I have purchased several items from Yves Rocher. usa.com and tried to ask my tracking number, but the customer service is not working. I have tried for several times. There is no way to contact them by email. They do not answer for my messages. Please check this site and fix the problem.

I was a customer since the 1970's but I will not shop with this company anymore. Yves Rocher used to be a great company until Mr. Rocher died. Now it's a pathetic business with mediocre products and deplorable customer service. Very sad. Yves Rocher, the founder, would be very disappointed in what his company's become.

I am surprised with all the negative reviews, however I did not have to deal with customer service ever as all my packages have thankfully been delivered (thus I cannot review how they interact with customers). My review is solely on the products they offer, and shipping time. Shipping does take a while, at least 1 week but usually closer to two. However almost all the products I have tried I have been satisfied with (and I tried a lot). Their quality is much higher then drug store brands, but the prices are similar if you can catch the products on sale. Even my mom can use some of the facial moisturizers, a big deal because she is allergic to almost everything on the market. Thus if long(er) shipping times and patience waiting for sales isn't too much of a problem, I would recommend the company!

Very angry
November 30, 2022

As a customer for decades. I was saddened at how customers were treated.my Nov2 2022 order arrived with 3 products damaged, causing hand cream and conditioner to cover every item in the paxkage(there were gifts for xmas in thus order,) after repeated attempts to get this corrected, I gave up sent a letter telling them why I was don'e with them and a check for the entire purchase of 72. A couple weeks later I received a letter and new bill subtracting the 3 broken products from the amount. Oh well I thought, doesn't matter I'm done. In Feb 2023 I received a letter with a bill again for $72. After calling my bank check never cleared.again I sent a check. Again explaining how disappointed I was and to remove me from customer list. April 12 2023 I received a letter stating they issued a 72 credit to me and it had to be used before a year. I thought about it, a week later I received a catalog, instead of the recycling box I looked and thought well they do actually owe me 3 products. Ok, but as of now I don't feel.better about them. Yesterday I went to my ATM and discovered less of a balance than should have been.after calling the bank I learned why. They cashed the check of December they said they never received. So instead of returning my 72, they issue me a time sensitive credit! I'll be on the phone Monday. I DEMAND MY MONEY BE RETURNED.WOW what happened to this company they're horrible!

Customer service Yves Rocher's very polite.
But I have to complain about the packing product. It's not carefully.

I called customer service when my lip primer pencil tip broke off.
My order was $89.00. I asked Ella if she could send me a new pencil. Of the course the answer was no. She offered to send me a sharpener for $3.00.
That was tacky after my order was $89. She was unfriendly and could not wait to get off the call. I will no longer be a customer.

I was living in Italy (Torino) and was a regular Yves Rocher customer. I now reside in the United States and to my great disappointment find out that the same products I was purchasing in Italy cost significantly more in the States. Why? For example: Serum Vegetal Rides & Fermete: 15.95 euros in Italy. Same product in the State: 59 U$ ( Currency is 1 euro = 1.09 U$) --- Outrageous. Very disappointed. -- and the company has the audacity of advertising "free shipping"? Shame on YOU! ---

After years of problems with most cosmetics, such as rashes, redness, etc. I tried Yves Rocher and have been a pleased customer the many years since. My skin is pretty nice for my age. I especially like the Rich Creme products, Anti-Age day cream, Serum Vegetal V Shaping day cream and the Volumizing Shampoo. Moisterizing creams are less expensive, if you catch sales, than comparable creams by other companies.
On the negative side, for me, in recent years they have added some ingredients to their products, such as aloe, which don't work for me, and they've begun to test some products on animals.

The best service ever

I am 7 years customer and very happy about product and service. Last my parcel had arrived damaged and some items were missing, but yves rosher kindly resend me everything again. I am 100% trust them! Thank you very much for doing such a great job!

Love the products

Ive been using Yves Rocher for years now. With very few exceptions i love everything ive tried. There have been a few minor issues over the years, but all were corrected quickly. If i could change anything it would be to receive samples of new products when they are released in the catalog. Ive purchased a few i just didnt care for. Had i had samples i wouldbt have ordered them. My biggest complaint is the discontinued lilac. Thats what drew me to order the first time.

Getting frustrated
February 27, 2018

I have been a customer for years. Paid them for years. They have"nt cashed my payment for a month. Keep saying it"s unpaid. Won"t send orders i placed. I"m all paid up. I think it"s time too move on. And customer service is rude!

This is an excellent site! I love their soaps, skin care, and makeup. They have articles with beauty tips and advice. I love any site that gives more info on how to best use their products. I have ordered from this site twice, and I havent been disappointed.

Poor Order filling
October 28, 2020

I went to this business to purchase some comfort cream. I was given some by a relative and loved it. So I went to their website to purchase more when gone. I would have kept buying from them except what the website said I did not get when order arrived. When I got my email confirmation of my order, It reiterated what was advertised on website. I was to get a buy one get one free of the Cream, and I was also suppose to get a plant a tree kit. When I got my order I got 1 container of cream. Needless to say I was very angry. I wrote an email, and have not got a response. Now they put me in a position where I have to look for another cream, from a company that is better in service. Also that cares about their customers. Be very careful when purchasing from Yves Rocher website. They do not fulfill orders how you order them. I'd look for another company first...

Poor Customer Service
November 28, 2017

Placed an order online taking advantage of the Black Friday Specials. Used the promo code provided. The order went through at the incorrect price and did not apply the promo code to my order. I thought there was a error in the system. Called and called trying to talk to customer service. I could not get through. I sent an email to customer service and nobody responded. Finally got through today. I was told there was nothing they could do. I was charged twenty dollars more then I should have been. I think they could have adjusted this with no issues. I do no think customers should be treated this way. There are other companies who would have fixed this right away.

Tbh not all of its products are great but I'm happy with it all in all. You might not get the noticeable result right away just like other chemical-based brands but you'll be satisfied with its mild gradual effect on your skin in the long run. Trust it.

Very rude customer service agents. One yelled at me and hung up on me. I placed an order on June 06,2019 in anticipation of father's day. I called to check on the status of my order and customer service agent yelled at me and hung up on me after I told her not to be rude. Deleted my account and cancelled my order. There are too many choices out there to be disrespected. Yves Rocher now is not the same as I knew it over 20 years ago. I guess I was holding on to memories of days past.

I have been a customer since 2005. Not anymore. Decreasing quality all the time. Just ordered Macadamia shower gel and noticed that they added propylene glycol and reduced sesame oil and macadamia oil. The shower cream is very liquidy... Seems like I paid for water. No more YR products for me... Customer service also very bad...

Boycott Yves Roche!
February 4, 2021

Please, do NOT buy anything from Yves Roche! They played a crucial role in the arrest of Russian opposition leader and anti-corruption fighter Alexei Navalny, followed by massive protests and brutal arrests of thousands of people in all major Russian cities. While most of the world had condemned these actions, Yves Roche declared to be "apolitical", referring to the decision of Russian courts and somehow "forgetting" that European Court found Navalny not guilty! Why? May be they are worried about their profit from Russian market? Please, stand up for Justice not for their profit!

Robbery!

I grew up in Belgium and have used Yves Rochers products for 25 years. When I've moved to the US, I would order from the Canadian catalogue and was satisfied with the products and pricing. Now, however, I am looking at the monoï oil online and the Belgian site has it on sale for 9.95, when the french website has it at 7.50... and yes this product can always be found on sale. But the US and Canadian website now have it for $25. Really? Monoï at at 25 bucks. Had this been tried on the European, they would stop buying from Yves Rochers. Thanks for screwing us, long time customers. You've just lost one for life.
