I never received one of the items I purchased. After many emails and promises of a refund over a year later, I still don't have my item. I involved the BBB and they couldn't get a response from popreal at all. I will NEVER order from them again. My order was # P*******... I can't get any info to load as my proof of purchase.
I ordered from Popreal at the beginning of the summer 2020 a mommy and me set for my daughter and I. The outfit for my daughter came but my dress never arrived. I contacted the company and was originally told that my order was lost in customs and that they would replace the order I just needed to confirm my address. I responded giving them the ONLY address that I have had for over 10 years. This was the beginning of a email confusion war with them. I then got another email once I gave them my address asking for the same info again from another customer service rep. I again responded only to get another email asking for the same information. I then told them my frustration and got another email saying that I originally gave them the wrong address and would have to pay them another shipping fee to send out my dress. Long story short the emails kept going and I am on email #8 trying to still get my dress with them continuously sending me the same stupid email asking me to confirm my address. I keep getting the same people (Rolando, Michelle, Dannie, Earl, and Joseph). Why this is not assigned to just one rep I don't know but I will NEVER EVER ship with them again and at this point I want a full refund! BUYER BEWARE!
For two and a half years, they promise to refund me after sending their clothes back. I have records of everything. Please report them, if you have trouble. They are stealing your money. Lied about the time frame to receive items, they were 5 months late. Promises to refund did not. Sending out emails, how sorry they are... Complete fraud. Poor quality and size are all wrong. They write their own 5-star reviews are themselves. They wrote. They take your money and hope you go away. It is a complete fraud operation. Do not\\buy... Beware. I will report them asap. They lie about time frame. It has been over 1 month and the status of my order says being prepared. I needed the clothes for pictures. There is no way to contact the company. The online submission does not go through because the "captcha" is wrong after many entries! I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. Horrible! Never again!
Please dnt buy from this shop, my order came incomplete, poor quality clothes designed carelessly and they gave me clothes for a 14 year old while I ordered for 3 months so please good people be warned they hv a poor service it's hard to even track ur order safe ur money n avoid regrets m speaking from experience

Don't waste your precious time with this company. I ordered mommy and me matching Christmas dresses for 2018. The wrong dresses were sent and one had a broken zipper. I immediately emailed the company and wanted pics of the wrong items. I had to send back the dresses and they refused to pay my shipping. Then they claimed they didn't receive the items. I had to sent fedex letter with a copy of the the man that actually signed for the package. They promised to pay me back with PayPal. They didn't. Months later I was like where js my money? They said I needed to and back the items. I went through the whole process twice. It's 2020 and I still haven't gotten my money back. They claim I will have it in a few days. This company is a scam. They have to be. ZERO STARS. -1000 stars. This place is the worst!
Ordered tools... got a pair of fake ray bans and a fake piece of jewellery.

SCAM. Ordered a $70 shop tool but received a set of Rayban sunglasses, shipped from China. Sent two email requests for a remedy no response from Poprean. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
The clothes of this company do not look anything like the ones on the pic.
Baggy and out of shape.
They do not issue compensation and sending those clothes back to China is not worth the postage and there is absolutely no guarantee that they would even then refund the cost.
I have been trying to get a refund for months. They lie and they have terrible customer service. They keep emailing me saying they never received my package but yet i have confirmation it was delivered. After sending mutliple emails and screen shots they still are asking the same quetion over and over. UNREAL.

I ordered in March2019. When I didn't receive in May, I contacted the company. They told me the package was in transit and provided a tracking number. In June, I contacted them again and they told me it had been delivered and to contact my local post office. My post office had no record of the tracking number provided. Contacted company who gave me another tracking number which was also not found by my local post office so I asked for a refund. They told me I would have to wait until they received the items back. Later received an email that my items were returned and that I can reship them for $6. I sent the receipt for the reshipping fee and they told me that it was actually $10... then later said it was actually $12. I refused to send any more money and demanded a refund of my purchase and the money I sent to reship. My order was $118. They told me they could only refund $90... then, that turned into $76. Needless to say that I never received any of the money back. Each time I contact them to follow up, they just apologize and tell me to please wait some more. Given the chain of events, I believe they are not planning to refund my money, but instead continue to give me the run around. I tried to dispute with paypal who rated in their favor because they provided some kind of proof that the item was delivered... LIES! I provided paypal with the email where they told me they would process my refund, and now that the dispute is closed, I cannot appeal to send them the email where they told me that they received the items back. I am disappointed with paypal and extremely angered with Popreal. I'm now going through my bank which I hope can help me. Its not fair that they just took my money and are getting away with scamming people!

Still waiting on my refund from feb. Only recieved one of two items. Just a conatant chase for my money. The dress i recieved was poor poor quality and not worth wearing. The emails are just automated rubbish im recieving about my refund. I want this company shut down!
I made several purchases around Christmas 2018. Popreal charged me twice for the same order. I emailed them immediately to make the correction in December. They promised to do so and now after numerous emails - no refund as of 7/22/19. So I've been cheated out of $140. I'm not happy and will NEVER EVER shop there again!
I think that every mom, before shopping, looks around the shops and checks what can be found in them. One of the many stores I visit is Popreal. I can always find wonderful clothes at low prices. Thanks to this I have a guarantee that my crib looks like a princess. I can not make a model from it. In the end, it's up to each of us that our kids do not lack anything. I would recommend!
30 april 2019 i orderd 2 pièces. Till today i didnt recieve anything but $#*!. 30 e-mails further about the shipping and they will do nothing untill i recieve the pakkage. Stuppid people because that is the whole issue. Wont het nu money back and they lost the pakkage...
If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered two dresses in January 2019. I received a notification that one was out of stock so I chose something different and have still not received it, it's now July. I have contacted them numerous times and all I get is "sorry it's taking so long we are doing our best". Well your best is clearly not good enough. I asked for a refund and they would not provide one. The one item I did receive I threw in the garbage. The quality and fabric is NOTHING like it looks or suggests on there website. This website is a total scam! I clearly learnt the hard way and I do plan on doing everything I can to shut this scamming website down! Please don't waste your time and money on there very poorly produced (if produced at all) products.
