Once an order has been placed online, you cannot make any changes, edit, or cancel it. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment as when contacting Yves Rocher Customer Service aka Call Centre. Is rudeness a requirement of the job desription? Their unwiilingness to assist in resolving an issue when ordering online is very frustrating and stressful.
Tip for consumers: Any online orders cannot be changed or cancelled. You can refuse the shipment upon delivery and refunded once its back to merchant.
Products used: My purchase of Oct. 13 for $57 through Paypal is still on back order. Apparently one or more of the items is temporarily out of stock and holding up entire order.
