Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!

I think Yoox has improved alot over the years. Customer service still lacking, but if things go wrong the returns are free (free postage label included with your order) and they do refund you in full as long as you keep the tags on and the item is unworn. There are many out of season items, some from years ago, and some items are overpriced, but... with so many items to choose from I always find great bargains and unique pieces too! Can't really fault them to be honest

Not sure how people are getting bad service from this site! You need to read notes about product. I never had problem with return, but one of my friend loose her membership because her returns ratio was too high. It is reasonable since shipping and returns are free. I use this site for over 7 years and, yes, customer service got worse since that time, but I use crevice on very rare occasions since all my purchases and returns are moving very smooth.

The item arrived late but to be fair it is coming from Italy... I phoned up a few times as it kept saying shipping shipping is more like 2.5 weeks but happy when I got my item no problems apart from delay. I would use this company again just need to order well In advance...

I've been shopping at yoox for over 20 years, and I've find there merchandise to be of good quality especially their shoes, there return policies are fantastic and they have good customer services.

Fabulous clothes be careful watching prices they can change before your eyes they take items out of your cart then in a week they reappear at a different price
The worst thing to me is the clothes coming terribly wrinkled that's a turn off
They did give me a 50 dollar credit to have some of them ironed
Don't understand New beautiful clothing wrinkled badly
I put up with it because of the cut prices
I also think there clothes are the real thing
They have been good with delivery and returns which I don't have many of and I spend thousands
Watch out can be addicting

I have been with them for more than 3 years, and almost all the time happy with them. I admit that they are not very unconditional all the time, but if you don't expect very much from them, they are just the pleasant place to shop. Here are my personal view about them.
Pros:
- great deals on high end brands that I can't find at any other places (especially the Italian brands, yes YOOX is the Italian company.)
- fascinating promotional offers almost every week (sometimes just repetitive or degraded ones though)
- the easiest return ever
- free return shipping if you choose "moneyoox", which is the name for the store credit, for the refund method
- fairly quick response from the customer service (maybe in 0~1 business day, I reached them 4~5 times till now, their attitude had been desirable or OK ones.)

Cons:
- their listing information is quite poor (poor measurements provision/ composite photos)
- they often change the shipping fee status or listings in very middle of ongoing promotional offers (fx. Start the promotion with free shipping on over $150, then go down to over $100/ sometimes several listings or items in the "dream box" disappear suddenly in the middle of the promotion even though they are not really sold out, then come back 2 or 3 weeks later. Quite ununderstandable.)
- sometimes they need extra time to ship the package out (usually 2~3 days until a package is shipped, 5 days at most but understandable if the item comes from Italy)
- fairly slow return process (usually 2~3 days until getting a notice email after they actually received the return package, then up to 5 days for the return process to be done. A bit slow, but they never failed. I really trust them for their return process. I never had the problem.)

All in all, I'm happy with Yoox and choose this site over other online shopping site. But I need to stick to my way to be a happy customer; don't buy unreturnable items even though they're real fantastic deal (because listing information is not very trustful or helpful), choose moneyoox for the refund for getting free return shipping (because I buy from them at least once a month, this works great!).

Ordered a lot of times on yoox.
The main thing you should know about it, it`s a lottery, if you brave enough test your luck, and maybe you`ll get what you want.

I've purchased unlimited number of clothing from yoox, and always go back to purchase perfect flat sandals for summer, which are all of superb quality! I am very happy with this site for their designer selection & every day sales. There was one time whee I had to return leather pumps cause they were defective & had scratches on both. I returned without problems! I love the variety they have unlike American site, it's unique, affordable and the site always has great sales! Thank u!

I ordered a pair of Lanvin sneakers. They arrived quickly and the order was correct, but I didn't like them as much in person, so I was thinking of returning them. When I went online to do this, I saw they were on sale for 30% below what I'd paid (about $430), with free shipping. I sent a message to customer service, saying that I was going to return them, but that I would keep them at the lower price, if they could refund the difference.

