Next time I will read the reviews first. However, I am exceptional at finding companies and shutting them down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we are now into 2019 and Yves Rocher's product quality has seriously declined. I question their use of the words "natural" and "botanical". Perfumes don't last for more than 10 minutes. Their shipping and packing is now shameful; I have received more missing or damaged products than I care to mention. They have no customer service now for online purchases. They either totally ignore you or they never offer to make things right. They should not be allowed to sell here in the U.S. in my opinion.
