My first order from Yoins went ok. I kept two out of the three items. I was not aware items were being shipped from China. Took several weeks to receive, and return process was frustrating. You have to request to return item with a picture of item, which I thought was odd. Then they email back telling you can send item back. Emailed return postage and again have to take a picture. Then wait... for credit. Probably will not use them again, even thou they have cute products.

Yes the prices are cheap but that's exactly what you are getting. Material was horrible. My shirt sleeves are supposed to be long but they are 3 quarter length (they must've ran out of fabric). I ordered a size 6 bikini and they sent me a Large that is wayyyyyyy too big for me. Their size 6 on the size chart is considered a small, so why did I get a large? Not even gonna bother to return it. Not going to waste my time with Yoins ever again!

This Site Is BS! The items they advertise are not the items you receive when ordering them. They are of much lower/poorer quality in material and style. The dresses I bought didn't even come close to the advertised items I thought I was purchasing. And mind you I contacted them before hand to confirm that the items I'm ordering are the same as the items advertised and they lied by saying yes 100%. I then contacted them via email several times regarding returning the products with no replied or response of any sort... These people/site do not care they take your money and ignore the rest. It's false advertising and they are fake and phony!

First, the clothes took 1 month to arrive, they send their products from China after receiving the order. I asked to cancel it but they insist to send to my place. Second, after I received them, the clothes quality is not good and I made return. It's been 2-3 days, YOINS costumer service haven't contact me yet, and the phone on the internet is also failed, too. Two weeks ago I ordered items, as of today nothing has shipped. They were happy to take my money, but seem unable to ship my items. I have sent 2 emails and also tried to contact them via their online chat, but each chat session ended stating there was a problem with the chat. I want my items to be shipped. After a long time of waiting and exchanging mails with the customer support, they could never gave me a solution. My package never arrived to Mexico City, it took more than 30 business days to give me a proper response. Of course that the company never gave me a tracking number or something, they told me to ask in my local post office. It was a terrible experience.

I found a dress that was a copy very similar to a signed one I wanted (retail € 260) for €23 I decided to buy with paypal and try this website. It took 3 weeks to arrive to Italy, not so much time for a standard shipping and everything was well packed and as described. I got that dress (very very beautiful, fits very well) and other 2 dresses. I am very happy, I spent a little but got good quality stuff I could never had a bigger bargain. Hopeless case. Took a month and a half for order to arrive with no help at all from customer service. Once arrived the clothes looked nothing like they did in the photos so dissapoiting. Sent back and had to pay 10 shipping myself even though I waited so long for them to arrive- no form of compensation, horrible service. Horrible site. Stay away.

I cant get Gayna to send me the return address for the incorrectly product that was sent to me. I have 6 emails from her trying to get me to keep what they sent me and they'll compensate me $21 USD and wants me to pay shipping cost for an wrong order. Hello, I emailed you over the weekend regarding my packages and have not heard anything back. I was told that once my packages were sent I would receive a confirmation email. I did not. Worst company EVER!. Charged and waited for product. Months passed, emails sent, a week later was told dress out of stock and would I prefer something else or to wait longer?. Chose another product as I live in the tropics and won't be able to wear the dress for another six months. Heard no reply, another month passed and I get the first order.? WTF? I have been looking at the ads on facebook for a while and loved the style of the clothes for my size. I was hesitant on ordering because of getting the right size and not knowing the company. I found that delivery took so long so if you really want to wear something it may not come in time for an event. Also my tracking order stressed me out because it said delivered before it was delivered to the customer. I just received it this morning and part of me was glad the driver left it in the door but another part of me was worried that they did that because anyone could have taken the package that took so long to come. Overall the shirt is beautiful and i will most likely order again but for the experience, if delivery time can be faster that would be significant.

The order came quickly but one of the dresses was not as advertised, the material was see through so the dress is basically unwearable. The other dress is way too big, according to the size chart it should have fit perfectly. When I tried to contact them about returning the dresses I've had no response and it's been a week.
