A true nightmare if you ever want to return anything. They never give back your money. It's been 3 months trying to communicate with them. They even had the audacity to lie saying that it's refunded and when I asked for a proof of refund, they said it hasn't been refunded
I have been their customer for years and never had issues. Always a normal customer service until last two times. Today it was just ridiculous. The guy could not understand which free gifts items for my order, mixing numbers, just couldn't understand what is free, asked his colleagues to help I assumed, I was on hold 5 times, still couldn't figure out, understand how to enter the order. When I started to laugh, he just hanged up. How can you hire so stupid people? I mean really? How hard it can be? After 1h I called again and thankfully I got another guy, no issues, he took my order very quickly and was very pleasant.
Been a loyal customer for years but the new people in there are inept sending the wrong orders to get rid of stock, and then expecting me to pay for the return? It was THEIR mistake. This company has gone to $#*! literally
In the past, I have always had positive experiences ordering online with Yves Rocher. This last time, however, was not good. I ordered and payed in full for an an item in June which was delivered a few weeks later. I just received a bill for an additional amount due which states that the amount is already subject to a charge of 1.5% per month (19.56% per calendar year) calculated as of the date of the letter. So, I just spent more than hald an hour on the phone with customer service disputing this bogus charge. I asked for a simple letter or one line email stating that I do not owe this amount, I was told I don't owe it but I will need proof if this goes into collections. They said they don't know if they can provide such a letter and will get back to me in two hours. YVES ROCHER is out to scam you for additional money above what your order costs. BEWARE!
Pure scam. I made an order, paid it and never received it. Customer service do not answer my email since weeks. The order itself at all disappeared from my profile. Of course without any notification. The payment was not refunded as well.
I was taking advantage of YR 2 for 1 sale. I selected the first product and clicked on list of "FREE" products for my second product. However, no where did it state that your second product is free only if it's less than your first product. You get charged the higher priced item. So you could purchase a lip balm for $4 and BB Cream for $35 and you get charged $35 and get the lip balm for free. What a deal!
My order was shipped very quickly, but no 'free gift with any purchase' and no free samples.
I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for over 35 years when it had great products, unique free gifts and superb customer service. Sadly, I have experienced a rapid decline of a great company. I predict that Yves Rocher will be folding in next few years.
This is one company that doesn't care about customers.
My orders came after 13 days (long wait) and one of the products was received in a damaged container, simply because of poor packaging. Several bottled products were dumped in a big box without cushioning.
Called customer service helpline many times the whole day until finaly someone answered. I was promised to receive a replacement for the damaged goods. I followed up with them via email but all I received were several blank messages. What a way to treat customers.
Unfortunately, my favorite Yves Rocher has changed for the worse in the past few years. Riche's brand of anti-age products became unusable because of its low quality. I will toss the jar of Intensive Care creme I received the last time into the garbage. I have been using this creme for over 20 years: it was light, felt wonderful on the skin, and absorbed quickly. Now, this creme is oily, lumpy and stays on the skin like glue.
Goodbye, Yves Rocher, I loved it for so many years, but I will not use it anymore.
I placed my second order with Yves Rocher on April 2nd. They claim that it went out via FedEx ground on April 3rd. Last update indicates that it has been in PA location since April 9th and no other info is available. I tried calling Yves customer service and got on line this obnoxious customer service op - Manny who basically told me I am out of luck (recorded conversation) and that I have to wait 21 business days before they can issue me a credit. He did zero to help me, when I asked for a supervisor he told me that they don't pick up calls from customers ( wow, great customer service model). One of the worst online purchasing experiences ever. I don't think I can trust this company with giving them my business
Last week i recived my order was supposed that i will get my birthday surprise box that says it worth 150 or more as usual there was no box nothing as mentioned and this is the second time happening to me also my perfume gift was full size always for more than 7 years but the last 2 years its just a travel size i always order evidence perfume as its my favourite i am customer for more than 8 years

Placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. Still no order and no tracking number. NOBODY answers the phone or the e-mails. Disgusting ignorance of the customer. Will NEVER order with Yves Rocher again. If my order does not arrive in a few days, I am reporting this company to BBB for FRAUD.
Nice products and good value but they lose all value to me in product delivery. Thin boxes and complete lack of packing material plus too many products dumped into boxes too weak and small for the load. Products arrived in less than perfect condition, sometimes damaged beyond use. Add insult to injury, they do not respond to electronic requests for help AT ALL. Telephone wait times are 15 to 30 minutes and their agents will treat you poorly. Photo below are just the most recent shipment. Not the first with issues.

Called in few days to confirm they received my return.
They wanted to keep the original shipping cost as I kept the gifts(few samples and 1 free product which was "a thank you for my payment from previous order") which is totally against the policy listed in the invoice
After spending 30 min plus on the phone with customer service representative they end up refunding 100% but a super negative impression cannot make me trust this company again
As expected your customer service stinks. Frankly since the founder died, your company has really changed. Package late, product quite expensive and some of the real good products retired. It usually trickles from the top. I would give 1 out of 10 for customer satisfaction and thank you for your pre-canned answer to my email. In other word go play on the freeway we can't do anything for you. Way to go. I have been a customer for 30 years and frankly It will be my last order.
Today i went to one of its store and had a horrible experience, girls working there doesn't seem helpful, in fact the moment i entered the shop i sensed some racist behaviour. Can't say much about the products as i don't use them frequently..
Hated everything I ordered, wanted to return, sent 3 emails to Customer service with no response. Tried to call - takes forever for them to answer. Never again! Eye makeup remover makes a mess on my eyes with chunks of mascara that's hard to remove. Shower gel smells like toilet detergent... very disappointed with quality of products and customer service..
1 star is still too generous for this place. I've been a customer for 5 years for this business and I have ran into several issues. It involved defected products, their customer service, writing when my points would expire, and more! Unbelievable! I have never dealt with such unpleasant experiences with a company so often in my life! I will never ever buy anything from these people again! I will make sure no one will even think about buying products from this company and will never recommend them to anyone.
Their soap products used to at least smell wonderful. I would invest in some every Christmas. But in the past three years or so, even the soap doesn't have any scent and the face cream is horrible, no better than regular cold cream. Customer service will not answer the phone, online ordering is MORE expensive than the mailer, and I will not do business with this company again.
All of their products irritates my skin. Customer service doesn't stand about their products. They don't care if you end up as a clown.
I left an honest review on their website for a product that gave me a very bad allergic reaction but they didn't approve it. They didn't even care about my allergic reaction to the product or giving me a refund.
Answer: Unfortunately, we are now into 2019 and Yves Rocher's product quality has seriously declined. I question their use of the words "natural" and "botanical". Perfumes don't last for more than 10 minutes. Their shipping and packing is now shameful; I have received more missing or damaged products than I care to mention. They have no customer service now for online purchases. They either totally ignore you or they never offer to make things right. They should not be allowed to sell here in the U.S. in my opinion.
