This was my first time ordering with Yoins.
My parcel took a while longer as it was not in stock, and when i received it i did not realise that a size 10 meant a large!
However they completely turned around this situation immediately for me and were so helpful!
They are sending me out a new size right away and covering the costs of my postage.
Very helpful company and very good at communicating I am really impressed with their efforts!
Dress came and was completely a different color, was too big (size chart is definitely wrong).
Straps broke as soon as I tried it on.
The shipping was fast and easy though!
For future - maybe have the actual photo of garment.
I bought clothes about $200 worth and haven't received anything but one item. It's been almost two months already since ordering it. Now they are saying they can't give me a refund until the items come in and it will take another month to receive them. The One item I got was so see through and cheaply made. It was huge and looked like a tent and not like the picture

Customer service is terrible. I would not order from this website. They ship from China and my order has still not arrived after almost 4 weeks. This is beyond their stated timing guidelines but when I called this out to them they said it was not their issue since sometimes delays can happen for items out of their control. To be clear, this is beyond the longer estimate of 16 days to the United States. They did not offer to make this right or cancel the order for a refund. The customer service rep just hung up on me. Save your money.

Terrible customer service. I ordered clothes worth approximately £100 and received a TNT import bill of £49. Then when i tried to return most of my clothes which are terrible quality i was informed i needed to take photos and each item would be assessed by them separately. In the end for fear of another huge tax bill for sending them back i have been left with the clothes and lost £149. Beware!

I purchased two items a month ago. Not only have I not received them yet. I received an email ONLY yesterday informing me one of the items I had already purchased were out of stock and I could either ask for a refund or exchange. Talking to the customer help lady Rose was no better. She was extremely short and unhelpful with detailed responses. She said I would receive my items 1 to 3 business days after my enquiry. I Haven't received the item yet and I won't be shopping with them again.

My item arrived and it was exactly as the picture described. I live in South Africa so I was a bit weary about ordering online. The customer service is on the ball, they reloaded my address was wrong and contacted me in order to change it, which I thought was professional. They could have just sent the package. Im very happy with my purchase. It did take a while but anything shipped to South Africa takes a while. I still have pending orders but Im sure I will be satisfied. Thank you Yoins!

The worst online store I have ever had to deal with. They take your money but never provide you with the parcels. Stay away, I am still waiting for 2 parcels since January. Have not offered me a solution to resolve this issue even after I have requested a refund several times through back and forth emails. I only want what is rightfully owed to me and that is my money back for items they have not provided me with. Do not be fooled into making purchases on this website.

Customer service is good. No problems with email contact and I dealt with the same person, Sam, for several days. Items do take a little longer than usual to arrive but they do arrive and are reasonable quality for their prices. I have bought from Yoins several times.

I ordered a few items from this site. Obviously its from China like most sites these days. I received the items really fast. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 items I ordered didn't fit. I contacted the company and NO PROBLEM! They took them back and gave me a full refund! This kind of customer service is what makes customers come back! You are not afraid you will lose your money. I ordered twice from Yoins. The first order was medium blouses and fit perfectly. The second order was also medium blouses and these blouses are in no way mediums. They are tiny! I tried to chat online and she mentioned something about Asian sizes. I followed the US size chart and a medium is what I wear. Apparently they sent me Asian sizes! What a waste of time and money. Not to mention the order took forever and it was split up so I am still waiting on another package because the clothes were on back order. Likely these sizes wont be correct either and Ill have to return. This company will never get my business again!

I am shocked there are good reviews on here after the experience I'm having. Had issues with my order. Cancelled order within hours of ordering. They promised it was cancelled. This was two months ago. Still charged by PayPal as they said it was shipped and I did order. I have proof through screenshots of our chat the order was cancelled. No response from Yoins. Still battling PayPal. Both companies giving me the run around. Why would I pay for an order I cancelled and never received?

I sent several emails and had no answer. My credit card didn't go through, then they offered me the option to pay via paypal, I paid, the payment was successful and discounted $152 from my account. But when I login in the website it says that the payment was declined and the second order was closed by them. I'm not happy with the situation cause the paypal account says the money was unclaimed by then, and they do not answer at all so there is no way to claim it.

Perfect help by Bradley taking care of my questing about delivering my order. I ordered april 22, and could expect my sending before may 30. I thought that's quite a long time to wait. Bradley got into it and could tell me the delay was because of one item that's out of stock. I do very little on line shopping because of delays. The confirmation was swift and information regarding shipping and delivery were so exact! Very satisfied.
The clothes are priced correctly. They have my size available. Their delivery is excellent. I bought several items from Yoins and am so happy with their service they will be the first company I will look to purchase more clothing.

I'm a slim, athletic woman and wear between a size 2 and 4 or a small or extra small. I order 6 swimsuits from Yoins and literally had them in my possession for 5 minutes and requested a refund as these were not small they were microscopic! The hip measurements on the bottoms range anywhere from 26 to 28 inches! What child has hips that small? Yoins will not accept returns on these because they are swim wear so now I have 5 suits that I CANNOT wear and can't get my money back. I'm filing a complaint with my bank.

Don't recommend it, as the sizes are ill fitting and if you do try to return it, they won't refund your money. I ordered a dress from them and the dress didn't fit properly, maxi dress was above ankles. The dress was much shorter than the length shown on their website. On top of that the top I got from them looked completely different than it did in the picture, I returned all the items and haven't received my money back. When I reached out to them about my refund they didn't even bother replying.
