Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
The worst online store I have ever had to deal with. They take your money but never provide you with the parcels. Stay away, I am still waiting for 2 parcels since January. Have not offered me a solution to resolve this issue even after I have requested a refund several times through back and forth emails. I only want what is rightfully owed to me and that is my money back for items they have not provided me with. Do not be fooled into making purchases on this website.
Customer service is good. No problems with email contact and I dealt with the same person, Sam, for several days. Items do take a little longer than usual to arrive but they do arrive and are reasonable quality for their prices. I have bought from Yoins several times.

I ordered a few items from this site. Obviously its from China like most sites these days. I received the items really fast. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 items I ordered didn't fit. I contacted the company and NO PROBLEM! They took them back and gave me a full refund! This kind of customer service is what makes customers come back! You are not afraid you will lose your money. I ordered twice from Yoins. The first order was medium blouses and fit perfectly. The second order was also medium blouses and these blouses are in no way mediums. They are tiny! I tried to chat online and she mentioned something about Asian sizes. I followed the US size chart and a medium is what I wear. Apparently they sent me Asian sizes! What a waste of time and money. Not to mention the order took forever and it was split up so I am still waiting on another package because the clothes were on back order. Likely these sizes wont be correct either and Ill have to return. This company will never get my business again!

I am shocked there are good reviews on here after the experience I'm having. Had issues with my order. Cancelled order within hours of ordering. They promised it was cancelled. This was two months ago. Still charged by PayPal as they said it was shipped and I did order. I have proof through screenshots of our chat the order was cancelled. No response from Yoins. Still battling PayPal. Both companies giving me the run around. Why would I pay for an order I cancelled and never received?

I sent several emails and had no answer. My credit card didn't go through, then they offered me the option to pay via paypal, I paid, the payment was successful and discounted $152 from my account. But when I login in the website it says that the payment was declined and the second order was closed by them. I'm not happy with the situation cause the paypal account says the money was unclaimed by then, and they do not answer at all so there is no way to claim it.

I'm a slim, athletic woman and wear between a size 2 and 4 or a small or extra small. I order 6 swimsuits from Yoins and literally had them in my possession for 5 minutes and requested a refund as these were not small they were microscopic! The hip measurements on the bottoms range anywhere from 26 to 28 inches! What child has hips that small? Yoins will not accept returns on these because they are swim wear so now I have 5 suits that I CANNOT wear and can't get my money back. I'm filing a complaint with my bank.

Don't recommend it, as the sizes are ill fitting and if you do try to return it, they won't refund your money. I ordered a dress from them and the dress didn't fit properly, maxi dress was above ankles. The dress was much shorter than the length shown on their website. On top of that the top I got from them looked completely different than it did in the picture, I returned all the items and haven't received my money back. When I reached out to them about my refund they didn't even bother replying.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 things and all of them were horrific. There was thread hanging off all 3 of my dresses. I got a white dress and it is completely see through, unwearable and nothing like the picture showed. I am so disappointed! I emailed customer service and heard absolutely nothing! My daughter ordered clothes from Yoins and had to return everything. The quality is just VERY POOR! What pisses me off, is the fact that you have to pay to ship the items back. We were told to ship the clothes back to China, it would be $33! I checked the website to review their return policy and could not believe my eyes! The return process is just too time consuming. Why the hell would you need to take pictures of the clothes you're sending back? In my opinion, the return process should be just as easy as when you buy the clothes. I will say that it does state in their return policy that they DO NOT cover the cost for return shipping. That is a deal breaker for me. Ladies proceed with caution, you have been warned. I wish my daughter and I would have read the reviews before our purchase. Too many other companies at the same price point, better quality and customer service to deal with this!

Items received have a horrible fit, as if put together by a 5 year old. No way to return the items. Customer service claims they need all sorts of information (pictures, all sorts of measurements etc.) before they accept a return that also refunds the shipping costs to Hong Kong. Clearly this is done to encourage the customer to give up on returning the items. Very unwise, and commercial suicide for this company, as you can read in all te reviews here.
Stay away from this terrible company!

I was worried about ordering from Yoins having read some terrible reviews about customer service and delays in refunds etc. However, decided to give it a bash. I ordered three items, which were separated into two orders. I decided I wanted to cancel one order completely. I used the website to do this. Didn't hold out much hope and the website didn't seem to respond. I thought here we go. However, I emailed them, and received an email from them the next day confirming the cancellation was actioned. A week later I received an email from them apologising that the item still on order would now be delayed (six weeks) and giving me the option of a refund or to choose something else, or wait. I chose refund and this was processed within a week.
So I cant comment on the items, but I can confirm that they seem to have nailed the refunds process now.

When I order enough items to qualify for "express shipping" and one or more items are back ordered, those items get shipped "standard shipping". This causes huge delays in the delivery dates. Not good.
The 3 star review is because of losing the express shipping because of splitting the orders.

It was an amazing experience shopping from yoins, this is not my first time of shopping online, but this seems to be the best experience so far. My order came early! I was VERY skeptical after all the negative comments but my package arrived early with all the contents I ordered. You get what you pay for (don't expect the quality of a $100 dress for $15) but the quality was what I expected just like that of a t-shirt or almost costume like fabric on some dresses. All fit true to size, although I did decide to go up a size in the romper due to my torso length I probably didn't have to as it is a little big! Will definitely be placing more orders! OHH an I also got a tracking number and was able to track the whole way!
There is a time difference as they come from China so keep that in mind when ordering. I did have to pay taxes/duty for it coming to Canada (only about $25 on my $135 order) but when ordering there was no exchange on my dollar! I also had the app it set for Canadian keep in mind.
Sunny was very helpful when I was near the 30 days of returning my item and was able to speed up the process for me so I could get it shipped on time. Great quality dress, I just did not need it anymore.

I bought a dress for 28 euro. What arrive A MONTH later was a very crappy copy of the dress in shown in their picture. The chest part was not even cut properly. Lowest quality of material and sewing. Dont ever ever buy here!
