I think that every mom, before shopping, looks around the shops and checks what can be found in them. One of the many stores I visit is Popreal. I can always find wonderful clothes at low prices. Thanks to this I have a guarantee that my crib looks like a princess. I can not make a model from it. In the end, it's up to each of us that our kids do not lack anything. I would recommend!
For two and a half years, they promise to refund me after sending their clothes back. I have records of everything. Please report them, if you have trouble. They are stealing your money. Lied about the time frame to receive items, they were 5 months late. Promises to refund did not. Sending out emails, how sorry they are... Complete fraud. Poor quality and size are all wrong. They write their own 5-star reviews are themselves. They wrote. They take your money and hope you go away. It is a complete fraud operation. Do not\\buy... Beware. I will report them asap. If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered two dresses in January 2019. I received a notification that one was out of stock so I chose something different and have still not received it, it's now July. I have contacted them numerous times and all I get is "sorry it's taking so long we are doing our best". Well your best is clearly not good enough. I asked for a refund and they would not provide one. The one item I did receive I threw in the garbage. The quality and fabric is NOTHING like it looks or suggests on there website. This website is a total scam! I clearly learnt the hard way and I do plan on doing everything I can to shut this scamming website down! Please don't waste your time and money on there very poorly produced (if produced at all) products.
Please dnt buy from this shop, my order came incomplete, poor quality clothes designed carelessly and they gave me clothes for a 14 year old while I ordered for 3 months so please good people be warned they hv a poor service it's hard to even track ur order safe ur money n avoid regrets m speaking from experience
The clothes of this company do not look anything like the ones on the pic.
Baggy and out of shape.
They do not issue compensation and sending those clothes back to China is not worth the postage and there is absolutely no guarantee that they would even then refund the cost.
Don't waste your precious time with this company. I ordered mommy and me matching Christmas dresses for 2018. The wrong dresses were sent and one had a broken zipper. I immediately emailed the company and wanted pics of the wrong items. I had to send back the dresses and they refused to pay my shipping. Then they claimed they didn't receive the items. I had to sent fedex letter with a copy of the the man that actually signed for the package. They promised to pay me back with PayPal. They didn't. Months later I was like where js my money? They said I needed to and back the items. I went through the whole process twice. It's 2020 and I still haven't gotten my money back. They claim I will have it in a few days. This company is a scam. They have to be. ZERO STARS. -1000 stars. This place is the worst!
I have been trying to get a refund for months. They lie and they have terrible customer service. They keep emailing me saying they never received my package but yet i have confirmation it was delivered. They lie about time frame. It has been over 1 month and the status of my order says being prepared. I needed the clothes for pictures. There is no way to contact the company. The online submission does not go through because the "captcha" is wrong after many entries! I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. Horrible! Never again!
I never received one of the items I purchased. After many emails and promises of a refund over a year later, I still don't have my item. I involved the BBB and they couldn't get a response from popreal at all. I will NEVER order from them again. My order was # P*******... I can't get any info to load as my proof of purchase.

Good variety, plus cute outfits. Also getting free shipping. Lots of good sales. BUT. Order 2 months in advance for sale purchases. Customer service answers timely but they are RUDE and not helpful much.
Dont waste your time or your money. I ordered my daughter's dresses in February. One of which was supposed to be an Easter dress. It's now April 17th - nothing. I've contacted this company repeatedly- they keep telling me to be patient. And when I ask for a refund they tell me I can have store credit instead. They're thieves!

I bought several clothing items at one time 4 weeks ago and have yet to see ANY of it. I was planning on my daughter wearing one of the outfits for our family pictures in a week but that isn't going to happen. I am very disappointed at how slow they are.
Trying to track my package and it's saying not found? Also tried contacting them about it two days ago and still no reply. Another thing is on their website it says they're in the U. K. but my package is somewhere in China. That's enough for me. Never again will I buy from this website.

I ordered three outfits from this company 5-5-19 and paid for the 5 day shipping. I still haven't received the items and they are claiming it's on way and offering coupons to order additional items. I paid over $75 and they are also offering me $5 cash back but no items. When did that become fair and logical? And the response time is horrible too.
