Scam company, selling cheap goods through mass marketing on Facebook and taking ages to deliver, if at all. They rely on the fact people that if you do receive the goods you won't return as the costs are too high to do so. You can't get anything other than standard robotic emails. Avoid at all costs.
This company a fraud. An item gets return to them after being delayed for 2 months. Then they say do I want it back and if I do its standard shipping and I said no it should be express because it's there fault and they say I have to pay extra for THEIR mistake. That just one of many issue and lies. U get express shipping and its not express

Ordered around end of August! Took money out of my account September 1st, waited around a month and a half for my items and never recieved them, emailed them about getting a full refund, they sent me £5... total order came to over £50! All I can say is that I agree with the negative comments here regarding the quality of the products and can confirm that they are worse than you can imagine.
Oh and we ordered 5 items in small. 2 came small, 1 medium and 2 LARGE!. They will just send you whatever they happen to have in stock.

It will be a long time till I order from Yoins again. Customer was OK. I did get a chat n message response in FB from Yoins with tracking info. To wait a month seems like a long time for any order. The quality of workmanship was very poor, couple holes, loose threads that were fraying at the seems, material was of poor quality, size was not as indicated and most important this kind of material and workmanship will not last from wear and washing. Purchased Yoins from pictures in FB. I will not do that again as the pictures were not what they looked like when I got them. SOrry, but sorry for the negative review.

I found a lot of cute dresses for a really good price. However, I noticed one dress looked very familiar. I went to lulus.com and looked up the dress I was thinking of and it's the same exact model in the yoins product picture. Seeing as I already have the dress from lulus.com--my guess is this company is a scam and the "positive reviews" are fake.

I ordered about seven items and only 1 fit so I need to return for refund. My shipping receipt doesn't have a return label or even a address. I've sent a message via Instagram but haven't received a response and it's been a week. I can say I received my order quickly which I appreciate but I would like the same service to make a return,

I spent a considerable amount of money on clothes from yoins around a month ago. Considering my first order from Yoins. When they arrived only 1 of the 5 items fitted me. Not because I ordered the wrong size, because they are such cheapness! One of the items was damaged, like really bad quality. I emailed them to arrange a return and basically no can do. They told me they where not refunding and it would be more expensive for me to send back so I was told I should try selling my Yoins clothes to my friends. Are you kidding me?! I ordered a dress from yoins 2 weeks ago and spoke to someone on an online chat to say I wanted it returned to be told to contact cust service team for a return label. After recieving an email this morning to be told it would be expensive to send back but I could keep it and they would give me money off another product. Ordered items and paid extra to get fast delivery. They arrived late! And they were awful quality and not stitched correctly and broken zip. The sizing is way off. Think i can get gold on someone to get a refund? They are so bad. Their replys dont make sense. All i want is to send them back for a refund.

I was worried about ordering from a website like YOINS, but I ordered stuff anyway and used PayPal to pay for it. I got emails right away saying that my order was confirmed, and then that it was shipped. I paid extra for fast shipping and received two different tracking numbers for the two different packages that my order would be shipped in. Now neither tracking number provides any useful information, both say that my order is still being processed by the seller (even though I should have received them days ago), and I feel like I should have known better than to order from a website like this!

I ordered to dresses from yoins and paid a lot of money for the quickest delivery option. The dresses did not turn up in the time stated on the delivery page and as a result I had to spend even more money as I had to buy another dress as it was for an important event. When I contacted yoins about the problem they was not apologetic about the situation which has made me very annoyed. I would never buy another item from yoins again as they are crap!