They confirmed that I could order a second pair at the lower price and return the first pair, but they wouldn't just refund the difference. Would have been a win-win, since they were paying for shipping. I was really annoyed that they wouldn't do this, since other retailers do it (especially retailers that sell high-end products), and was ready to just return them and forget about it.

After some back-and-forth, and letting them know that I'd written a negative review about the experience, they agreed to credit me the difference. The credit came through pretty quickly, within a couple of days. I'm happy with this result, am keeping the shoes.

Glad to see them step up to keep a customer happy, so this is an amendment to my initial review. Look forward to shopping with Yoox again.

I've shopped Yoox for years to get my designer goods outside of the January/July sale seasons. Is there customer service great? No. Is the $6.95 restocking fee unreasonable? Probably, and I HATE using it. But, they offer high end pieces for good prices. The trick is to know how the designers you like fit you, and the original price point so you can make a good comparison. Honestly, they don't do the best job at determining their original 1/2 off price. I just purchased a pair of Givenchy jeans at their ~50% for $350, except that those jeans would have started actually at $1.2k. On the reverse end, I saw a Raf Simons t-shirt listed at almost double retail. So, know your stuff. As far as sizing, am I concerned that a 33 might be a little tight (I wear a 34 from them, but only a 33 was available) and I'll have to absorb the $6.95 restocking? Yeah... but it's worth the gamble. And taking the train to Barneys will be almost $6 round trip anyhow... and I can only shop there during sale...

I recently bought a leather shoe from Yoox. At first I was skeptical after reading some of online reviews. Since this was the first time I bought from Yoox I used paypal. My account was credited next business day and I got my shoe 4 days after I placed my order. I also got UPS tracking number so I was able to track my shipment. I must say I was very impressed with shipping package and very happy with my purchase. I will go to this site for future purchase. I have give 4 star because they could improve on user experience on their website and also get their site registered at BBB to easy first time users concerns.

Contrary to what were discussed here, I have great experience with Yoox. First, the discounts is good. Though the shipping can be biting. I am quite okay with off season stuffs since they are selling at deep discounts. I have bought clothes, shoes, belts and scarfs from them. All are good quality with excellent workmanship. I bought 1 MM6 shoes and went to see the real one in store before buying from yoox. So I am pretty sure it is authentic. For the clothes, I can only comment that the workmanship and quality is excellent. It does not look like fake to me. Hmm... except for the belt, it came with slight stain but I kept it since I bought at 70% off so cannot expect perfection. So far, the delivery is prompt and they have tracking once your order is placed. The packaging is good as well. As for their customer service, I actually find them to be great. They replied my emails very promptly when I tried to cancel my orders due to simple mind change. They were efficient. I returned an item before and it has tracking til the parcel is delivered to Yoox. I got refunded via my credit card in a week's time. No big problems at all. Thus I bought alot from them. I do agree that the representation of their items on site can be improved upon. And I am fine with paying return shipping coz alot of other sites charges return shipping as well like shopbop, matchesfashion etc. they are running a business and return ship costs are not cheap. I recently returned a few items from my post chinese new year shopping spree. I emailed them and they replied me they have received but are taking longer to refund due to peak periods which is reasonable too. As to yoox blocking customers who returned alot. To be fair, this is not a new practice on online sites. I cancelled my first 2 orders from neiman marcus and after that I cannot access the site anymore. They have a policy to block these customers with undesirable shop pattern. Well, i just bring my money somewhere else since they have deemed me undesirable so early on. Haha.

I know there are so many bad reviews, but this is a good one. I have purchased many items from YOOX over the past 5 years and have only had good experiences. I think part of the problem is that they have a Clearance section, and all items in this section are not returnable. If you aren't sure that you can use the item or if it may not fit, do not purchase from the Clearance section. I have successfully returned other items purchased from the sale or full price section. I have found unbelievably good buys of high quality, beautiful merchandise from this site. The items they sell are definitely authentic brands, many of which are from a season or two back. This is a great company.

