Their soap products used to at least smell wonderful. I would invest in some every Christmas. But in the past three years or so, even the soap doesn't have any scent and the face cream is horrible, no better than regular cold cream. Customer service will not answer the phone, online ordering is MORE expensive than the mailer, and I will not do business with this company again.
I love the deals on this site!
Every time i order i get to choose multiple free gifts with my order and usually they send out coupons for free shipping or maybe even a certain amount off the purchase and free shipping!
I cant get their items here in the US since there isn't a store but its worth the wait for shipping time everything i have purchased has been excellent quality
Once an order has been placed online, you cannot make any changes, edit, or cancel it. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment as when contacting Yves Rocher Customer Service aka Call Centre. Is rudeness a requirement of the job desription? Their unwiilingness to assist in resolving an issue when ordering online is very frustrating and stressful.
I have been an Yves Rocher customer for many years and absolutely love their products, particularly their face creams.
The issues have been in ordering the products over the last 2 years. As there are no stores in the UK, you have to order online or by phone. Unfortunately every single order placed over the last 2 years has been beset by issues whether ordered by phone or online in that they just don't arrive.
Ordering on line you at least get an order confirmation so that when you chase up where your items are they can at least sort it out and get them sent to you. Ordering by phone, you are simply told there are no details of you ever placing an order.
This hasn't happened just once or twice. It's been every single order over the last 2 years. Sadly, the fantastic products no longer make up for the shocking order system failure and I am now trialing other products which are easier to source.
Ordered something online on a Sunday and waited for it to be shipped. Never gotten an email so when I called to ask about my order, the rep said that they didn't process it yet because an item was out of stock. Well then, why didn't they simply email me to say that instead of finding out when I called them 4 days after? Anyways still waiting for an email saying that my order is being processed. Fyi, it's 6 days since I ordered, wtf. I though aliexpress was super slow but I always think China online stores take forever. Never thought a Canadian/French online store would be super slow too. Tip: If you plan to buy something, better order 2-3 weeks in advance. I'm just frustrated because this was supposed to be a gift for Mother's day. Yvesrocher you're an unreliable store. Better improve that shipping and order process better. Otherwise you will lose customers.
I have used the repair hair oil on a washed wet hair, as it was written in the instructions for use that you can use the product like that. After drying my hair it was looking awefully oily and disgusting like unwashed for weeks. I had to wash my hair again to clear up thay oily look.
Totally disappointed.
Please use your products first before writing instructions of use as you will find out you cannot use this product on a washed hair.
I have been ordering from them for some years now and was glad when they returned to the US after shutting that side of the business down for a while. They have got to get it together when it comes to the mailings that they send you and then trying to place an order online using those mailings. Products are not there, the free gifts that you get are different than what was in the mailer that you just got, it's just extremely confusing and difficult to use. When you email them with questions, they do respond within a day, but their responses really don't match your query. Probably because English is not their first language. They really need to get on the ball with this process. I tried to use the Pay Later option on an order. Three weeks after I placed the order, I received a letter in the mail telling me that the pay later was not approved and to call them with a credit card. Really? It's 2020 and they can't email or text you so that you can respond immediately? By the time I responded, most of the products I had wanted to order were no longer available, as a lot of the items seem to change frequently. If they could get this together, it would be a great company!
Nice products and good value but they lose all value to me in product delivery. Thin boxes and complete lack of packing material plus too many products dumped into boxes too weak and small for the load. Products arrived in less than perfect condition, sometimes damaged beyond use. Add insult to injury, they do not respond to electronic requests for help AT ALL. Telephone wait times are 15 to 30 minutes and their agents will treat you poorly. Photo below are just the most recent shipment. Not the first with issues.
I ordered from Yves Rocher once back in the 90's (via catalog), and back then you expected slow processing time and shipping. Their site is complicated and their customer accounts online are impossible to navigate. You can't track anything without a customer number, and you can't get that number until your first order arrives, or 24-48 hours later via phone/customer service. 10 days is a long wait even for overseas packages. I'm not sure where YR USA ships from, but you'd think that they have a warehouse somewhere in America since it's 2017.
I've been a customer of Yves Rocher for a while now (used to order their items in the 80's and then started purchasing again after 2000. I've never had any big issues before until now with my one order. Anyway, I thought i had rectified it but still did not receive my order and it's been over a month. Tried to get a hold of customer service-you are on hold forever so I e-mailed them. They never answered it! Very frustrating! I really do like some of their products (though some of the shower gels have a ammonia smell that's gross!) but I 'm thinking of dropping them all together.
I ordered my items online. All Items were available and nothing was marked as out-of-stock. During the transaction and order confirmation.
