order to be shipped out, the website even says that it's ready to be dispatched. Customer service is also terrible and no help. Thanks to Zaful my bathing suits won't be arriving in time for my trip and I have a closet full of ugly clothes from China that I can't even pass off on to my friends.

Zaful is a website that is so easy to use and the shipping process is also not lengthy! I ordered both bikinis and tops from here and was never disappointed! At first I was never too shore on whether it would deliver with good quality judging by the low price of the products of the website, however, the price to quality ratio is so much more than I expected! The products were very high quality in comparison from the price and I will definitely will continue to purchase from Zaful!
The quality of the garments are very poor. When you return them you will need to pay for oversees postage and then they will not refund you and wont respond to your contact. Call centre just put the phone down on me twice. Hours spent trying to get some customer service response, no success. Terrible company never known customer service like it - please do not shop here!

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. Most slow trash site I've ever used. They take months to give you your stuff, any inquire about it, just gets a further and further date! They also had the audacity to report this very review to say it wasn't truthful. They temporarily took my review down, until I provided the proof in full!
What I left out of my original review, because I wanted to be more kind, was that they originally only sent a couple items I ordered, then the rest months and months later. Then when the final package came, 3-4 months later it was missing an item. When I reported the one missing item they wanted proof that the package had been tampered with. I told them nothing is wrong with the package, you just didn't put the item in! Then I realized I actually had an email from them saying this item was out of stock. So my question is this why didn't you the day you knew you were out of stock, and could not send my item issue me a refund immediately? Once they made me show proof of this, Then they told me they were refunding me in their coins, a credit! Hahaha I said not a chance I would never order from your site again. What wait another 3-4 month? Think I'm an idiot? Hahaha Can you imagine waiting that long for something after the original length was like 10-14 days wait. Then they want proof at item wasn't in the the box. What kinda of business is this. I still have not received my 16.99usd refund. Don't you think after waiting months for your stuff they should give you something to say sorry. At least a refund for the items months later!
And to top it off if you look below they mention express shipping, up after I didn't get my shipment why did you take it upon yourselves to send it that way? Maybe after month two. Trash trash trash