On 5-09, at 9:43 AM (11 hours ago) I received a letter (from Customer Care of yoox) with a request to share my YOOX experience so I wrote this letter. When I finished writing this letter YOOX Net-a-Porter Group unblocked me on Twitter. I'm glad that we were able to defeat the prejudices, took a step to our common victory and mutual understanding. Now we can together put an end to the misunderstanding and this shameful conflict. Because we need each other!

Ladies and gentlemen!

Concerning your question: "How satisfied - pleased we were with the way Customer Service resolved our inquiry": We hope and believe that in the Yoox Customer Service there are many honest and professional employees who love their work. However, you should admit mistakes, omissions of the Customer Service, which have become frequent and cause frequent misunderstandings, conflicts between the Customer Service and customers.

In our, perhaps, subjective opinion, some employees of your Customer Service team have no motivation for mutual understanding with customers.

The reason for this may be dissatisfaction with the payment for their work, fatigue or unprofessionalism. The fact is also possible that some employees of the Customer Service perceive clients like us (who know their rights and obligations) hostilely and create artificial problems such as the blacklisting of unwanted customers.

In such cases, the management of Customer Service should have an independent opinion and carefully investigate each case.

As for the conflict that has arisen, it could not have been, if instead of the hostility and blocking on Twitter, the Customer Service would have shown consistency. Yes, of course, we understand negative reviews, publications on social media are annoying you. Plus, the staff of the Customer Service is constantly under psychological pressure that 'the customer is right, he is the king'. Far from it, no, we, the customers, are also not always right. There are cases when many of us make mistakes because of ignorance of laws and under the influence of emotions.

And that's why it is necessary for the Customer Service and the customers, to learn from each other and seek the common path of prosperity. Otherwise it is impossible! Otherwise, we with common efforts, nonsense, will destroy the miracle of e-commerce YOOX. Then we all will lose, for creating such a miracle of e-commerce is a very difficult task, but it is always easier to destroy.

So, we propose to reconsider our positions and overestimate the conclusions, try to understand each other and forgive, unblock us on Twitter, we may even remove a lot of tweets. This is the way to a common victory and prosperity. г

Dear all!

Thanks to social media, Twitter, Trustpilot, Sitejabber and my followers for helping to break the silence against YOOX Bad Customer Service. This morning 6 GMT + 1 I received a refund from August 21. But for me, other loyal customers and many honest employees of online shops, great regrets, mistrust, annoyance remain.
I demand satisfaction from Yoox - an apology of the guilty for showing disrespect and for unfair and deceptive trade practices and the humiliating and insulting practices of their bad customer service that offends and humiliates our human dignity.

We've bought from YOOX for 7 years, with joy 5. To my great regret, Mr Marchetti's with love created miracle of e-commerce has had Bad Customer Service for 2 years. Customer Service has become aggressive, misleading, deceiving customers and began to destroy Yoox from the inside.
Perhaps the reason for the problem was the chase for results at any cost & the lack of respect for customers. There was a substitution of the value under the slogan 'We don't need love, we need results!' There was a gap between Yoox and customers, which led to frequent conflicts.

Studying the history of the creation of Yoox ("How Yoox turned the luxury-goods industry onto digital"), I admired the miracle of e-commerce, created by Mr. Marchetti. During long-drawn-out correspondence with YOOX I was misled, even deceived, *******@yoox did not refund the money (371 for gift order 1408Y7A*******E Return number *******818 NLBR and amount of 161 for the returned second part of order 0508Y01E*******D (Reference Number: ******* second part of RN *******518NLBR) UPS shipment 1Z0V5V*******746.) in the total amount of 532 so far. When I persistently began to demand an answer to when the money will be refunded, my account Twitter 0495NL was blocked by yoox. #shameonyouyoox.

We invite all who suffered from the conduct of unfair and deceptive trade practices online shops, to a public discussion of such facts. We say no to unfair & deceptive trade practices. It's time for consumers to revolt against this kind of degrading, Yoox unfair business practices.
We must stop the rudeness and arrogance of those who make millions of $ via our purchases from online shops. Their customer service does not respect us and misleads us sometimes under the patronage of their bosses and daily commits unfair and deceptive trade practices against each of us.

