This was my first time buying clothes online. I found it really helpful to have people reviews with pictures in it so it was easier for me to make a decision. There was no problem with my order, It got here in the time that it said it would. I found it really good that they have different payment options so that will not be a problem for you. Overall I think is really good, the only problem that I can see is that they don't tell you straight away how much is the shipping cost.

Bought 5 pieces from them, one pair of pants, one t-shirt, one button up shirt and two sweaters. Also have another sweater coming in. Zaful grabbed my attention for their very unique designs and good prices. Delivery was always within the estimated time prior to purchasing (they've split my order in 3 packages, so I even had some coming in earlier). In every single clothe the material used surprised me, it's very good for the price. The design is pretty sharp throughout the fabric. One of the sweaters didn't fit me, was too small, they refunded me full price no questions asked and I even got to keep the sweater, gave it to my mom. They customer support is excellent and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future again.

Overtime I have ordered a total of nine products from ZAFUL. ZAFUL has left me extremely happy with all of my products. They have great prices and their products are very well-made.

I have been using zaful for a while now and it is one of the best sites I have ever shopped on! Shipping isn't that much and they have sooo many choices in clothes it's unbearable! I love this website! They have so many options to choose from! The prices are great! Just wish sometimes they would Release coupons that actually make a difference in your total haha but overall great online shopping app! I do wish that the coupons actually made a difference in the pricing but that's about all the cons about it! It really is such a nice place to shop!

I paid my order, my bank app accepted the payment, but not Zaful. As the status was "waiting for payment", I paid a second time. They accepted both payment. I am waiting for their refund since February 28th, as you have to wait between 14 and 30 business days to get your money back...
And as if it wasn't a bad experience enough, I received on March 6th an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and was on its way - I can even track it. Today (March 25th), I received a second e-mail telling me my order has been shipped - I can track it as well. When I contact them, they tell me the shipping date is March 18th... Can't tell what's true and what's not. Sending tickets really DO NOT help.

I love the way all of the clothes from ZAFUL fit! I genuinely feel better! Their prices are cheaper than anything I'll find in store and the fabric quality is the same or better! They are my favorite online retailer and offer rewards for shopping.

I originally discovered Zaful about a year or so ago. They are now my go-to for trendy, inexpensive summer clothes. I particularly LOVE all of their bikinis. They are super affordable and great quality. I will say that sizing depends on each specific bikini, so be sure to read the reviews. I tend to order a size up (Medium instead of Small) and they usually fit perfectly. I also ordered a dress and two tie-shirts. The dress was too short unfortunately, but I am 5'7" so I would recommend really looking at reviews of sizing on any dress purchase. However, the material/overall style of the dress was super cute! I also ordered two tie-tops which I loved! Both tops were true to size and extremely trendy. One was all white and it was a bit see through, but I wear it with a bra-let and it looks adorable. The other tie top was black and white and I get numerous compliments on it!

I have always loved bikinis but they are usually so expensive, so I just had a few. When I heard about Zaful at first and saw the prices on the internet I found it to good to be true, but I took the risk and first ordered like 5 bikinis, that was in 2018. I am so glad I did, by now I have made probably 6 or more orders and I can say these bikinis are super great quality, very afordable, and what is most important fit perfectly and are very stylish! What I love the most is their customer service and the fact that each bikini has usually rates and pictures so you can see how they fit in other girls. I will be their customer forever :)
