Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 things and all of them were horrific. There was thread hanging off all 3 of my dresses. I got a white dress and it is completely see through, unwearable and nothing like the picture showed. I am so disappointed! I emailed customer service and heard absolutely nothing! Definitely do not recommend this site at all!
This is the first time I've ever purchased anything from YOINS website. I saw the selection and their prices are reasonable. I ordered a dress. I got my item shipped to me really quickly. I also tried on my dress, and it's quite comparable to how it's displayed on the site. I appreciate the feedback of prior purchases from other people, which is a great feature to have. My daughter ordered clothes from Yoins and had to return everything. The quality is just VERY POOR! What pisses me off, is the fact that you have to pay to ship the items back. We were told to ship the clothes back to China, it would be $33! I checked the website to review their return policy and could not believe my eyes! The return process is just too time consuming. Why the hell would you need to take pictures of the clothes you're sending back? In my opinion, the return process should be just as easy as when you buy the clothes. I will say that it does state in their return policy that they DO NOT cover the cost for return shipping. That is a deal breaker for me. Ladies proceed with caution, you have been warned. I wish my daughter and I would have read the reviews before our purchase. Too many other companies at the same price point, better quality and customer service to deal with this!

Items received have a horrible fit, as if put together by a 5 year old. No way to return the items. Customer service claims they need all sorts of information (pictures, all sorts of measurements etc.) before they accept a return that also refunds the shipping costs to Hong Kong. Clearly this is done to encourage the customer to give up on returning the items. Very unwise, and commercial suicide for this company, as you can read in all te reviews here.
Stay away from this terrible company!

When I order enough items to qualify for "express shipping" and one or more items are back ordered, those items get shipped "standard shipping". This causes huge delays in the delivery dates. Not good.
The 3 star review is because of losing the express shipping because of splitting the orders.

I was worried about ordering from Yoins having read some terrible reviews about customer service and delays in refunds etc. However, decided to give it a bash. I ordered three items, which were separated into two orders. I decided I wanted to cancel one order completely. I used the website to do this. Didn't hold out much hope and the website didn't seem to respond. I thought here we go. However, I emailed them, and received an email from them the next day confirming the cancellation was actioned. A week later I received an email from them apologising that the item still on order would now be delayed (six weeks) and giving me the option of a refund or to choose something else, or wait. I chose refund and this was processed within a week.
So I cant comment on the items, but I can confirm that they seem to have nailed the refunds process now.

It was an amazing experience shopping from yoins, this is not my first time of shopping online, but this seems to be the best experience so far. My order came early! I was VERY skeptical after all the negative comments but my package arrived early with all the contents I ordered. You get what you pay for (don't expect the quality of a $100 dress for $15) but the quality was what I expected just like that of a t-shirt or almost costume like fabric on some dresses. All fit true to size, although I did decide to go up a size in the romper due to my torso length I probably didn't have to as it is a little big! Will definitely be placing more orders! OHH an I also got a tracking number and was able to track the whole way!
There is a time difference as they come from China so keep that in mind when ordering. I did have to pay taxes/duty for it coming to Canada (only about $25 on my $135 order) but when ordering there was no exchange on my dollar! I also had the app it set for Canadian keep in mind.
Yoins have a lovely collection and a vast variety too.
Variety of colours as well as sizes.
I am super impressed by the customer support system of Yoins.
They are very fast in their response to any query.

I bought a dress for 28 euro. What arrive A MONTH later was a very crappy copy of the dress in shown in their picture. The chest part was not even cut properly. Lowest quality of material and sewing. Dont ever ever buy here!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! I just ordered a sweater and already had an issue with ordering. My card said it was declined twice but then I got an email saying the payment went through. Then got a call from my bank almost immediately. So we'll see how the rest of this goes!

One dress had holes cut out really sloppy and cheap fabric. The quality of the products is not as in the pictures. The clothes look really cheap.
The customer service is terrible. I asked about a delay in delivery and they sent me the same answer 3 times, even though I told them that there was no way that a local post office would hold my package, since there are no local post offices. They kept referring to the local post office.
EU-sizes are not correct, you have to measure yourself and even then the clothes don't fit properly. Normally I am a S/M, but I should have ordered a L.
I wil never be buying there again!

I ordered 3 dresses. The package arrived ripped open with one dress missing. The second dress was 2 sizes larger than advertised (ordered a S, received a L). The third dress had a faulty zipper that was not functional. The return process is very long and complicated (requires filling out multiple forms and attaching pictures to the forms), so still waiting to see if I will get a refund or can return the 2 dresses I did receive...
