Chicwish is a real pain in the A$$ to deal with. Returns are a nightmare. I'm trying for 2 months to get a size change and it's now turned it to a return. I finally had to dispute with Paypal. Every time you "chat" with these guys its a new day. You can't call and talk to someone and try to fix a problem. You have to go on their website and chat. It take a day if your lucky to get a response. On my exchange they kept telling me the size I wanted was out of stock. When I look on the website it was available for sale. I finally just bought the right size and returned the wrong size... That's where it got interesting. They send you a RMA and a return postage label. I tracked my return and it was signed for about a week after I sent it UPS. Of course Chicwish kept telling me they were waiting for it and it take 3 weeks to get the return back. I kept telling them tracking says it was signed for at your return shipping address. Finally I got paypal involved. They refunded me the next day. Now 10 days later they are answering the dispute and asking me for proof that I sent it back...After I got my refund I thought case closed and tossed my tracking UPS gave me. Of course if they really wanted to see who signed for it all they would need to do it check there RMA and see the label that they issued. These guys are loosers. Too Much trouble for me. There's plenty for legitamate online retailers to choose from. BE WARNED

Tip for consumers:
super hard to deal with. No phone calls, only Chat on their website and it takes a least a day to them to respond. Then I respond, Then another day for them to respond. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Quality is so so at best. Not a pictured in website.

I ordered 3 dresses. Yoins charged my card. I'm waiting and waiting for the dresses. I had received an email telling me that they shipped. I never got anything. I called and got the run around and put on hold. I did the text chatting and got the run around again. NOW they are telling me that they shipped 1 dress and back ordered 2. The BIGGEST problem is I didn't even get the one they claim that they shipped. I contacted customer (lack of Service again and they tell me I should ask the post man if he has the package or ask my neighbors... I told them to forget about it and just refund me... "Oh No! We can't do that" Now I'm having to dispute the charge thorough my credit card. What a hassle! Beware of this site. Use at your own risk. Better yet, Don't take the chance. There are plenty of legitimate sellers out there that stand behind their merchandise. I'm not adding a photo to this post, SINCE I NEVER GOT THE DRESS.
