Seriously, they should not advertise their products, nor be named, "King Size". The light compression socks we purchased were the largest they had available. My boyfriend is an ex-football player who is truly king size. He is tall, with large calves and feet. The compression socks he received were utterly ridiculous! They would probably fit a tall, slim-legged mannequin but not a real king size man. I realize light compression socks need to be a bit tight, but he couldn't even get them halfway over his calves. Just another case of paying a premium price, but receiving sub-par quality.

The products I received were dried out so I'm assuming they were old. Tube lipsticks were nowhere near the colors advertised and they dragged across my lips because they were no longer creamy. The liquid foundation was nowhere near the right color and it went on streaky with poor coverage. It also made my face break out. I contacted the company several times through their website and through their PayPal email address with no response. Their products are super expensive with sub-par quality. I also noticed some of their cosmetics are being sold on a popular bidding site for five and six dollars. Honestly, I believe this company is no longer in business and is trying to get rid of old stock.

This company sells air freshening reeds in totally open vases. The reeds are 'supposed' to rid a small area of odors while leaving a 'slight' hint of fragrance in the air. I put mine in a small guest bathroom that's hardly ever used and could smell no fragrance in the room at all.

The Alio products are expensive considering the vases are small and plastic and probably cost fifty cents to make. And the reeds have hardly any smell to them. The website states the vase is 7" high but it turns out the REEDS are 7" high when placed in the vase. The vase is actually only 3.5" high. When I went back to the website to verify this, I read their site disclaimer which basically states they're not responsible for what's put onto their website (?)

I contacted them several times with no response. I finally put through a claim with PayPal who told me I will need to pay the return postage on this junk. So I'll lose a few dollars but I want most of my $40 back!

This last order I received was my last. Yves Rocher used to have quality products at decent prices 20 years ago. Now their items are overpriced and there is no quality to their products.

Most of the cleansing products hurt my skin so I really question them claiming their products are natural and organic. Cosmetics are not long-lasting; they crease or rub off or don't blend properly. Foundations are too dark and warm even when they're supposed to be for those will cool, fair complexions. Shower gels have no fragrance and perfumes don't last more than ten minutes.

What adds insult to injury is the total disregard they have when they ship your items. They allow items to slam around loose inside the box because they obviously don't know what bubble wrap is. Wait, I think it's probably because they just don't care. As you can see from a couple of my photos, the heavier items were not secured and damaged the smaller items. This has happened every time I've ordered from them. But no more.

Yves Rocher responded to my message about this last order with an auto robot response saying basically "Gee sorry you're not happy with your purchase and have a nice day". No apology was offered. There was no owning up to their lousy shipping procedures, and there was no offer to make things right.

Honestly, who in their right mind would deal with disrespectful people such as these? Certainly not moi. My money spends anywhere and from now on it will be spent elsewhere.

I returned ONE item to Sephora the SAME day I received it.
I was never notified that my returned item had been received.
I was never emailed that my refund was being processed.
After chatting with a rep, I was told my refund would take 4-6 WEEKS to receive.
Nowhere on their website does it state refunds will take a ridiculously long time to process and issue.
I paid promptly and complied with all their merchandise return rules. My refund should be handled in the same way.
That was my first purchase on and it will be my last.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware, they don't sell the freshest cosmetics. They put Items on sale for a reason and that's because they're old or close to expiring. Also, their prices are not all that great so do some research and shop around for best value and price.
