I ordered 16 mommy and me items from this site in April. The order was duplicated and payment taken twice. I contacted immediately and they said they would refund the duplicated order. That refund took nagging for 4 months and I finally got it after threatening to file a dispute with my credit card. The order that I wanted to keep came in about 10 shipments over the course of 5 months.my daughter outgrew all of the things I got her before they ever arrived and none were in season by the time they arrived anyhow. I had to email customer service weekly, checking on the order and they kept telling me it could take 7 -10 business days... after about 30 emails and 155 days I finally received my complete order. Don't order from this site... it is not worth the stress.

I ordered autumn hats and sweatshirts for my son and I am delighted. They came all over. They are well made, even seams, nothing stinks, no threads stick out. My son looks good, no other child in the area has such clothes. Good contact with the service and tracking of the package at every step.
Save your money, save your time. Waited 2 1/2 weeks after placing my order for any sort of acknowledgement that they received it. I was constantly given the run around about when the items would ship. When I asked for a discount, they offered $3 off a future shipment. Seriously? I've been trying to get a refund and cancel my order for 2 weeks now.
I have never had an issue with Popreal! The products I've ordered arrived just when I was told they would arrive and they have come in perfect condition. I've chatted with the staff for help a couple times. I absolutely recommend this website and look forward to returning as a customer for my festival needs.

Ordered a wonderful dress for my 2 year old daughter and she loved it.The color was same as shown in the picture when delivered and the quality of the fabric is just superb. Just go for it and you'll definitely love it also big thumbs up to the guys at popreal for the fast delivery.
Its been 2 months and I haven't received my order. I finally requested a refund and our little customer service friend julia who has seemed to pop up lots in these complaints has refused to refund me. What kind of company is this? If a customer is not happy a refund is the least they can do. Pack of bas@#$ I hope they go broke.

Waited 3 months and they only sent half my order. Do they realize a toddler can be a different size in 3 months? None of the information on their website about shipping is true. They simply do not ship items unless they are pressed over and over about it. I can't believe PayPal supports this company. It is a terrible company with shady customer service and practices. They do not deliver. Never again! Not to mention they are CHEAPLY MADE CLOTHES with terrible fabrics that smell like chemicals.

It has been mor than a month and I didn't get my order. I got only 3 items and the last item says checked on my popreal account. And the worst thing is that I email them but they never respond. Never ordering from them again until they step up their game
I ordered a dress for my daughter in May. Shortly after i requested a refund which they said i would get in 7-15 days. It is now November and i keep getting the same email saying to wait for a few more weeks as they are having problems with their refund system! This website is a scam! The message they sent me everytime were the exact same copy and pasted message and the number they have on their site does not work! I work hard for my money and it is sad that this site is stealing from people like myself. If i can help at least 1 person stay away from this site i will be happy!

1. They don't speak English making it very hard to communicate with them
2. Never got a shipping confirmation
3. I am moving and they are refusing to refund me the money despite the fact that I will never receive the items.
4. They shipped 1 out of 8 items and when I filed a claim with Paypal they sent them the shipping confirmation for that 1 item so they would close the case.
NEVER shop from Popreal. A total scam. They will take your money and you will never even get what you ordered. NOT WORTH IT

I ordered 106.71 worth clothing on Feb 15,2018. So I visited the site March 10 to see if my shipment was on the way. My account shows that I never made a purchase. They just took my money and now their is no order. That makes no sense. They even sent me a a receipt in my email. But I dont have an order.

I order mommy/daughter dress for mother's day and paid $20 for shipping. They sent my daughters dress 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive mine. One positive is that their customer service responded quickly and nicely, which is why I am not giving 1 star. The dress that I received for my daughter was also nice.

I ordered children's shoes with LED Light in this store. Firstly, it does not immediately show the cost of delivery. Secondly, until you ask, the number of the delivery is not reported. Thirdly, the shoes came in some dirty crumpled box. Fourth, terrible quality: looking cheap, the light worked only on one boot, after the first using the light stopped working on the second one. When I reported to the store on the first day after receiving the problem, they said sorry and sent a coupon for $5. Hey people, the shoes cost $16,43 for me and it was a trash! It is pity, the store doesn't have any possibility to leave reviews on their website, so that other customers could read it and then decide to buy or not wares in this store
Made an order on the beginning on December, wait for a shipping like 2 weeks, then figure it out, that I would never get it before Christmas, made a cancellation. Now is February, still waiting for my refund.
I discovered popreal by pure wandering on the web and already having a first look I was struck by the variety of proposals available. As first purchase I chose mom girl matching dress to give to a friend of mine and we were pleasantly surprised. The quality and the model correspond to my expectations, the shipping times were quite fast. I think in the future I will make some other purchases on this platform.
Ordered in April. Saw the trend as everyone with bad reviews has been saying... the out of stock (when order confirmation said shipping 5-12 days). The please be patient. Partial shipping. Invalid tracking and still got nothing! Involved Paypal immediately and got my refund. They wouldn't shop balance unless I cancelled claim which I would never do since everyone on here is right on with how they operate. DON'T BUY HERE! If you do, go thru Paypal... you can recover your money. Just hope Paypal stops supporting this "popreal" scam! Good luck!

I ordered graduation gifts for a family friend, on 5/20/2018. It is now 6/7/2018, and Popreals customer service representative informed me that my order just shipped. She did not have a tracking number or anything for me to follow up. This has been the WORST online shopping experience Ive ever had!
