I ordered from this website on August 3, supposed to be delivered by today, I havent received anything, contacted them through paypal and they told me that my ordered status said delivered to front door, however, they gave me a completely different order number than what I have on my email. I havent even received the fake order nor the real order, the seller is not saying anything and I hope paypal rules on my favor or I will be money out for nothing. I will never buy from this store again.
Ordered stock on 23rd October, had nothing to say it has been dispatched. Tried to call the number and it says 'this is not available' have email but no luck. Quick to talk the money! Please can someone contact me urgently. These bad complaints can easily be resolved if you picked the phone up and advised of an update on the orders!

I received an email about an order! I never visited their website and ordered anything from them but they sent me an order confirmation! Then I received another email that the transaction with Paypal was incomplete and there is an icon in the email for completing the payment! Then the third email came and showed that the order has been successfully processed! Do NOT click any links in these emails! Be careful with this website! I actually don't have a Paypal account associated with the email.

I ordered my package ages ago... still waiting for it to be shipped much less received. Tried using their chat service online and it doesn't work. Tried calling and that was useless. Gave these guys a try as I thought they could be similar to Wish. I can understand it taking a while to get here once it's been shipped, but to take a month to even package the item? Never again. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Luckily I didn't spend a whole lot so it's not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund.

Got to say all these sites are rubbish. I sent an item back and it cost a fortune. I have never received a refund. All they say is have you a tracking no? To get it tracked would have cost even more (not even sure if it was an option now). So the dress cost £35 and I spent another £7.00 sending it back. Quality nothing to write home about and £35.00 is not a small amount really for a little dress. Also took long time to arrive.

Ordered 7 items from Yoins. They took my money but everything was on back-order. Ordered April 4th and finally received 2 items may 14th. Quality is terrible, neither top looked anything like the tops they show on their website. Luckily, I was able to cancel my remaining order and received a refund. I guess I'll just keep the two tops I already received because from what I am hearing, it's almost impossible to return anything. I don't understand why they can't just sell quality product. The clothes on their website are really cute and I would even be willing to pay more if they sent what they advertise. OH well, lesson learned. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Terrible experience with this company.
Sizes are no where near accurate. Ordered a size 4 and what arrived was more like a size 14/16.
They then proceeded refuse to give a refund and finally agreed after a couple of weeks of fighting.
This is a scam company. Do not use!
I placed order received email that said shipped on 12/15 followed tracking number and they had no record of it till 12/18 now although i paid for priority air mail delivery and tracking nothing shows up, I have no idea where my package is, iit is a christmas gift and they can't even tell me if i will receive it time. Very disappointed!

This place is a joke my cousin and I both ordered things from here we said we will take a chance and see... well we placed the order in early Nov. 2016 till this day I still haven't received anything and they have no idea where the shipment is!?! My cousin did receive hers February 2017! And it was garbage omg! Nothing was wearable and they stunk of fish! I accidently ordered the wrong size initially for 3 pieces of clothing, I emailed them on the day and got a response within the next 24 hours where they politely changed it over to the correct clothing size. Very happy with the customer service.
I've never ordered any item online before, it was a risk, mostly because I'm from Italy and I needed a dress for a very important evening. The package arrived in time and the dress is very beautiful. Prices are low and quality so good
Ordered 3 things, 1st came ok, other 2 were cancelled. New order at additional cost, 1st things came then 2nd cancelled again even after I'd already spoke to Yoins NOT to cancel.
The people on live chat are not very helpful either, just dont read what you're writing, just say the same thing like they're a bot. Now I have to write a review on here just to get some discount!

Never got my dresses. I get they're from China very far away, but I've ordered things before from other sites and have gotten them. So angry asked them and theyou told me they sent it but never have I ever received it. Tomorrow morning I am calling Canada's fraud reporting agency. Ordered 7 items on October 6th and paid for expedited shipping. How is it possible that every item is SOLD OUT and yet it is still being sold today? Why are you selling items that clearly are not available and taking immediate payment for items you are unable to deliver when promised? How long can a Chinese holiday be? I ordered 8 dresses, one went out of stock but I got my refund fast. After 10 days my parcel with 7 dresses arrived at my doorstep. (I live in Norway) Two of the dresses became instantly my favorites :) The other dresses was totally fine too. Size was perfect - same as I always use. Thank so much to Customer Services for kind and fast email contact and to Vanilla who was one of them :)) I have read so many bad reviews, especially money back problems. I love the styles on YOINS site. I think I order from them at least 2x/month. Items arrive so much faster than expected. 99% of the items I receive fit incredibly perfect and look great on. If I need to return or exchange anything the process is relatively easy. If it seems a return application is not being processed The Chat feature is super helpful. I did wait 7 days for a return response but when I went to the Chat to check the status they helped finish the process right then. Otherwise, from order to delivery the email correspondence is timely and thorough. I'm definitely hooked.

First off didn't do my homework on reviews, went ahead ordered $152.00 of clothes took over 3weeks to receipt tracking number& the whole time was trying to contact them, second finally got the package opened it and was so disappointed after waiting over 1 month, so I emailed them asking what address to send it back no reply till days later let me add that you have a certain amount of days to return the items, since no reply I went ahead and shipped it back to the address that was on there (another $25)to shop back.ive been emailing them they said that was not the correct address so I won't be getting my money back.

My original order was from the website and it was extremely difficult to navigate and did not work properly. It would not allow me to choose my destination of choice, which was Singapore so instead I sent it to my USAA address. However then, it would not let me choose my home state of Oregon. I somehow managed to get an address in that worked but only later did I see that the app worked perfectly. I contacted customer service several times. I still have to. I'm very happy.
