2 out 6 items fit me! I would like to send back the items but there isn't any instruction or address in the parcel for return! Also I hope they are giving the money back as fast as took it from my account!
On a good side they respected the time of the delivery 5-7 working days!
As previous reviews will tell you the quality of these clothes is an absolute joke. Dresses are see through and tacky looking and look completely different to the pictures. The dresses look like potato sacks even if you order the correct sizing and poke out in random places. They won't give you a refund and try to argue you cannot return due to hygiene reasons or if you have tried the dress on which is ridiculous considering you need to try it on to know what it looks like! Disgusting service and poor quality clothes, would stay away at all costs!

Whatever you do, do NOT buy from Yoins. Worst online shopping experience ever. I was first enticed by the cheap price and cute items as per the images. So I ordered 11 items they came out to $240. Not bad I thought. Until I began receiving emails that items were not available. One dress still hasn't come in after 8 weeks! Another dress they cancelled and refunded me for it since it was no longer available, but it was still available online. 5 weeks after the purchase I get 9 items. Of the 9 I only ended up keeping 1 of them. The material on the clothes is just terrible! Extremely cheap and look nothing like the pictures. One dress even had a huge rip on the side. To top it off it cost $90 CND to return the clothes to China! Still waiting for my refund and clothes were sent back 10 days ago! DO NOT BUY FROM YOINS!

I asked for a return 20 days ago because 2 dresses didn't fit me, but nobody contact me. I also made a new order (with the correct size) 10 days ago but is still "PROCESSING". I'm really worried. I think it's a scam. I contacted them several times through email, Facebook messenger, Instagram and nobody answered me. I spent more than 200 USD.
Very disappointed. My experience has been like the previous review. Order not received, chat line unresponsive or does not answer my question, emails not answered. The good reviews on this page may have been written by staff who work at Yoins perhaps?

Ordered 3 dresses and they came within a week, fabric quality is great and the clothing is overall comfortable, only criticism is the sizing isn't the best on one product but worked round it to wear it as a top. Over all am pleased with my items and will definitely use yoins again

Have sent numerous emails asking for returns address and still have no reply! How are we supposed to have them back at the warehouse in 14 if they won't even say where this supposed warehouse is?

Waiting for an order for over 2 months now. I'm guessing it will never arrive. They're quick to take your money though.
Excuse was, the order was so high for these dresses that there's a wait... but they're still taking orders for those same dresses.
I've heard nothing since the last email correspondence.
Yoins is a scam. Don't bother.
There's so many other honest companies out there that will do right by the customer.

Hi Sunny was extremely helpful, as my purchase was shipped according to Yoins, but we have searched high and low and never received the dress. Yoins and Sunny refunded me in full. My first purchase was a great success and love each item. Just sad i didn't get the last thing i purchased. But am happy they refunded me.

I've placed quite a few orders with Yoins. I am always pleased with their products, but the last four orders I've made has problems on Yoins' side. They do not contact me when the problem arises and I have had to contact them all four times to inquire why my order hasn't even shipped yet. Products show on their site as being available and then I find out the some products are out of stock. I've asked to speak to management, they tell me to just email the same email that the regular customer service responds to. They have never offered to make my "inconvenience" right by at least offering a discount code or something for the next time. Just that they are sorry that it happened. Every time. For the same reason. I don't know that the products/clothing are worth the headache of dealing with them. Looking into Shein and some other sites as this is so frustrating to deal with.

Fantastic. I have never seen a website providing this level of status updates - and that for a standard tracking order. Not only the goods were delivered well in advance of what we hoped for. I got an email at each change of status. Order confirmed, ready for shipment, shipped, in transit, arrived at the destination post-office and actually delivered (the last two emails on the very morning and afternoon of the day of delivery by our local post service). Impressive! Many a website can take a lead from this.

I just purchased 3 items, all fit horribly and were made of the cheapest fabric I would not even clean my toilet with! The website clearly states returns accepted BUT this is my 5th email to them asking for their return address and they still have not provided it to me. Has anyone been successful in getting a return address? They are asking me for pictures of the items which is ridiculous as it is ONLINE and they have my order, then they are saying it 'should fit if i chose the correct size from the chart', now they sent me another email which is not even comprehensible. Atrocious service, worst quality items, steer clear!

This company is such a scam. They want pictureS of items before you return them- I have never heard of anything like this in my life. The items advertised are not what you get - when you go by the size chart make sure if you do order - you add 2 sizes. So fed up with trying to return something I donated what I ordered to my sons teenage girlfriend.

Hi Ada in customer service was very helpful with checking my order. Only thing I would like better is if out of stock items were displayed at time of order instead of when you have ordered them and then told they are out of stock once you have paid for them. I ordered a couple pieces of clothing without reading the reviews first... then I read the reviews and regretted buying stuff at first. They arrived in like a week or two. I ordered a pink velvet lace up skirt, it's cute on you can tell it's cheaply mad but I mean the price is cheap. I also got one of those black long sleeve sweaters that laces up the front and has a turtle neck part, it was way too big could probably fit my ex boyfriends new girl he cheated on me with. I'm like a dolphin... she's like a whale. So yea I got a medium and I'm 5'7 and 135 pounds and that $#*! was huge. So I guess you bargain with it take the chance if there's something super cute, $#*! it order it. The skirt was super cute I'm not too mad about the sweater sell it return it or get over it oh well. Clothing is fashionable and super affordable!
The size chart is accurate.
The quality of the material I order is usually polyester.. so if you're looking for high quality, this is not the cite for you.
The material of the clothing and bathing suits are durable.
Shipping takes three weeks but that makes sense considering their head quarters is overseas so make sure you order more than 3 week before you need your order. (If you're in USA)
I also love it because you won't find these styles in stores so i stand out around my peers.
I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommending to all my friends!
