Great service!

I ordered a size too big (I have lost weight and didn't realise how much) so I asked for a refund, instead they are sending me a smaller size free of charge without having to pay to send the other back!

Fantastic service, and the dress is beautiful.

I purchased through Yoins a couple of months ago and was very disappointed that half of the order did not fit and the clothing measurements were smaller than what was stated online. I contacted the company for a refund for about half of the order which they initially responded to. After that, they just stopped replying to my emails. I have sent several follow up emails with no response. I have not received my refund. The customer service at this company is terrible, the quality of the clothes was very low which you can expect from their pricing, but I still expected better than what it was. They still owe me money. I would never ever ever purchase from this company again.

Bad News
September 14, 2018

I ordered 3 dresses. Yoins charged my card. I'm waiting and waiting for the dresses. I had received an email telling me that they shipped. I never got anything. I called and got the run around and put on hold. I did the text chatting and got the run around again. NOW they are telling me that they shipped 1 dress and back ordered 2. The BIGGEST problem is I didn't even get the one they claim that they shipped. I contacted customer (lack of Service again and they tell me I should ask the post man if he has the package or ask my neighbors... I told them to forget about it and just refund me... "Oh No! We can't do that" Now I'm having to dispute the charge thorough my credit card. What a hassle! Beware of this site. Use at your own risk. Better yet, Don't take the chance. There are plenty of legitimate sellers out there that stand behind their merchandise. I'm not adding a photo to this post, SINCE I NEVER GOT THE DRESS.

Amazing
December 15, 2015

I ordered a few things from here. One came in size too big but after contacting customer services they arranged to send me it in a smaller size. They were quick to reply, polite and very helpful. The other items were perfect though and even thought one dress was too big the quality was amazing. Money well spent in my opinion.

Bad quality bad service

Absolutely disgusting quality came wrapped in bits of cardboard disgusting cheap material I paid €69.95 on clothes sending them back cost €20 3 weeks later no money back this is absoulutely terrible service will not be letting this go without full refund

I wasnt sure what to expect because I had never ordered from this site before and the prices seemed too good to be true. I intended to order 3 dresses but mistakenly ordered 4 because I double ordered one of the dresses. Customer service was very helpful and immediately cancelled the double order and processed the refund. I received one dress within a couple weeks and Im impressed with the quality. It looks just as advertised. Im still waiting for the other 2 dresses to ship because as soon as I ordered I got a notification that they were back ordered, which is kind of annoying and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall Im happy with my experience and would order from them again. I would just make sure its not something I absolutely need for an event that week.

Ordered a blouse beginning of October money taken but no blouse customer service is terrible first excuse was Chinese holiday then item out of stock so asked to change the colour now emails and messages not answered wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Horrible!

I ordered three pieces. A pink coral dress ordered in xs. Was awful! Not even same colour and it was soooo big. Cheap material. The other two items were just as bad. Do not order from them. Waste of money!

My items finally arrived after 11 days and me chasing them.
Now when they dont fit and I would like to return them I am expected to pay a minimum of £20 to return items that cost me £15? What an absolute joke.
Do you not realise nearly ALL clothing merchants nowadays provide A FREE return. I certainly
Would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Now I am out of pocket and with items that dont fit me.
The quality of the clothing was awful too... like polystyrene

Would NOT recommend

Bought 8 tops from Yoins. Drawn in by cheap prices, photography complimenting the clothes making them look like good to fair quality. The reality, firstly from order and payment, to then actually getting my tops... 3mnths. Thought id never see them.

On arrival, all are poorly made. Same idea as the photos, but definitely not the same. They look home made, edges are crooked and very poorly sewn. Id be too embarrassed to wear out. Sizes do NOT correlate to their specifications. Some fit, others do not.
Basically, dont waste your time or money. Seriously.

I wouldn't bother buying anything from this website. First off the expedited shipping takes longer than 3-7 business days. When they give you the tracking information, it's not even correct. They told me DHL had my package so I had been using the tracking info for DHL (with no results) only to find out that TNT actually had it. They also wrote my phone number incorrectly so when they showed up to deliver I obviously didn't get the call.
Now, onto the clothing. The clothes do not look like the photos... at all. The colours are way off and most of the pieces are so see through you can't wear it out in public. I've asked for a refund and they just asked me to send them pictures with my hand under the fabric to see...? I'm not happy with my order, I just want my money back.
Shipping and handing is awful, the material is super cheap and the customer service could be better.
Save your time and your money, don't buy anything from Yoins.

Horrible Quality

Worst quality clothing ever. Don't believe the picture because it looks nothing like it. In fact, about 20 different low quality clothing websites use the same exact pictures. And Yoins don't bother writing back saying "we are very sorry… what is your order number and we can fix this." Cheap and thin material. Don't be fooled by the picture! Looks nothing like it!

Shocking company! Who takes a month to deliver these days. I cancelled my order due to not receiving or hearing anything from them until the day before I went on holiday. But then received an email after I chased them saying items were out of stock. Next day apparently one item was dispatched, which I had informed them I didn't want, just to get the delivery charge! Item will be returned when finally received, placed original order on 3rd May I was informed the item which I don't want anymore because its to late leaving to go on holiday tomorrow will be delivered 23 June, nearly 2 months! Only refund 15 pound! Liars! They can't even get the emails right said item was dispatched on 1st jan, shocking company, don't buy from them

Ordered a Medium size dress and they sent an XXL and I have to pay for postal to send it back to China. Its true the other items of clothng was very cheaply made. Even though a top might have been CAD$21 it looks a lot cheaper than that. No thanks. Lesson learned Never again.