However, they sent me the wrong gift necklace and ring that I could buy in dollar store instead of pearl set that was the part of their offer and I really decided to place the order for that reason. ( I got the promo as a value customer, but we all know they send the same to all customers.) Customer service rep informed me that they run out of stock so that they can not help me at all; I ended up with a bunch of wrong items / colors in minimal sizes which is not obvious from catalog. Long story short YR is expensive for the quality they offer lately, besides all gifts. The worst was - according to their palette you cannot see exactly see your matching color; In one sentence the online shopping in general became a fraud.
I've seen your help over the most current couple of days, which is incredible and top notch. I am dazzled with you since you are gifted and experienced, so i might prescribe you are stunning administrations to any person who wishes them.
All of their products irritates my skin. Customer service doesn't stand about their products. They don't care if you end up as a clown.
I left an honest review on their website for a product that gave me a very bad allergic reaction but they didn't approve it. They didn't even care about my allergic reaction to the product or giving me a refund.
Yves Rocher is a French beauty products (think Body Shop) chain that's in Canada but not the US (as far as I know) and I like some of their products. They have many promotions ongoing and they ship a ton of free samples along with free gifts... it's a bit much but I like their tote and cosmetic bags that they sometimes give out for a minimal purchase. It's weird but they didn't send me a shipping notification so I was worried but my package came within a reasonable amount of time. I've only ordered from them online once so I can't comment on how reliable they are for multiple orders. Everything was packaged fairly well and nothing leaked. Until Yves Rocher decides to open up in the US, online ordering is an alternative to making a trek up to Canada.
I had an issue and asked to be transferred to a Manager, the associate said that their manager, she goes by the name of Jennifer, does not want to talk to me. What kinda of business where the manager does not want to talk to their clients?. Their products, especially face cream and such, does not work, I mean, at all. Don't waste your money on buying product from Canada or Europe. We have here in the U. S, better, cheaper and FDA approved products. Also, I had an allergic reaction from their eye cream and I told them that I can send them pics and their product. However, the answer was, I needed a proof from my doctor before giving me my money back. Really the worst business ever.
I have ordered 4 items that I usually buy from the store. I received a UPS email that my order has been returned to the warehouse! I called their cs and asked about it, they requested a refund for me and told me it takes a week for the refund. It's been 2! Weeks now that I haven't received my money back! I called them again, and the rep told me it will take 3 weeks! Because they are waiting for the warehouse to send the order to the accounting department for the refund... Just don't buy the products from the website. Yves Rocher's quality is good, but their customer service is awful. Every time I call in, they tell me they're sorry and can't do anything and I need to wait another week!
For several years I have been using products of this French brand, especially I love to buy different new products and of course have some of them which are completely my must-have. When buying some products shop assistant always give various testers and you can try some of them and understand whether it is suitable for you or not. I really love their shampoos, mostly all of them are good for my hair and make my hair more volume and smooth. Shower gels are my continuous love, all of them have so nice fragrances that it stays for hours on your skin after showering, but at the same time, the aromas are not annoying ones.
I've been Yves Rocher's customer for 30 years spending at this point thousands of dollars on their products, I cannot believe how badly I've been recently treated by its customer service. When my most recent order-package got missing, which was clear from the Fedex tracking, rather than apologizing for it and resending my order, the customer service told me look for it myself at a local post office and wait (nor sure for what) until it miraculously might appear. They are unprofessional and rude. They've just lost me as a customer.
Their skincare is definitely inferior to the skincare of the late eighties and early ninties. Now they irritate my skin. Also their pricing was very reasonable. Not it's out of sight. Also I bought a sealed skin cream and put it away. When I opened it there was nothing but a doughy blob. They did nothing for me as they said it was bought too long ago. Well if the plastic seal was still on it and stored in a cool dark place this should not have happened.
I have been buying their products for 5 years now without complaint on the product. Recently I had to deal with their customer service with regards to a wrong payment on their part and it was terrible.
The representatives were clueless and the supervisor was rude with nonconsumer skills. Wonder how they are planning to retain consumers in todays social, millennial driven environment
Answer: Unfortunately, we are now into 2019 and Yves Rocher's product quality has seriously declined. I question their use of the words "natural" and "botanical". Perfumes don't last for more than 10 minutes. Their shipping and packing is now shameful; I have received more missing or damaged products than I care to mention. They have no customer service now for online purchases. They either totally ignore you or they never offer to make things right. They should not be allowed to sell here in the U.S. in my opinion.
Answer: Yves Rocher changes its GWP offerings once a month whenever the promotions change, usually at the end of the month or rarely the beginning of the next month. The first free gift is available with a $10 purchase and the second with a $50+ purchase. Shipping is free after you spend $ 35- $40 online, or $45 with a catalog order. Sometimes you can get extra free gifts or free shipping at a lower minimum purchase price with a limited time online code. During seasonal and holiday promotions, extra $$ off or % off discounts are usually offered.
