This is my first time shopping at YOINS and I'm glad I did. It is easy to find your size and the quality is great. The clothes are very comfortable, with long sleeves and perfect length pants. All in all, great experience shopping with them as they have excellent customer service and extremely fast delivery.
Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I have been shopping at yoins for the last few months and I have to say that the staff there is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of suits, jeans and t-shirts that would fit any man. The sales staff are always willing to help you find what you need and they are very friendly through out all their interactions with me.
I'm beginning to think this company is a sham it's a scam they refuse to answer my phone calls they refuse answer emails they refuse to answer direct messages they refuse to answer messages on their website they think I'm going to go away but the poor pathetic excuse of a company took almost $80 from me out of my bank but yet they don't want to give me a tracking number for my order or my order. That's fine they're scam they are no good they are rip off they are cons I would not buy anything else from this company ever again they're rip off con scam you won't get your stuff I'd give it negative zero but I can't it doesn't give me that option
I ordered something in September 2022 and paid an extra fast delivery, aprox. 7 days. It should be at my adress on Sept 29 2022. And to this day (Dec 12 2022) it still hasn't arrived. I contacted the company too many times and nobody answered me. I am very angry and I want my money back! On the app it is shown that my order is still in the "processing" file, but of course the same day I ordered, my money was taken from my bank account.
YOINS is a great online shop for trendy and affordable fashion. They have a huge selection of clothes, accessories and intimates for women and men. I love their dresses, they are sexy and stylish. They also have fast and safe shipping on all orders.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
I purchased 3 dresses from the website and was happy to see that they had free returns within 30 days. I have sent 12 emails to customer service and they as yet failed to send return information. They keep telling me to be patient and someone will help me soon. I have waited almost 4 weeks and I keep getting messages telling me to wait. I am horrified at the service. I think site is a scam. Please don't waist your money. The dress in image is such poor quality it feels like it's made of cardboard

If it was possible I would not even give 1 star.
I order £100 worth of clothes. 8 items.
Only 2 items were real to their size.
Order was split into 3.
When the third package arrived I received 9 completely random items that I didn't order. To return this I contacted the company altogether 4 times. With provides pictures. In last email I was asked to take pictures of outside packages, inside label, package label, altogether 20 pictures!
When my return was approved as dress was too short, I was asked to send it to their uk warehouse with tracking number through Royal Mail. That cost £7,50 where the dress cost £15!
Another return was not approved and they offered me 30% off. When I disagreed and wanted all money back they closed the window for it as done'
So month later I'm still out of £100 pounds.

Very good online site to shop, clothes are not expensive at all and are so cute. Yes I had some few shipping issues but customer services always did the right things to refund me when it happened. Otherwise shipping was really fast; less than a week for express delivery.

I've made almost 10 orders from Yoins in the past year, and each time I'm even more satisfied with the items! They offer wide range of items for every style and size, the materials they use are of high quality (which I didn't expect, because of the low prices you assume they would cut back on quality) and the shipping is fairly fast (3 weeks regular shipping).
I recently had an issue with one item of my order, but customer service answered and helped me in just a couple of hours time. I'm just stunned by this site, possibly my favorite and best online shopping experience!

I bought two nice dresses from Yoins. They both look exactly like the pictures although since I am considerably tall one of the dresses was quite short on me. I contacted Yoins and they organised a remedy with me. Their customer service is great and I would recommend buying off them for aesthetic looking going out clothes that are extremely affordable. I would highly recommend measuring yourself properly and comparing to the sizing charts before you buy. Cheers
