I am writing this review to warn the community about my ongoing, deeply frustrating experience with CS.MONEY, which has resulted in them withholding a significant sum of my money for over a month with no resolution in sight.

Here is a timeline of the events:

October 23,2025: I made a purchase for a skin worth R$ 6,883.64 (Transaction ID: #*******).

The Problem: The seller reversed the trade on Steam. The item was returned to them, but my money was not returned to me.

Support Interactions: I immediately contacted support and provided all the evidence they requested, including a detailed video following their exact instructions to prove the trade was canceled.

The Runaround: Despite providing flawless evidence, support's response has been inconsistent and unacceptable:

They first claimed that refunds for reversed trades would take "within 30 days, but not earlier than November 10."

When the 30-day mark passed on November 24th, they changed their story, stating the issue was with their "developer team" and asked me to wait another 24 hours.

As of November 25th (32 days later), they now say they "need some more time" and that there is "nothing else I can do to speed up the process."

Key Issues and Unacceptable Behavior:

Extreme and Unjustified Delay: Holding nearly R$7,000 for over 30 days for a transaction that was canceled by the seller is unreasonable. This is not a technical issue; it is a failure of their business process.

Shifting Excuses: The reason for the delay has changed from a "Valve update" to an internal problem with their "developers," showing a lack of a clear, honest resolution process.

Complete Lack of Accountability: Support agents openly admit they are powerless, stating, "there is nothing I can do." This demonstrates a severe breakdown in customer service and internal escalation protocols.

Broken Trust: They have failed to meet their own stated deadlines and have provided zero transparency. A company that can withhold funds for this long without a valid, fixed resolution date cannot be trusted.

I have provided all the proof they asked for. The fault lies entirely with CS.MONEY's system and their inability to process a simple refund. I am now forced to take legal action and file complaints with consumer protection agencies.

Consider this a serious warning. Use CS.MONEY at your own risk. They are holding my money hostage, and you could be next.
