First I waited well over a month to receive my order, then only half of it came. None of it fit so I immediately tried to submit a return without success. I tried emailing them, nothing, calling them, nope. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this company before purchasing, I just threw $79 in the garbage and I am beyond angry. Total SCAM!
I would like to recommend to each individual online store Popreal in which we find beautiful clothes for our little kids. My friend often orders there clothes for her daughter and from what I know, they have great materials and designs. The choice is huge and the price is very good. For sure when I have a child I will dress them on this page. I have even beautiful cute dresses
It took 25-30 days for shipment, that too after countless follow-up emails. Finally it arrived and now it is even worse! Poor workmanship and very low quality material. Not at all worth the money. And these guys offer you coupons for your next purchase if you tell them that you want to return. Who wants to buy again from these fraudsters after such an awful experience! Worst thing is, if you are not in China, it will cost you way too high for return shipment. So, you'll lose your money even if they refund you after returning the items. Would not recommend buying from these guys. And definitely, the five star reviews are fake!
I paid for my order on March 10, matching dresses for me and my daughter. Since I needed them for Easter, on March 14 I asked when the order will be shipped out. March 16 I received an email, stating it will be 7-10 days. After asking about cancellation they offer me a $3 coupon. Sounds almost like a slap in a face. After contacting them again, on March 24, I receive an email that it will take another 10-15 days to process it. I was also just informed that if I want to cancel the order, I will be charged a 15% processing fee. This is absolutely ridiculous considering all the trouble I went through dealing with absolutely unprofessional business. Ah, and I was charged $17 dollar shipping, when t was advertised to be free. Which I was not going to complain about since I live in States.
Long story short, this company is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Period. Will never do it again and truly not recommend it anyone.
I was looking for a place to get wears for my convocation ceremony and it was almost frustrating because I had very little cash but this was until I came across popreal.com. They offer the best of quality in a very short delivery period for the best price that can be found anywhere. Thanks for making me look flawless on my big day.
I ordered some clothing for my daughter. It has been over a month since I placed it and I still have not received a tracking number. After emailing customer service they told me it will be an additional 10-15 business before I get one and about 28 to be delivered. Basically two months to receive them. By then summer will be over and the items will be useless. Very disappointed! I will never order from them again!

Ordered the LED Breathable shoes for my kids and by the look and feel of it, they were very comfortable. They had Neutral colors and stylish high-top design. This website is a scam. At checkout you will not be given the total amount or a shipping method until after they charge your card, There is no option to call and they take DAYS to respond to emails. I emailed asking to cancel an order immediately after this happened to me, messaged for a week after. Got a couple of responses asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel and then nothing until today saying, they shipped the order yesterday and it would take weeks to get here and then i could refuse the package, however they wont refund until they get it back (another month later). Stay away. Filing a claim with my bank!

I bought two matching popreal mother and daughter dresses, weeks after my order I got an email from popreal saying the daughter dress is out of stock permanently. I asked for a refund on both the mother and daughter dress since I have no use for the mother dress without its matching daughter dress. Popreal refused because they said they have already sent the mother dress (I still haven't received it yet)! Now I would have to wait for it to arrive then pay for shipping back to get a refund, which is not worth the cost. In my opinion if a customer has bought matching items that are part of a set, they should not be shipped until all those items become available. The items are even pictured together in photos as you can see from the screenshot I have uploaded.
Dealing with Popreal customer service has also been very frustrating and their English is terrible. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered $400 of merchandise - matching Mommy & me outfits. Over 3 weeks certain pieces arrived. I emailed constantly that certain matching pieces were missing. They would reply that it was on the way. After 40 days of incomplete items, I filed a dispute with my credit card. Pop Real answered disputed with delivery "confirmed" on the items that were received. Bottom line, credit card sided with them and they never shipped the missing items. Don't make the same mistake I did. Never trust your financial information with them.

Nice surprise. I'm afraid to shop online because I always have a problem with choosing the right size. Size tables make things a lot easier. This is my first order and everything fits. Cool quality - in the end I feel fashionable! It was easy to find things on the site, and the choice is that I could not decide.
I suspect if this company is even legit! I had ordered a dress in october.It is December and I still havent received it. I had paid for express shipping. When i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, these cheaters replied saying that the money could not be refunded and asked me to wait for one more week! Never buy from these CHEATERS! Instead of cheating people like this in the name of selling baby clothes, one could beg and earn a living. It seriously disgusts me knowing that such people even exist in this World! RIP POPREAL!

I ordered almost a month ago no dresses no return of my money after numerous emails.
For two weeks popreal said it shipped then why does tracking say not found. This company is a fraud
I do not believe I will get my dresses or the $60 I spent.
Dont waste your money
First, the order took forever to get to me as it comes from China. Second, quality sucks and everything runs super super small. I ordered a tank to match my daughter. I wear a women's 6 or a medium. I ordered large just in case. The women's large would fit like a 10 year old girl. After contacting customer service and trying to return the item (return cost was more than my entire order-as it goes back to China) so I didn't bother because I'd be losing money.
Customer service, after about 10 emails back and forth insisted on sending me an XL after I told them it would be small on me because their sizing is completely off. Anyway, they insisted and sent me the XL. I have 2 tanks with the tags that do not fit me and they offer nothing. Their barely English speaking customer service SUCKS. Beware!
Don't waste your time! I got a dress for my daughter and it didn't look anything like the picture, they never sent me a confirmation email or order number in the box so now they won't let me return it! What a joke!
