I ordered from Yoins for the first time. I am very please with my order. I got in less than 3 weeks. Everything fits perfectly. The clothing are made from different factories. It is important to read size suggestions for each item. Some items I was able to buy small and some I had to buy large but in the end they all fit perfectly.
Awesome! We order a lot of apparel from here and we have never been dissatisfied! There have been mistakes once or twice in the past 2 years but they are fixed quickly and they always take care of it timely! We would definitely recommend this company!
So i tried emailing them and Ive go nothing - absolutely no response and no confirmation of my order - but money has been taken. Seriously?! Wow. Lesson learned. Only order from reputable sites. Do your your research people and stay away from Asian run on line sites.

So I ordered a dress and immediately payment was taken but no confirmation was ever sent. When i tried to log back in to the account to find my purchase history - it says my email doesn't exist but I created an account. I would like to know why my money was taken but i cant find any history of me purchasing the item?
Paid for items that never received and gonna have to wait 14 days for my refund. One of the worse companies I ever dealt with. Will never ever shop from there again. If the item it's out of stock they should advise that on the website instead of taking the payment! Unbelievable

I have ordered from Yoins a few times. Some things are really nice, but most is horrible. The sizing is inconsistent. I hope you are not in a hurry to get your clothes, they average a month or more for delivery. Basically it's not worth your time or money.

Dont waste your time or money with this company. Still waiting for a refund 4 weeks after returning item and providing proof of postage. They dont answer your emails and are full of excuses if they do. Clothes are poor quality. They market them well, dont be drawn in.

I ordered an outfit from Yoins on 28/11/16 ready for my office Christmas party on 16/12/16. Yoins confirmed dispatch on 01/12/16. After chasing Yoins customer services on 5 occasions I was eventually advised that the outfit was being sent from China and might MIGHT arrive anything up to 25 days after dispatch. Their clothes are just not worth the wait. I am just trying to get a refund now.

After several emails to and fro I decided I couldnt be bothered as it was pointless. Unhelpful customer services who wanted me to pay them 45% of the goods value and they would send me out something else... really... you have robbed me of my money and want me to pay you more money... costly lesson leant

After waiting 3 weeks for my tops to arrive I was was completely disappointed. Not only were all 3 tops too little but the quality of the material was awful. In fact I tried one of them on and it tore like a piece of paper. Thin material, looked cheap. I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that. No way was I going to ask for an exchange for another cheap top. Do not buy from this site.

I was attracted to the styles of the clothing. However, the size chart is WRONG for swim suits. If it tells you to order a Small, order a Large. AND, they won't give you a refund on these! Also, I ordered "Express" shipping for one order, so I paid extra to get it quickly. It was 2 days later than identified, so I paid extra for nothing. My other order was "standard" shipping; I was supposed to get it within 3 weeks. I didn't get it for SIX weeks! Ridiculous.
The only props I can give is that the shirts I ordered do look nice and fit. But, not worth the wait. And, customer service won't ever give you money back. Instead, they'll give you a 10% discount on another purchase. Why would I want to order again, if I had such a poor experience in the first place?

I love how easy the internet page is. Its really easy to find what Im looking for. The clothes look great in real life and had a good fit. Shipping takes about a month to Norway and I think thats good especially when you get free shipping when you order a lot. My new favorite shopping site!

Since the day I ordered I have had nothing but trouble! Firstly, I made my order on 20/03/16 and was told on the confirmation page I should receive it by 14/04/16. Early April I chase up the order to be told 2 of my items were out of stock, which I had no notification about yet they were quick enough to take my money! I was told both of the missing items would be back in stock by 10/04/16 to then chase it up again and the items still not be in stock! Once again no notification. Finally my order was shipped and i received it today, very happy to rip open the parcel and see only 3 of my 4 items had been delivered. This is completely unacceptable from a 'professional' company. Stay as far away as you can.
However, I must admit the outfits I have received I love!

Just from reading the reviews, ive come to the conclusion that there are some extremely young children that are about to be beaten from lack of making good products. If this site is originated in the area that it states, I cant imagine the conditions that these people work in, lets not forget abused. Save your money people and don't buy from this site.
Their products quality is horrible. Their return policy is a joke. I've been trying to get a refund for the crap I bought and they are not giving me the money back. They keep saying somebody will reach out to you but nobody does.
The pictures they use for their products are fake. They sell the cheap version of what s posted online. SCAM!

I usually do not write reviews but everything from the service to the fit of the clothing was horrible.
I waited about a month to receive my package, a small looked like an xxs in some clothes or, a medium - large in others.
I contacted them to return the items... no one could help.

I'm based in England, and had ordered a lace white dress, the 1st ordered was to big. It was here that i had such great customer service from YOINS. They were very professional and got a replacement out to me in a little less than a week. Which fits like a glove. I will be ordering from them again.
