I have always had a great experience with zaful! The customer service is always top notch and able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. The products are amazing for the price of them and they come just as they are pictured on the website and, in my experience, last a long time. My products have always shipped within a few days of placing my order and arrived soon after that. Overall, it's a great place to find a lot of items at a reasonable value.

BEWARE. Thanks to PayPal I received my full refund.
Never recieved my goods, Zaful refused to refund my money claiming that I have received my order. When i asked for proof they sent me a different tracking no. Which also had no info of proof that i had received them.
PLEASE if you are going to purchase from this dishonest company, please only pay through PayPal. And keep all your info they send you. Even if their site says no refund, if paypal see they are in the wrong you will be refunded. Hope this helps

After watching a YouTube review about their swimsuits I decided to take the plunge and purchased 6 swimsuits in varying sizes.

The Pros:
1.The swimsuits arrived well packaged
2. Affordable

The cons:
1. Poor quality
2. Inaccurate sizing
3. Poor customer service
4. Some of the breast padding inserts had folds and dents that were clearly visible through the fabric.
5. Some tops had folds that would flip out when you would put it on, therefore, giving it an undesirable look.
6. Ordered two scalloped swimsuits both of them the scallops flared out or folded in and material was flimsy.

I asked for an address to return items to and was told refunds for swimsuits are not accepted per their policy and was offered a refund for half of the purchase amount. I was not satisfied with this but I should have read their policy. I learned my lesson, don't believe everything you see on YouTube and pay for quality because in the end a cheap item will end up costing you more money than what you will save. I now have to look for swimsuits elsewhere and spend more money.

The shipping is pretty normal, not fast but it doesn't take ages. And the contact support is very kind.
Also, the quality of the products is vey good for the price!

I've heard about Zaful a long time ago. I had always wanted to buy, but back then, there was no Cash On Delivery option for the country I live in (Philippines). When I found out from a friend that they started offering it, I ordered right away as a "birthday treat" to myself. I got my package after two weeks, understandably so because it was the holiday season. I was so surprised by how good the quality was. It helps that the buyers can post their reviews right below the product, including pictures of them wearing it. It eases your mind because you know the product looks the same as in the pictures.

Personally, I have had excellent experiences shopping at zaful.com, as it not only has very affordable prices, but also takes into account different personalities, tastes and different categories of clothing and accessories in order to have variety for all people. I have bought swimsuits, sportswear, accessories, sweaters and blouses and I have never had problems with sizes, shipments or product quality. Zaful is cost-benefit. The only observation I would make to Zaful is shipment prices to countries like Colombia, because in many occasions I cannot buy because the shipping cost greatly increases the purchase price.

I've had a good experience with Zaful every time I've ordered from them. Clothing is good quality and fits true to size 100% of the time. They also always have great items on their site, there's never a time I can't find something worth spending my money on.

I like to buy in zaful, since it has a lot of variety of clothes. My experience so far has been positive and I hope it continues. I like the offers they offer and usually renew inventory with clothes that, in my opinion, is very beautiful.

Being a customer for 2 years now, always Getting the high waisted swimsuit from them, arrives in less than a month in this cute little bag; so no damage to the product, and I love the fabric and the fit is just perfect for my body. The price was super cheap, plus they are doing lots of sales. Recommended to measure yourselves before. Plus they usually have picture of customers in each item so it gives you a clue about how it will look on different types of bodies.

I love my Zaful Swimsuits. I have ordered three suits from them and they all fit true to size, and are super cute! I have ordered three different styles, and they were all true to the picture. I like Zaful's packaging as well, and my suits were delivered on time. Zaful has affordable and adorable bikinis and I would highly recommend buying from them!

I made three orders in less than a week, totally I order twelve complet bikinis, three bikini tops and five bikini bottoms for me and my mother. We live in Argentina, part of the order was sent to United States because my father was there and it arrived in less than ten days, and the other part was sent directly to Argentina, arriving in less than a month. So I can say that the service was perfect, I knew all the time exactly were my package was and it arrived in the exactly estimated date. Very precise.
About the bikinis I can only say good things, the size is it perfect, very real, we only have problems with one of the bikini tops because it was too small and the bottom was too big, but all the other ones were just perfect. The material is really high quality.
I would definitly buy again in Zaful.