On September 5 my dad turns 60 and my brother turns 18. I bought them gifts, had to return them due to the size. Now I don't have time to buy gifts for my father, brother *******@yoox doesn't refund me on time! This is outrageous and terrible, I can neither forgive nor forget!

For a company retailing luxury fashion level of customer service is literally appalling. I understand that as an online retailer yoox is trying to cut costs at every possible place, but customers buying premium fashion from premium stores expect premium level of service...

I've bought over 10 shoes from Yoox. I am not a fan of the company, but I am of their products. This is my advice to (new) customers: avoid needing to get in touch with the customerservice. Know what you are buying, this way you avoid yourself a lot of trouble. If you wear a size 10, buy a size 10, dont go and try size 9, cause returning etc will give you a headache. Just buy your stuff, know that what you bought is correct, be at home when they deliver it, and you will enjoy your stuff. Nothing more, nothing less. Keep it straight with Yoox, cause everything more, will give you stress.

Yoox is an Italian based discount luxury goods online retailer. They carry brands like McQueen, Louboutin, etc and then some Italian brands. A lot of their products are made out of real leather and during one of their after summer sales, they can be found for very reasonable prices from belts, shoes to handbags. I ordered from them twice and each time my order was delivered within three days! That's crazy, especially since my items were shipped from Italy. I've read that some products may ship from an American warehouse but both of my orders were from Italy. The shipping was free over $150 and returns using their pre-paid label is about $7.00ish deducted from your refund. I believe you can get a full refund if you choose Yoox currency. In addition, the refund may or may not include taxes depending on where you are (I can't remember but I think my tax amounts were refunded). The instructions for returns ARE specific but not any worse than say ideeli. The items that have straps or hooks have a Yoox label, that cannot be removed if you want to return them. Other than that, if you request a return online and follow instructions everything was processed and refunded pretty reasonably. I like that you can add things to a dreambox which is basically a wishlist and you can view how many are left of the items in there, or they will show out of stock if that's the case. The only thing I don't like is that through the way the site is organized, it takes forever to look through everything. Due to the items being from the EU, sizes are in Italian or standard EU and you have to click on the item and look at Yoox's sizing commentary. It helps if you're familiar with brand sizing already, otherwise it can be a blind gamble. In general, I find the shoes to be 1/2 size too large from the Italian labels but the bags are great quality for the price and worth it. In general, I recommend Yoox if you don't mind doing a bit of research and have an open mind.

Great items, and a pretty nice site. Had to send one item back which wasn't too painful mainly because my office is cool about couriers (UPS).

Will deff go back if my item is all refunded ok.

I have been shopping at Yoox for a few years now. They have changed their shipping box which was really fun but not very sustainable which is probably a good thing for the planet and likely more cost effective for them. I hav requested 48 hour shipment, as well as standard delivery, and all orders have arrived within expected timeframe with exception of my last order. I was surprised to receive a proactive note apologizing for delay noting that they were crediting my shipping changes which was a nice, and unexpected touch - expedited shipping was not requested on this order. I have not had any issues with the return timeline as other have noted. I do have one quibble with sizing, in particular with their shoe sizing. It would be great to have a fit guide as we all know there can be some variance in translation. Regardless, there are some great bargains to be had.

I love the items on this site, pricing could be better at times, and the refund process is slow as a sloth. Yoox.com could be the best reseller discount site but these issue rated a MeH!, but the selections got them to the four star mark. Those shopping with Yoox needs to write to them with every order, and demand better service for the prices charged. Automate the return process and give me my refund faster (as I have more shopping to do). Other than that I like what yoox.com offers and I use the web site as a reference point when shopping.

I just took advantage of their Sale! Got a Balenciaga Shirt for nearly half off. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the packaging was a bit trashed. I buy a lot of stuff online from designer outlets like Yoox, and their packaging is really disappointing. I want luxury start to finish!
