I decided to use this company as I liked the look of the clothes. I knew the quality would be a risk and as it was cheap thought it would be worth the risk. I wanted some bits for my boyfriends birthday and also a little additional present for my friend. It had told me that I would receive my clothes in 10 days time. On the day it was meant to arrive I got an email saying that 1 of the pieces were out of stock. And did I want to get a refund or a store credit. Annoying as I have to wait about 2 more weeks for the other teams I ordered. So thats a month in total to have to wait for a clothes delivery. Personally I think thats pretty ridiculous. NO impressed and not sure I'll be using this service again.
I have bought many items from YOINS and have not been disappointed one time. The customer service is excellent. They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have with your order. This is the first time I've used Yoins and I received my products later than the booked time. My products were also larger than I expected. Initially I was frustrated but after making my complaint I was meat with polite, efficient and effective service. My delivery charge was partially refunded due to the late arrival and the products were sent again in a smaller size free of charge. Can not complain about the returns service!
Not only their costumer service was extremely unhelpful and rude, but they messed up my order and didn't even bother telling me about it. I spent over $200 and got expedite shipping because I needed the dress for an event and all I got for that was a frustrating conversation with their costumer service!
Such a let down... will never shop from this site and I strongly suggest you don't make my mistake.

This is by far the worst costumer service I've had to deal with. The clothes was super low quality, everything was see through, and it did not fit right. The delivery took way longer than it should of, I waited almost 2 months... Also my parcels delivery was split, so I was receiving different parcels on different days. Don't waster your time with this site.

I ordered several items, luckily through PayPal, that said they were in stock. Four weeks later, still haven't received any items, and they have not been shipped because they are ALL on "backorder". I should have known the price was too good to be true! Do not buy from this company! I have reported to PayPal and am waiting for my refund.

When somethings out of stock it should say straight away so i cant buy it! I dont expect to be notified a week later when my clothes should already be on there way here! I am fuming at this service i had to message you first for you to reply telling me one of my items is out of stock. Its not on m, sort your website out and get me a refund! So after 4 months of trying to deal with these people and returning a bunch of horribly made clothing... I just got the package returned to me with a stamp from China not saying why it was returned. Not only did I spend over $200 on products, but I also paid $43 in shipping on a package that was just returned for no reason. Even the post lady was confused and couldn't figure out why it was returned. It's extra frustrating because I have reached out to yoins customer service many times asking for my refund and they said they never received my return package. Obviously that's not the case, if there is a stamp from China on the return. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. Poor quality clothes, poor service, definitely NOT worth the cheap prices.

I ordered there some goods in October, asking, writing several times after 5-7 weeks awaiting, they ask to check... at the local postal office... After 7 weeks I sent the message that I am not any longer interested at items I ordered several weeks before. Bad... really disapointing.

This company is a joke. Steer clear. They have a website with nice looking clothes with prices cheaper than primark so that should ring alarm bells. They dont supply customers with a return address so if you need to return anything they will ignore you and leave you out of pocket.
They write replies to numerous reviews which tell people how rubbish they are which say " so sorry, we need to explain our returns policy and we are sorry you are unhappy get in touch". HELLO everyone does but you ignore the emails as you dont want your awful clothes back! You then hang onto their cash.
Scam company. If you try you will find out. Dont touch with a barge pole. Try another company that isnt shipping rubbish from China. Also check they supply you with a returns address before buying! I dont want other people losing more money to Yoins.

I brought 3 dresses off YOINS. This cheap online shop is the worst online woman's clothing store that i have ever brought from. I know it's really cheap but you would think if your gonna pay $20 for a dress you'd expect to at least be able to wear it a few times before it gets discolored from washing it. One of the dresses i wore ONCE and when i washed it like how I always wash my clothes when i went to go put it on its like the back shrunk. I was so disappointed and upset i thought it would be nice to warn other people from Australia! The other two dresses look so disgusting they don't look good on. I almost feel like the site had some fake reviews. If your someone like me a stay at home mum atm dont bother wasting your money. I only brought because of the reviews and the photos are so deceiving.

I live in New Zealand and ordered five items which arrived a couple of weeks later which is fine however, the items are definitely not what I expected and the sizes are awful too. The material is awful quality. I also purchased what they called "beach towel" however, it is definitely not beach towel material and is a joke. I am not even going to bother trying to return the items as by reading others reviews it is clearly a huge hassle. I would never order off this site again. Clearly the positive reviews are fake looking at the grammar and language used. Really disappointed.
